Samantha Tough

Ms. Samantha Jane Tough is Independent Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Molopo Energy Ltd., with effect from 29 December 2014. She has considerable experience in the oil and gas sectors including four years as General Manager of the North West Shelf Project. Her executive experience also spans roles as Senior Vice President, Strategic Counsel Natural Resources for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA), Project Director of the Pilbara Power Project and Director Strategy of Hardman Resources Limited. (ASX:HDR) Ms. Tough is currently Chairman of Aerison Pty Ltd (mining and oil and gas services) and a Director of Synergy (WA’s largest gas and electricity provider) and a number of listed companies, Saracen Mineral MOLOPO ENERGY LIMITED DECEMBER 2014 ANNUAL REPORT 4 Corporate Directory Holdings Limited (ASX:SAR), Strike Resources Limited (ASX:SRK), Cape Plc. (LSE:CIU) (with effect from 1 January 2015) and Deputy Chairman of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She is a former Director of Co-Operative Bulk Handling Limited (CBH Group), Enerji Ltd (ASX:ERJ), Murchison Metals Ltd (ASX:MMX), Southern Cross Goldfields Ltd (ASX:SXG) and the National Ports Corporation.

Andrew Metcalfe

Mr. Andrew W. Metcalfe is Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary of Molopo Energy Ltd. He was appointed Company Secretary on 15 April 2013. He is a qualified accountant, experienced company secretary and governance advisor. Mr. Metcalfe is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (formerly Chartered Secretaries Australia) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Metcalfe provides company secretarial services and advises on corporate governance matters for a number of ASX listed, public and private companies and not for profit organisations. Mr. Metcalfe manages the regulatory function of Molopo. He was previously Company Secretary and CFO for Molopo between 1997 and 2005.

Samuel Belzberg

Mr. Samuel Belzberg is Non-Executive Director of the Company., with effect from 31 July 2015. Mr. Belzberg has extensive international experience in real estate and finance and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gibralt Capital Corporation, a shareholder in Molopo since 2012. In 1992, Mr Belzberg commenced Gibralt Capital as a private real estate and capital investments company, which manages and owns over CDN$250 million of real estate and capital investments. Prior to 1992, Mr. Belzberg was founder, chairman and chief executive officer of First City Financial Corporation Ltd., a CDN$7 billion full service financial institution. Mr. Belzberg serves on various Board’s including Second City Capital Partners, Second City Capital Partners Fund I, L.P. and NYSE listed City Office Reit, Inc., and is also involved with numerous charities and foundations In 1989 Mr Belzberg was awarded the Order of Canada and received an honorary doctorate from Simon Fraser University. In 1992, he received the Governor General of Canada Award, and in 2002, Mr. Belzberg was promoted to Officer of the Order of Canada.

Ronnen Rosengart

Mr. Ronnen Rosengart is Non-Executive Director of the Company., since April 2016 as the representative of a substantial shareholder, Ion Limited. Mr. Rosengart is a geoscientist (B.Sc. – Geophysics and Planetarium science at Tel Aviv university) with 24 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Specialised in depth imaging, with extensive international experience in identifying reservoirs, prospect evaluation and de-risking. He has consulted and continue working with Major, national, and independent oil companies on assets around the world including Australasia, South East Asia, China, North America, Middle East and Africa. Seed investor in Neon Energy (Australia, 2007) and Vista Tex (USA, 2011).

Yaniv Stern

Mr. Yaniv Stern is an Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Stern has extensive international experience in strategic advisory predominantly working with private equity and institutional investors on investment strategy, deal evaluation and portfolio management. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Hardware and Software Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Mr Stern joins the board at the request of the new shareholder following the acquisition of Molopo shares from Bentley Capital Limited.
