Thomas Burke

Mr. Thomas A. Burke is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Modine Manufacturing Co. Mr. Burke joined Modine in May 2005 as Executive Vice President and subsequently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (July 2006 – March 2008). Prior to joining Modine, Mr. Burke worked for five years in various management positions with Visteon Corporation, a leading supplier of parts and systems to automotive manufacturers, including as Vice President of North American Operations (2002 – May 2005) and Vice President, European and South American Operations (2001 – 2002). Prior to working at Visteon Corporation, Mr. Burke worked in positions of increasing responsibility at Ford Motor Company.

Michael Lucareli

Mr. Michael B. Lucareli is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Modine Manufacturing Company. He is Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer (July 2010 – October 2011); Vice President, Finance and Corporate Treasurer (May 2008 – July 2010); Managing Director Financial Operations (November 2006 – May 2008); Director, Financial Operations and Analysis (May 2004 – October 2006); Director, Business Development and Strategic Planning (November 2002 – May 2004); and Business Development and Investor Relations Manager (1999 – October 2002). Prior to joining Modine, Mr. Marry held positions at General Motors, Robert Bosch and Milwaukee Electric Tool.

Ralf Beck

Mr. Ralf Beck is Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Modine Manufacturing Company. He has been with Modine for 26 years and has held a variety of management positions, including Application Engineering Manager; Sales Director of Modine's Europe Heavy Duty Division; Product Director; Managing Director Sales and Engineering - Europe; and most recently, Vice President, Research and Engineering. Mr. Beck has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science Reutlingen in Germany.

Mr. Scott L. Bowser is Regional Vice President, Asia of Modine Manufacturing Co. He was Regional Vice President – Americas (March 2009 – July 2012); Managing Director – Modine Brazil (April 2006 – March 2009); General Sales Manager – Truck Division (January 2002 – March 2006); Plant Manager at the Company’s Pemberville, OH plant (1998 – 2001). Prior to joining Modine, Mr. Bowser held positions at The Pierce Company.

Marsha Williams

Ms. Marsha C. Williams has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co., effective July 18, 2013. Ms. Williams retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., an online travel company (July 2007 - December 2010). Prior to joining Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., Ms. Williams was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (2002 – February 2007) of Equity Office Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust. Prior to that time, Ms. Williams was Chief Administrative Officer of Crate and Barrel and served as Vice President and Treasurer of Amoco Corporation; Vice President and Treasurer of Carson Pirie Scott & Company; and Vice President of The First National Bank of Chicago.

David Bills

Mr. David G. Bills is a Director of the Company. He has been Senior Vice President - Corporate Strategy of DuPont since 2009. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bills held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities at DuPont, including Chief Marketing and Sales Officer; Vice President and General Manager - Fluoroproducts; Vice President and General Manager - Displays; and Vice President - Corporate Planning. Prior to DuPont, Mr. Bills was a partner in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company, providing strategic guidance and consultation on a wide range of issues facing major industrial and technology companies. Mr. Bills holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Christine Yan

Ms. Christine Y. Yan is Director of the Company, since May 6, 2014. She is a President of Storage and Workspace Systems of Stanley Black and Decker since July 2013. Prior to this role, Ms. Yan was integration leader of Stanley Engineered Fastening Group when it acquired Infastech, a leading global supplier of specialty engineered fastening technologies headquartered in Hong Kong. Since 2006, Ms Yan held the positions of President of the Americas business of Stanley Engineered Fastening; and President of the Stanley Engineered Fastening’s Global Automotive business. Ms. Yan, a native of China, began her career as a Product Development Engineer in 1989 at Emhart Teknologies, the predecessor to Stanley Black & Decker’s Engineered Fastening Group. Prior to assuming the positions noted above, Ms. Yan held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities, including Engineering Manager; General Manager of China Operations; Vice President of Research and Development; and Vice President of Sales and marketing for Stanley Engineered Fastening’s North American Automotive business. Ms. Yan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shandong University in Shandong, China, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

David Anderson

Mr. David J. Anderson is Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co., since May 26, 2010. Mr. Anderson retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sauer-Danfoss Inc., a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of engineered hydraulic, electric and electronic systems and components. Mr. Anderson served in this capacity and as a director of Sauer-Danfoss Inc. from 2002 until his retirement in 2009. Prior to that time, he served in various senior leadership positions in strategic planning, business development and sales and marketing.

Charles Cooley

Mr. Charles P. Cooley is Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co. Mr. Cooley retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Lubrizol Corporation, a specialty chemical company (April 2009 – September 2011). Mr. Cooley joined The Lubrizol Corporation as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (April 1998 – July 2005) and subsequently served as its Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (July 2005 – April 2009). Prior to joining The Lubrizol Corporation, Mr. Cooley was Assistant Treasurer of Corporate Finance, Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and Vice President, Finance, ARCO Products Company.

Suresh Garimella

Dr. Suresh V. Garimella is Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co., since July 2011. He is Associate Vice President for Engagement, Purdue University and R. Eugene and Susie E. Goodson Distinguished Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering and Birck Nanotechnology Center, Purdue University; Director of the Cooling Technologies Research Center, Purdue University School of Mechanical Engineering and Birck Nanotechnology Center (since 2002). Dr. Garimella has served as a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley; University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia; Xi’an JiaoTong University, Xi’an, China; Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany and Purdue University. Dr. Garimella received his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkley.

Larry Moore

Mr. Larry O. Moore is Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co. Mr. Moore retired as Senior Vice President, Module Centers & Operations of Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies and a manufacturer of aircraft engines. Mr. Moore served in this capacity from 2002 until his retirement in 2009. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Moore served in various management positions with Cummins and Ford Motor Company.

Christopher Patterson

Mr. Christopher W. Patterson is Independent Director of Modine Manufacturing Co. Mr. Patterson retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Daimler Trucks North America LLC, a leading producer of heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks and specialized commercial vehicles in North America. Mr. Patterson served in this capacity from 2005 until his retirement in 2009. Prior to this, he held senior positions, including as Senior Vice President, Service & Parts, with Freightliner LLC (predecessor to Daimler Trucks North America) and other international, commercial truck producers.
