Name Description

Robert Brady

Mr. Robert T. Brady is Executive Chairman of the Board of Moog Inc. He resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective December 1, 2011. Mr. Brady has worked at the Company since 1966 in positions that have encompassed finance, production and operations management. In 1976, Mr. Brady was named Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Group. He was elected a director in 1984 and became President and CEO in 1988. In 1996, he was elected Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Moog, Mr. Brady served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Brady received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1962 and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1966.

John Scannell

Mr. John R. Scannell is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Scannell has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer effective December 1, 2011. Mr. Scannell began his career with Moog 21 years ago in Europe. He was an Engineering Manager at Moog Ireland and then Operations Manager in Moog’s German company. He returned to Ireland as General Manager in 1999 and in 2003 he joined Moog’s Aircraft Group in the U.S. In November 2007, Mr. Scannell was named Chief Financial Officer, and in December 2010 he became President and Chief Operating Officer. He holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from the University College at Cork, Ireland, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Richard Aubrecht

Dr. Richard A. Aubrecht, Ph.D., is Vice Chairman of the Board, Vice President - Strategy and Technology of Moog Inc. Dr. Aubrecht began his career with the Company in 1969, working in various engineering capacities, going on to serve as Administrative Vice President and Secretary, Chairman of the Board, and in 1996 as Vice Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Strategy and Technology. Dr. Aubrecht studied at the Sibley School of Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University where he received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees.

Donald Fishback

Mr. Donald R. Fishback is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Moog Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance since 2007. He previously held the position of Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Moog in 1981 in the internal audit function after working as a certified public accountant for Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Fishback holds a BA in business from Westminster College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from SUNY at Buffalo.

Joe Green

Mr. Joe C. Green is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Green began his career at the Company in 1966. In 1973, Mr. Green was named Vice President — Human Resources, and elected Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 1988. Before joining the Company, Mr. Green worked for General Motors Institute and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Mr. Green received his B.S. from Alfred University in 1962 and completed graduate study in Industrial Psychology at Heidelberg University in Germany.

Jennifer Walter

Ms. Jennifer Walter is Principal Accounting Officer, Controller of Moog Inc. Previously, she was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, a position she held since 2004. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Financial Reporting.

Lawrence Ball

Mr. Lawrence J. Ball is Vice President of Moog Inc. His employment with Moog began on September 30, 2003, when the company acquired the Poly-Scientific division of Litton Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Previously he was Poly-Scientific’s President, a position he assumed in 1996.

Martin Berardi

Mr. Martin J. Berardi is Vice President of Moog Inc. Mr. Berardi joined the Company in 1980, was named General Manager of Moog’s U.S. Industrial Operations in 1996, became a Vice President in 2000, and became General Manager of Moog’s Medical Devices Group in 2006. Sean Gartland

Mr. Sean Gartland is Vice President of Moog Inc. Mr. Gartland has been with Moog for 23 years. He began his career at Moog Ireland as a research and development engineer and then became a program and market manager. He has been part of the Company's Asian operations since 1997 and became General Manager of Moog Pacific in 2000. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Dublin City University and an MBA from the Open University Business School in the U.K.

Mr. Warren C. Johnson is Vice President of Moog Inc. Mr. Johnson joined the Company in 1983, and was named Chief Engineer of the Aircraft Controls Division in 1991, became General Manager of the Aircraft Group in 1999 and a Vice President in 2000. Mr. Johnson holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and in 2004 completed a Sloan Fellows M.B.A. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Patrick Roche

Mr. Patrick J. Roche is Vice President of Moog Inc. Mr. Roche has been with Moog for 12 years. He began his career as the Engineering Manager at Moog Ireland, subsequently becoming the General Manager for that facility. Over the years Mr. Roche has held various positions in Moog's Industrial Systems Group, including management of core product development, supply chain, process development and IT systems. He was also responsible for Moog's motors manufacturing facility in India and the industrial valves facility in the Philippines. He was appointed a Group Vice President in 2007. Prior to joining Moog, Mr. Roche spent several years working in The Netherlands and the UK.

Mr. Harald E. Seiffer is Vice President of Moog Inc. He continued as Business Development Manager for Moog Europe. Previously he was General Manager of Moog GmbH.

Gary Szakmary

Mr. Gary A. Szakmary is Vice President of Moog Inc. Mr. Szakmary joined Moog in 1981. During his 30 year career at Moog he has held various management positions in Human Resources, including six years as Human Resources Director of Moog’s International Group. Mr. Szakmary was appointed a Group Vice President in 2006, and in 2009 he became Chief Human Resources Officer. In that position he is responsible for all of Moog’s Human Resources initiatives, policies and programs. Mr. Szakmary began his career on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University. He later became a Management Psychologist at Personnel Research and Development Corporation. Mr. Szakmary holds a BA from Columbia University and an MA and PhD in psychology from Princeton University.

Mr. Raymond W. Boushie is Independent Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Boushie retired in 2005 as President of Crane Co.’s Aerospace & Electronics segment, a position he held since 1999. Previously he was President of Crane’s Hydro-Aire operation. Mr. Boushie has a B.A. from Colgate University, an Associate Metallurgy degree from Reynolds Metals Co., and has completed graduate work at the University of Michigan and the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

William Gisel

Mr. William G. Gisel, Jr., is Independent Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Gisel is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rich Products Corporation, headquartered in Buffalo, N.Y., with annual revenues of approximately $3.0 billion. He earned a B.A. from Williams College and a Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law. Mr. Gisel started his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1974, and after completing law school in 1978, he joined Phillips Lytle LLP as an Associate in the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Gisel joined Rich Products in 1982, serving as the company’s first General Counsel. In 1988, Mr. Gisel was named Vice President of the International Division. In 1996, he assumed the position of President of Rich’s Food Group and Chief Operating Officer. In 2006, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gisel also has an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Peter Gundermann

Mr. Peter J. Gundermann is Independent Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Gundermann is President and Chief Executive Officer of Astronics Corporation, a publicly traded aerospace and defense company, a position he has held since 2003. Mr. Gundermann has been a director of Astronics since 2000 and has been with Astronics since 1988. Astronics is headquartered in East Aurora, NY, with annual revenues of over $190 million. He received a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Kraig Kayser

Mr. Kraig M. Kayser is Independent Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Kayser is President and Chief Executive Officer of Seneca Foods Corporation headquartered in Pittsford, NY, with annual revenues of over $1.3 billion. Prior to his promotion in 1993, Mr. Kayser was Seneca Food’s CFO. He received a B.A. from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Brian Lipke

Mr. Brian J. Lipke is Independent Director of Moog Inc. Mr. Lipke is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Gibraltar Industries, Inc., headquartered in Buffalo, NY, with annual revenues of approximately $850 million. Mr. Lipke started his career with Gibraltar in 1972, became President in 1987 and Chairman of the Board in 1999. Mr. Lipke attended the SUNY College of Technology at Alfred and the University of Akron.

Robert Maskrey
