Name Description

Joseph Molina

Dr. Joseph Mario Molina, M.D., is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Molina Healthcare, Inc., since 1996. Prior to that, he served as Medical Director from 1991 through 1994 and was Vice President responsible for provider contracting and relations, member services, marketing and quality assurance from 1994 to 1996. He earned an M.D. from the University of Southern California and performed his medical internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Licensed to practice medicine in the States of Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. Received Board Certification in metabolism.

John Molina

Mr. John C. Molina is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Molina Healthcare, Inc. He has served in the role of Chief Financial Officer since 1995. He also has served as a director since 1994. Mr. Molina has been employed by the company for over 30 years in a variety of positions. Mr. Molina is a past president of the California Association of Primary Care Case Management Plans. He was recently named to the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s board of directors. He earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law.

Jeff Barlow

Mr. Jeff D. Barlow is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Molina Healthcare Inc. As General Counsel, Mr. Barlow is responsible for setting the overall legal strategy of the Company, and for providing legal counsel to senior management, to the board of directors, and to the consolidated organization. Before joining the Company, Mr. Barlow worked for the national law firm of DLA Piper in its corporate securities group. Mr. Barlow holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Utah.

Mr. Joseph W. White, CPA, is Chief Accounting Officer of Molina Healthcare Inc., since 2007. In his role as Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. White is responsible for oversight of the Company’s accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, actuarial, procurement, treasury and facilities functions. Mr. White has over 30 years of financial management experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining the Company in 2003, Mr. White worked for Maxicare Health Plans, Inc. from 1987 through 2002. Mr. White holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Mr. White is a Certified Public Accountant.

Keith Wilson

Dr. Keith Wilson, M.D. is Chief Medical Officer of the Company. He was previously the vice president of clinical services for the Molina Medical Group clinics and American Family Care. Dr. Wilson has nearly 30 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Molina Healthcare in March 2013, he served as a regional medical director with HealthCare Partners. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Talbert Medical Group until he arranged the group’s merger with HealthCare Partners. As an undergraduate at the University of Southern California, Dr. Wilson majored in chemistry and chemical engineering. After his junior year, he accepted early admission into Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C., where he received his medical degree. He later completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Wilson is an active board member and past chairman of the Financial Solvency Standards Board for the State of California’s Department of Managed Care, past chairman of the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG), and past board member of the Spencer Hospice Foundation. He currently sits on the CAPG Public Policy committee and is a member of the American Medical Association, National Medical Association, and the Orange County Medical Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
