Name Description

Gilles Brisson

Mr. Gilles Brisson has been Chairman and Independent Member of the Board of Mauna Kea Technologies since March 5, 2012. He is Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He has served in various roles during his 20-year tenure at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, including Senior Vice-President of Corporate Development. He led Aventis’ French pharmaceutical business from 1999 to 2003 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Then he became Senior Vice President of Europe for Aventis and Sanofi aventis. Mr. Brisson has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Innate Pharma since 2007 and of Ethypharm since 2009.

Alexandre Loiseau

Mr. Alexandre (Sacha) Loiseau Ph.D. has served as a Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since May 2000. He started his career at the National Center for Space Studies (CNES) in Toulouse and at the Paris Observatory, then joined NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California, as a research scientist. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Optical Instrumentation.

Caroline Garnier

Ms. Caroline Garnier serves as Director of Administration and Finance at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. Prior to joining the Company in 2004, she was Chief Financial Officer of Apria. Veronique Dentan

Ms. Veronique Dentan Ph.D. serves as Director of Operations at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. She began her carreer at the Thales Central Laboratory, first as a research engineer, then as Head of the Organic Materials laboratory. She then went to Photonetics, a telecom company sold to GN NetTest in 2000, where she worked as Chief Technical Officer setting up and developping the R&D and engineering departments for Optical Components. Before joining Mauna Kea Technologies, Ms. Dentan also spent 2 years at IXsea, a French Company specialized in fiber-optics based inertial sensors where she was responsible for the OCTANS gyrocompass product line. she is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure d'Optique in France and holds a Ph.D. in Non-Linear Optics.

Christopher Tihansky

Mr. Christopher (Chris) E. Tihansky has served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since October 4, 2011. Previously, he served as President of its US subsidiary. He started his career as a Project Engineer then as a Sales Representative in orthopedics. In the mid-1990’s, he was Senior Healthcare Analyst at Genesis Merchant Group, an investment banking firm based in San Francisco. He then joined Telefex Medical where he was appointed Vice President and General Manager for the surgical instrument business. In 2003, Mr. Tihansky became President and Chief Executive Officer of Surgical Services, Inc. Mr. Tihansky holds an MBA from the University of San Diego, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Francois Lacombe

Mr. Francois Lacombe Ph.D. serves as Chief Scientific Officer at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. He is the author of more than 150 scientific papers and 10 patents. He spent 14 years working on international astronomical projects such as ISOCAM, ADONIS and most recently NAOS, the adaptive optics system for the Very Large Telescope in Chile. Mr. Lacombe has been collaborating with Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since its inception and joined full time in 2005. He is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure and holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics.

Eric Cohen

Mr. Eric Cohen serves as Vice President of Finance at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Biocortech and as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of publicly-held Hybrigenics. Prior to joining Hybrigenics, he was Finance Director of Teva Pharmaceutical in France. He was also previously Chief Financial Officer of Radio BFM. Mr. Cohen holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Finance from Dauphine University in Paris.

Georges Tabary

Mr. Georges Tabary has been Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since March 27, 2012. Previously, he worked with Leica Microsystems where he was Director of Sales, Europe for seven years. Prior to Leica, Mr. Tabary served as Vice President and General Manager for Intuitive Surgical Europe. Mr. Tabary also spent almost 10 years in Japan where he was Chief Executive Officer for Technomed and Healthcare Business General Manager for Air Liquide Asia.

Bruno Villaret

Mr. Bruno Villaret has been General Manager for Asia Pacific at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since 2012. He started his career as an Export Area Manager for Sapag, a division of Saint-Gobain, then worked 15 years for Tyco Fire & Building Products, where he was appointed General Manager Asia Pacific. In January 2009, Mr. Villaret joined Mauna Kea Technologies to develop the Asia-Pacific market for Cellvizio. In 2010, he was named responsible for the deployment of Cellvizio in all territories excluding North America, France and Germany.

Anne Osdoit

Ms. Anne Osdoit serves as Director of Marketing and Clinical Affairs at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. She has been responsible for the clinical strategy of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since 2005. Beginning with pre-clinical applications, Ms. Osdoit took on the first clinical trials and moved on to define and implement the strategy for clinical development in gastroenterology and other clinical indications, including building the community of Cellvizio users. In early 2011, she took charge of global marketing operations, which she manages in addition to clinical affairs. Ms. Osdoit studied at the Ecole Polytechnique, in Paris and holds a Masterof Science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA.

Agnes Rouffiac

Ms. Agnes Rouffiac is the Director of Human Resources of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. She joined the Company in July 2011. She began her business career in 1991 at the French offices of Reckitt Benckiser. For the following eight years, she worked in the Marketing Department as a Product Manager and Category Leader. From 1999 to 2000 (following the Reckitt & Colman/Benckiser merger), she served as Integration Manager for the Head Office. From 2000 to 2002, she pursued her career as Category Manager and notably stood in for the Marketing Director for one year. In 2002, she was promoted to Trade Marketing Director at Reckitt Benckiser. Two years later, she began her career as a Human Resources Manager within the same group and, for the next seven years, managed the Human Resources activities of the group’s only industrial facility in France. She is a graduate of HEC Paris business school and also obtained a Master’s in Economics in Brazil.

Christophe Archier

Mr. Christophe Archier serves as Supply Chain Director at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. He joined the Company in 2004. Prior to joining the Company, he managed technical and industrial projects both in France while with Thomson-CSF and in the United States while with Microvision. He has an engineering diploma from Universite Paris Sud.

Bertrand de Talhouet

Mr. Bertrand de Talhouet serves as Representative of Creadev on the Board of Directors of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Creadev since September 2010. Mr. de Talhouet has 16 years of experience in retail, with the department store Printemps, Fnac, and the mail order company La Redoute. He graduated from Polytechnique Engineering school and ENA before working in sales management, marketing, purchasing and as a Chief Executive Officer. He joined the Mulliez family office in June 2008 for the INDEV project. This project was transferred to CREADEV after he took over as Chief Executive Officer in 2010. He holds a number of other positions including Member of the Board at SA Voltalia Investissement and SA Voltalia and Chief Executive Officer of SAS Crehol.

David Eichler

Mr. David Eichler serves as Representative of Psilos Group Investos III LLC on the Board of Directors at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He joined Psilos Group Investos III LLC in April 1999 and has focused on investments in the healthcare services and medical technology areas. Prior to joining Psilos Group Investos III LLC , Mr. Eichler was an investment banker at Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions and restructuring assignments as a Member of the firm's Healthcare Group. Mr. Eichler earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence (top 10% of class). Marie-Laure Pochon

Ms. Marie-Laure Pochon has served as Director at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS as of June 15, 2012. She has spent her entire career in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at H. Lundbeck A/S where she was previously Chief Executive of Lundbeck France and Regional Vice President for France, Belgium, UK, Spain, Italy, Turkey & Germany. Prior to joining Lundbeck's French division in 2007, she served as President of Schwarz Pharma France. She started her career at Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) where she held roles of increasing responsibility for 12 years, followed by four years at Pfizer Inc. Albert Waxman

Dr. Albert Waxman Ph.D., has been a Member of the Board of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since May 25, 2011. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company until March 5, 2012. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. In 1998, he founded Psilos, an investment company specialized in healthcare, with offices in New York, the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Fe. Before founding Psilos, he was most recently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Behavioral Care and its predecessor companies, American Biodyne and Medco Behavioral Care. Prior to this, Dr. Waxman founded and served as President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diasonics, Inc. In addition to his current Psilos responsibilities, he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Investment Fund. Dr. Waxman holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Princeton University.

Andre-Michel Ballester

Mr. Andre-Michel Ballester has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since May 5, 2011. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He is also Chief Executive Ofcer of Sorin Group. He joined Sorin Group in 2004 as President of Sorin Cardiac Rhythm Management business unit and was appointed to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining Sorin Group, Mr. Ballester held various positions at United States-based cardiac device maker Edwards Lifesciences, most recently Corporate Vice President EMEA, Asia and Latin America. For over a decade prior to Edwards' spin-of from Baxter, Mr. Ballester also held several executive positions in Europe and the U.S. and was appointed President, CardioVascular Group, Europe in 1997. He also serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Carmat, Nexway SAS and IMI Gmbh. Mr. Ballester holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale, Lille, France and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
