Eyal Waldman |
Mr. Eyal Waldman serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mellanox Technologies Ltd. since March, 1999. He is co-founder of the Company. From March 1993 to February 1999, Mr. Waldman served as vice president of engineering and was a co-founder of Galileo Technology, Ltd., or Galileo, a semiconductor company, which was acquired by Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. in January 2001. From August 1989 to March 1993, Mr. Waldman held a number of design and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation, a semiconductor chip maker. Mr. Waldman serves on the board of directors of a number of private companies. Mr. Waldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Waldman is located in Israel. |
Jacob Shulman |
Mr. Jacob Shulman has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President - Finance of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., effective November 5, 2012. Mr. Shulman has more than 19 years of professional financial experience and has served as the Company’s Vice President of Finance since March 2012. Mr. Shulman joined Mellanox in June 2007 as the Company’s corporate controller. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Shulman was corporate controller at Atrica, a telecom company that was purchased by Nokia Siemens. Prior to Atrica, Mr. Shulman spent seven years in senior finance positions, including controller and divisional CFO positions with Matav Cable Systems, Thyssenkrupp and Guava Technologies. Shai Cohen |
Mr. Shai Cohen serves as Chief Operating Officer at Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. since May 17, 2011. Previously he served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at the Company from June, 1999 until May 17, 2011.He is a co-founder of the Company. In his new role, Mr. Cohen will oversee all internal operations, the production of Mellanox's suite of InfiniBand and Ethernet hardware and software solutions, and assist with the company's research and development. David Barzilai |
Mr. David Barzilai serves as Vice President - Marketing at Mellanox Technologies Ltd. since September 12, 2011. He joined the Company through the acquisition of Voltaire, Ltd, where he served as Voltaire's vice president of software business. In his new role, Mr. Barzilai is responsible for Mellanox's worldwide marketing and the implementation of marketing initiatives designed to expand leadership in existing markets and penetration in key markets. Ayelet Margalit-Ilovich |
Ms. Ayelet Margalit-Ilovich serves as Vice President - Quality and Reliability of Mellanox Technologies Ltd. since May 17, 2011. Ms. Margalit-Ilovich joined the Company in June 2006 and is responsible for the management of quality and reliability activities from design, through manufacturing, validation and qualification for all silicon, board, firmware and software products. She leads all the QA testing activities for system level QA, interconnects, firmware and software to ensure the highest of quality products.
