Ms. Storey brings over 25 years of experience to her role, having provided accounting, financial reporting and corporate services to public and private companies with operations around the world in such industries as mining and exploration, oil and gas, technology, entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, and biotechnology. He serves as Director of Hermes Financial Inc. He has been Director and Senior Officer of Border Petroleum Inc. (formerly Moneta Resources Inc.). He is Director of Adanac Molybdenum Corporation since January 9 2004; Director of Cematrix Corporation since July, 2008.

 Mr. Grant T. Smith, CA, has been appointed as Independent Director of Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc., with effect from April 17 2013. Mr. Smith is the senior partner with Clearline Chartered Accountants with offices in Vancouver, North Vancouver and White Rock. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to taking his role with Clearline and has spent many years in the mining sector. Mr. Smith also currently serves as the chief financial officer of four Canadian TSX Venture Exchange mining companies with operations in Canada, the United States and Mexico. He has experience in both private client services and the non-profit sector, and actively serves his community supporting the arts and social services by assisting various boards.

 Mr. Peter Stuntz, BSc, BEng, has been appointed as Independent Director of Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc., effective December 11, 2012. Mr. Stuntz trained as a geologist, mining engineer and mineral economist, and has over 25 years experience in financing Australian and international resource companies. He commenced his career working in the underground coal industry before moving to Australia's pension fund manager where he worked initially as an investment analyst and then as a portfolio manager.
