Giuseppe Ariti

 Mr. Giuseppe (Joe) Vince Ariti, B.Sc, Dip Min. Sci. (Murdoch), MBA (Edinburgh), MAusIMM, MAICD, serves as Executive Director of Matrix Metals Ltd since January 9, 2012. He is a mining industry executive with more than 25 years of experience in technical, management and executive roles in assessing, developing, financing and managing projects and companies in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in the development and management of both open cut and underground mining projects in Australia, Africa, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. He is a Non-Executive Director of Energio Limited since April 2012. He used to be Non-Executive Director of Territory Resources Limited from August 2008 to July 2011, Non-Executive Director of Swick Mining Services Limited from February 2008 to Febuary 2012, Non-Executive Director of African Iron Limited from January 2011 to June 2012, Non-Executive Director of Azumah Resources Ltd from September 2007 to October 2009 and ABM Resources NL from July 2008 to December 2008. He is a metallurgist and holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Mineral Science from Murdoch University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Edinburgh.

He has worked in investment banking and corporate advisory after qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1997.
