Michael Hsing |
Mr. Michael R. Hsing is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Monolithic Power Systems Inc. He has served on the board of directors and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since founding Monolithic Power Systems in August 1997. Before founding the company, Mr. Hsing held senior technical positions at companies such as Supertex, Inc. and Micrel, Inc. Mr. Hsing is an inventor on numerous patents related to the process development of bipolar mixed-signal semiconductor manufacturing. Mr. Hsing holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Florida. |
Meera Rao |
Ms. Meera P. Rao is Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Monolithic Power Systems Inc., since January 2011. Ms. Rao has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2011. Ms. Rao joined the Company in January 2009 and served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining MPS, she was the principal in her own consulting practice, working with various semiconductor companies, including MPS, where she set up the business operations in Chengdu, China in 2006. Mr. Deming Xiao is President - MPS Asia Operations of Monolithic Power Systems Inc., since January 2008. Since joining the Company in May 2001, Mr. Xiao has held several executive positions, including Foundry Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations. Before joining the Company, from June 2000 to May 2001, Mr. Xiao was Engineering Account Manager at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc.
