Name Description

Yusli bin Mohamed Yusoff

Dato' Yusli bin Mohamed Yusoff has eben Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Mudajaya Group Bhd. since September 30, 2011. He graduated from University of Essex, England (BA Hons Economics, 1981). He has qualifications from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (member since 1986), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (member since 2004), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member since 2006), Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (member since 2006) and Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (member since 2001). With over 22 years of experience in general management, Dato’ Yusli served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of several public listed and private companies in Malaysia. From 1990 to 1992, he was the Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs in HBN Management. Dato’ Yusli also served in various other senior management roles, such as the Financial Controller of Faber Group (1992), Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Time Engineering Berhad (1993) and subsequently COO of Renong Berhad (1994-1995). He is also currently a director of Mulpha International Bhd since April 2011. He was appointed as an independent non-executive director of YTL Power International Berhad since October 4, 2011.

Tet Foh Wong

Ir. Wong (James) Tet Foh serves as Chief Executive Officer, Group Managing Director and Executive Director of Mudajaya Group Berhad since April 1, 2015. He also served as Executive Director from May 2, 2014 until January 1, 2015. He serves as Alternate Director to Mr. Anto A/L SF Joseph. He holds Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honours) in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Concrete Structures in 1985 from The Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, United Kingdom. Mr. James Wong Tet Foh, was appointed as Executive Director of the Company on 2 May 2014. He was appointed as Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mudajaya Corporation Berhad ("MCB") on 2 May 2013 and subsequently re-designated as the Managing Director of MCB on 2 May 2014. He attained his Professional Engineer registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia in 1989 after having spent the first five years of his career with a forensic engineering consultancy firm specializing in distressed buildings or infrastructure works covering the field of geotechnical, structural and material investigations. He joined the UEM Group of Companies in 1989 where he served for 21 years in various capacities such as Chief Operating Officer for UE Construction Sdn Bhd (2002-2004) and Director of International Projects for UEM Builders Berhad (2004-2009). His stint with UEM covered projects in India, Middle East, Indonesia and Singapore. In 2009, he moved to Lafarge Concrete (M) Sdn Bhd as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy (Asia). Prior to his appointment in the Company, he served as Business Development Director of IJM Corporation Bhd and subsequently as Managing Director of IJM’s tolled highway concession asset companies in Malaysia and India.

Boon Beng Kang

Mr. Kang Boon Beng has been Chief Financial Officer at MUDAJAYA GROUP BERHAD since August 3, 2015. He holds Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), First Class B.A. (Hons) Degree in Accounting & Finance, Lancaster University, Commonwealth Executive MBA (CeMBA), Wawasan Open University, Professional Membership: Chartered Accountant, Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA) and Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Mr. Kang has 20 years of working experience in local and multinational corporations with Asia exposure. He has more than 10 years of working experience in senior finance leadership role, leading the finance and IT functions and partnering with Managing Director and other business leaders to deliver growth and drive change. He has extensive experience in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisition, business controlling, system and project management. Mr Kang's previous positions are as follows: Finance Director - Asia (Valmont Asia Sdn Bhd, Valmont Industries Inc., USA); Regional Controller (Nokia Malaysia/Brunei/Singapore); Regional Finance Manager, APAC/Acting CFO Greater China (Sara Lee Corp); Financial Controller - Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesia (Signode, ITW Inc.); Marketing Accountant (British American Tobacco); Senior Internal Auditor (Sime Darby Plantations, Sime Darby Group); and Finance Executive (Malaysia Region, Sime Darby Group).

Eng Leong Lee

Mr. Lee Eng Leong has been Executive Director of Mudajaya Group Berhad since January 1, 2015. He was its Deputy Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2015 to December 2, 2016. He is member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He was formerly the Group Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad from 4 January 2010 to 2 October 2012. Prior to joining Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a major global company where he oversaw their finance operations covering the Asia region. For over 20 years, he has held various leadership roles in management positions within both local companies and multi-national companies in Asia. Mr Lee was appointed as Alternate Director to Mr Lee Seng Huang on 17 October 2012. Subsequently, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mudajaya Group Berhad on 1 January 2015. On 1 August 2014, Mr Lee was appointed as Executive Director of Mudajaya Corporation Berhad. Mr Lee is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Mulpha International Bhd. He is Director at Thriven Global Berhad and Leisure Farm Polo Club Berhad.

Mr. Winson Chow has been appointed as Non Independent and Non Executive Director of the Company, effective from May 9th 2017. Mr. Chow has Bachelor of Engineering with honours in Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom Chartered Engineer (Australia and United Kingdom), Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Member of the Institution of Water and Environmental Management, United Kingdom, Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, Registered Professional Engineer, Hong Kong. Mr Chow started out working as a Director in the investment and development arm of China Resources (Holdings) Co. Ltd, responsible for commercial property development in excess of USD500 million. He was then made the Managing Director of China Resources Property Co. Ltd. with a portfolio covering property development and management, a building construction contractor, serviced apartments, exhibitions and advertising space and a building materials trading firm, generating total annual revenue in the region of USD260 million. Mr Chow was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Mulpha Australia Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha International Bhd in 2011. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Mulpha International Bhd on 1 July 2016.

Teck Nam Wee

Mr. Wee Teck Nam serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at Mudajaya Group Berhad since January 1, 2015. He served as Executive Director from March 2, 2004 until January 1, 2015. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sydney, Australia in 1964. Currently, he is also an Executive Director of Mudajaya Corporation Berhad. Upon graduation, he worked for the Chemical Company of Malaysia, a member of the ICI Malaysia Group for over 9 years. From there, he progressed to be the General Manager of Batu Arang Bricks and Tiles Bhd and Sim Lim Trading Sdn Bhd. Later he joined TDM Berhad as a Senior Manager, overseeing the total operations of 24,000 acres of palm oil estates and oil mills in Terengganu. In 1986, he pioneered Wormald International Ltd of Australia and built up its operations in Taiwan. In 1994, he became the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Allied Cement Ltd, a joint venture company between Hong Kong and China. Eventually, Mr. Wee retired and returned to Malaysia in early 1999. Mr. Wee was also a Director of Mulpha Land Berhad from October 1998 to August 2001 and a Director of Mulpha International Bhd from October 1998 to July 2002.

Hoy Ping Chew

Mr. Chew Hoy Ping has been Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Mudajaya Group Berhad since December 2, 2016, after being its Independent Non-Executive Director since January 1, 2015. He is member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr Chew began his career at Messrs Price Waterhouse in 1976 and served in various capacities in the firm for almost 30 years. He was admitted as a partner of the firm in 1990. Whilst at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), his work experience covered a wide range of professional service areas including business advisory, corporate restructuring and recovery and corporate finance. He had also held a number of leadership roles including Asia Pacific Chairman of Financial Advisory. He was also the Malaysian firm’s Risk Management & Independence Leader, its Deputy Chairman of the Governance Board and a member of the Country Management Team. Mr Chew was seconded for two years to the Houston, Texas office (1982-1984) for overseas work experience and personal development. Later, he was also seconded to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), the central bank, for about a year and a half (1986-1988). In March 2005, Mr Chew became the Chief Financial Officer for Southern Bank Berhad (“SBB”) but left in mid-2006 when SBB was acquired by Bumiputra Commerce Holdings Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank Berhad). Mr Chew is also a trustee of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Malaysia. He sits on the board of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad and Mulpha International Berhad.
