Andreas Tjahjadi

 Mr. Andreas Tjahjadi has been President Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk sinec February 2, 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Northrop University in 1986 and Master of Science degree in Marketing from Northrop University in 1978. He serves as President Director of PT Berkat Artamulia Cemerlang and Non-Executive Director of Seroja Investments Limited. He started his career as a professional in Califormia Business and Industry (Real Estate Associate in Industry and Commercial Property), Northridge, California, and in North Hollywood Auto Sales and Services, California.

 Mr. Kumari has been President Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since May 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accountancy from Universitas Gadjah Mada and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of the City of Manila. He started his career as an Internal Audit at PT Astra International Tbk, then joined PT Astra Multi Finance as Manager.  Ms. Diah Pertiwi Gandhi has been Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since May 2009. She was Company's President Director from 2005 to May 2009. She started her career 20 years ago as an assistant lawyer at Chandra Motik Jusuf Djemat & Associates, then joined PT Jaya Obayashi as a Legal Counsel. She was a Personnel and Legal Head at PT Minsuco Konstruksindo, as Corporate Secretary at PT Siwani Makmur and as Corporate Counsel at PT Jakarta International Trade Fair. She joined the Company since 1997 as a Legal Manager and Corporate Secretary. She holds an International Law degree from University of Indonesia.

 Ms. Yuliantina Wangsawiguna has been Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since June 1, 2010. She started her career in Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young) as an auditor in telecommunication and retail industries. She was responsible for various tasks beyond auditing, including business process restructuring, financial modeling, business audit and management. She then joined PT AriaWest International, a fixed-line telecommunication company. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and is a CFA level III candidate.

Herman Setya Budi

 Mr. Herman Setya Budi serves as Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. He holds a Certified Life Insurance Expert from DPPAI-DAI. He started his career as Salesman in PT Surya Fortuna of Honda and Chevrolet Dealer with his last position as Sales Manager, then he joined at PT Asuransi Jiwa Miralife. He joined PT Astra CMG Life with his last position as Regional Director. He was a Director and President Director in various companies such as PT Financia Multi Finance, PT Momenta Agricultura and PT Momenta Niagatama. Since August 2008 , he is the President Director of PT Tower Bersama Group.

Simon Halim

 Mr. Simon Halim has been Independent Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since February 2, 2006. He has expereince as financial and management consultant. Currently, he is a Partner of a consulting firm, Arghajata Consulting. He started his career in 1984 as an accountant and his last position was as Executive Partner in an accounting firm, KPMG Hanadi Sudjendro & Rekan. He was a partner at Ernst & Young, Hanadi Sarwoko & Sandjaja, and his last position was as a Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung, and is a Registered Public Accountant.

 Mr. Mustofa has been Independent Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since February 2, 2006. He has experience for more than 26 years as business and management consultant in various industries. He started his career as a Management Consultant at SGV Utomo. In 1981, he formed a Public Accountant Firm, KAP Mustofa, and he was also the Managing Partner Audit at KAP Hans, Tuanakotta Mustofa & Halim/Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 2004. He was a lecturer at Faculty of Economics of the University of Brawijaya. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, and is a Registered Public Accountant. He is a member of National Committee Indonesian Institute of Accountant (IIA) and one of arbitrators at Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (INBA).
