Name Description

Mohammad Noer

Mr. Mohammad Noer serves as the President Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1980. He is the Chairman of Audit Committee. He started his career as Production Engineer at PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia and held various posts, with the last position as Superintendent Production Operation Duri Field II. He then joined PT Suryaraya Teladan JOB Pertamina as Operations Manager and as President Director (1997-2001). He was also a Director of TAC Pertamina - Perkasa Equitorial Sembakung Limited (2003-2007). With his oil and gas expertise for more than 35 years, he currently entrusted to hold management position as Director in various companies, including PT Mentari Pertiwi since 1997, PT Petratama Abdi Nusa since 2003, TAC Pertamina - Pilona Petro Tanjung Lontar Limited since 2003, PT Petratama Abdi Nusa since 2003, PT Mentari Pambuang International since 2011 and serves as Commissioner of PT Tri Wahana Universal.

Sugi Handoko

Mr. Sugi Handoko serves as the President Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional in 1984 and Bandung Institute of Technology in 1988. He started his career at PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (1985-1994). He worked for JOB Pertamina - PT Surya Raya Teladan and TAC Pertamina - Retco PE before he joined Gold Petrol JOC Incorporated in Myanmar in 2003. He has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration, production and management and operations, including engineering, production, drilling activities and procurement.

Pradopo Soebekti

Mr. Pradopo Soebekti serves as a Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional in 1984. He also serves as Deputy Country Manager of Goldpetrol JOC Inc in Myanmar since 2012. He started his career at PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (1985-1994). Suryana Tochmi

Mr. Suryana Tochmi serves as Independent Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1988. He is a member of Indonesian Petroleum Association and Ikatan Ahli Teknik Minyak Indonesia (Indonesian Petroleum Engineer Association), Board Member of Technical Assistance Contract Forum and Board Member of Indonesian Upstream Oil & Gas Company Association. He has more than 34 years working experience in the oil and gas industry. He started his career as Petroleum Engineer at Independent Indonesian American Petroleum Company (IIAPCO) (1980-1983), and worked for Asamera Oil as Production Engineer with its last position as Field Manager of Asamera Oil, North Sumatera. He also work for overseas assignment with Gulf Canada in Calgary and North Alberta, before he joined with JOB Pertamina-Citra Patenindo Nusa Pratama, Abab, Raja and Dewa as Field Manager in 1994. He was appointed as the President Director of PT. Infratama Yakti, a consulting company. In 1995 to 1997, he joined with TAC Pertamina–Pilona Sabaku/Salawati as Operations Manager and promoted to TAC Pilona Petro Tanjung Lontar Ltd. as General Manager and at the same time seated as Director and General Manager for TAC Perkasa Equatorial Sembakung Ltd. Currently, he is also the Director of TAC Pilona Petro Tanjung Lontar and PT Panghegar Group, a Hotel and Property Company and the President Director of PT Panghegar Kana Legacy, subsidiary company of PT Panghegar.

Mr. Yoyong serves as a Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Persada Indonesia and Master of Business Administration from Bandung Institute of Technology. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation. He started his career as an auditor at Hans, Tuanakotta & Mustofa Registered Public Accountant (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). Currently, he serves as a Director of IBN Oil Holdico, s subsidiary that has technical assistance contract with PT Pertamina EP.

Diah Pertiwi Gandhi

Ms. Diah Pertiwi Gandhi serves as Corporate Secretary and Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since May 2009. She was Company's President Director from 2005 to May 2009. She holds Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of Indonesia. Started her career as a Junior Associate with Law Firm Chandra Motik Jusuf Jemat & Associate, then she worked for PT Jaya Obayashi (1990-1994) as a business development & legal staff and moved to PT Minsuco Konstruksindo as legal staff (1994- 1996). She joined the Company since 1997 as a Legal & Corporate Secretary, and appointed as a President Director of the Company (2005-2009). She also been assigned as a Corporate Secretary for PT Siwani Makmur Tbk (2000-2004) and served as a Corporate Counsel at PT Jakarta International Trade Fair (2002-2004). Previously she acted as off-counsel at Sani Aminudin & Partners (2004-2012) and senior counsel at Bahar & Partners (2013). Currently she also serves as Director of Goldwater LS Pte Ltd and IBN Oil Holdico, the subsidiaries which have technical assistance contract with PT Pertamina EP in exploitation of oil and gas in Sorong, Papua.

Tain Foo Say

Mr. Say Tain Foo serves as Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He joined the Company in November 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and administration with listed companies and foreign multinational corporations. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.

Iin Arifin Takhyan

Mr. Iin Arifin Takhyan serves as a Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1977 and Master in Energy from University of Auckland in 1993. He holds postgraduate diploma in Energy Technolog (Geothermal) in 1985 from University of Auckland. He started his career at Ministry of Mine and Energy in 1978 and held various position as Chief of Sub Directorate Exploration and Production of Geo Thermal and assigned as Senior Technical Officer for Indonesian - Australian Cooperation for Timor Gap in Darwin, Australia. He was seated as Director of Exploration and Production in Directorate General of Oil and Gas and has been assigned as National Representative from Indonesian in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). During year 1999 to 2000, he was appointed as an Special Expert for the Ministry of Mine and Energy, in Oil and Gas Sector, and Secretary for the Government Board of Commissioners of PT Pertamina (Dewan Komisaris Pemerintah untuk Pertamina or DKPP). He joined Pertamina in 2001 as Director of Management Production Sharing (MPS) and on same year was appointed as Upstream Director. He also served as President Commissioner of PT Surveyor Indonesia (2003-2005), PT Pupuk Kaltim (2004-2006), PT Elnusa Tbk (2001-2003), PT Patrajasa (2006-2009) and PT Pelita Air Service (2010-2013). He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Tugu Insurances Co Inc, Hong Kong and an Independent Commissioner of PT Donggi Senoro LNG since 2012.

Andreas Tjahjadi

Mr. Andreas Tjahjadi serves as a Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since June 25, 2014. He was the President Commissioner from February 2, 2006 to June 25, 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Northrop University in 1986 and Master of Science degree in Marketing from Northrop University in 1978. He is an entrepreneur with business experience of more than 33 years in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Indonesia. He started his career as an entrepreneur in California Business and Industry (Real Estate Associate in Industry and Commercial Property), California (1978-1981) and in North Hollywood Auto Sales and Services, California (1981-1990). Currently, he is President Director of PT Berkat Artamulia Cemerlang, President Director of PT Pulau Seroja Jaya and as Non-Executive Director of Seroja Investments Limited.

Han Liong Tjia

Mr. Tjia (Marcel) Han Liong serves as a Commissioner of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk. He was appointed on June 25, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration from University of British Columbia. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Interra Resources Limited. He took on the role in June 2009 and also sits on various board and management committees of its subsidiary companies and joint venture entities. Prior to joining Interra Resources Limited, he was a partner in regional private equity and direct investment company with interest in energy and natural resources. Over the past 25 years, he has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, such as corporate financing in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia.
