Name Description

Hang Xu

 Mr. Xu Hang is Chairman of the Board of Mindray Medical International Limited. He resigned as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective November 5,2012. Mr. Xu is one of the founders and has served as the chairman of the board of directors since 1991. Mr. Xu was the co-chief executive officer from 1991-2012. Mr. Xu received a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University Department of Computer Science and Technology, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Tsinghua University Department of Electrical Engineering and an EMBA degree from China-Europe International Business School.

Xiting Li

 Mr. Li Xiting has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Mindray Medical International Limited effective November 2, 2012. Mr. Li is one of founders and the core managerial personnel of business. Mr. Li is responsible for business operations and management. Mr. Li received a bachelor’s degree from University of Science and Technology of China.

Alex Lung

 Mr. Alex Lung is Chief Financial Officer of Mindray Medical International Limited since August 10, 2011 and as the deputy chief financial officer from March 2011 to August 10, 2011. Jie Liu

 Mr. Liu Jie is Chief Operating Officer of Mindray Medical International Limited. He has served as chief operating officer since August 2008. Previously, Mr. Liu has served as the chief financial officer from May 2011 to August 2011 and the executive vice president of international sales and marketing since 2007 and vice president of international sales and marketing since 2005. Prior to joining Mindray, Mr. Liu worked in sales, marketing and product management roles with Hewlett-Packard and Johnson and Johnson. Fannie Lin Fan

 Ms. Fannie Lin Fan is Group General Counsel, Secretary of Board of Director of Mindray Medical International Limited since June 1, 2011. From 2007 to 2011, she worked for Jones Day and Sidley Austin in Hong Kong. From 2005 to 2007, she practiced at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson in the United States. She also completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Judge Donald C. Pogue at the United States Court of International Trade in 2003 and a summer law clerkship at Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Healthcare Administration in 2004. Minghe Cheng

 Mr. Cheng Minghe is Chief Strategic Officer of Mindray Medical International Limited since September 2010. From 2007, Mr. Cheng served as executive vice president of strategic development. Previously, Mr. Cheng served as the executive vice president of sales and marketing since 2004 and vice president of sales and marketing from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, he served as a vice president for Rayto Life and Analytical Sciences Limited. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Cheng served as vice president of the sales department. Qiyao Wu

 Mr. Wu Qiyao is Director of Mindray Medical International Limited since September 2006. Mr. Wu has been a professor in Beijing Institute of Technology since 1985. Mr. Wu has served as an evaluation committee member of medical device registration of the CFDA since 1993. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Wu served as one of the experts on the National Population and Family Planning Committee. Mr. Chen also serves as a director of China Minmetals Corporation Limited and as a director of Hollysys Automation Technologies Corporation Limited. I-Yin Hsu

 Ms. I-Yin Hsu is Independent Director of Mindray Medical International Limited. Ms. Hsu has served as the director since 2006. Ms. Hsu also served as the chief financial officer from February 2006 to April 2009. From 2000 to February 2006, Ms. Hsu was an executive director at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. with its Principal Investment Area. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Lim was vice president of finance of the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel, and from 2006 to 2008, he was the global chief financial officer of Asimco Technologies Limited, a Cayman Islands company with operations in China. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Lim was the chief financial officer of Eastman Kodak for the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Lim also served as a director and member of the audit committee of RDA Microelectronics Ltd, a NASDAQ listed company, as a director and member of the audit committee of China Auto Electronics Group Ltd, a Singapore public company, and as a director and member of the audit committee of Dapai International, a Singapore public company. In 2010, Mr. Lim was accepted as Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and also as Full Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Peter Wan

 Mr. Peter Wan is Independent Director of Mindray Medical International Limited since September 28, 2008. Mr. Wan is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant and a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong and China firms. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified public Accountants, the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Wan is currently an independent director and the chairman of the audit committee of RDA Microelectronics, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.
