Name Description

James Dolan

Mr. James L. Dolan is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Dolan is also a Director and the Executive Chairman of MSG since July 29, 2009. He was Chairman of MSG Holdings, L.P. from 1999 to 2010. Mr. Dolan is Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision since October 1995. He was President of Cablevision from June 1998 to April 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc., a former subsidiary of Cablevision, from September 1992 to October 1995; Vice President of Cablevision from 1987 to September 1992. Mr. Dolan serves as a director of MSG, Cablevision and AMC Networks Inc.

Donna Coleman

Ms. Donna Coleman is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand where she held multiple positions in Audit. Ms. Coleman received her bachelor of science in accounting from Fordham University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Colin Ingram

Mr. Colin Ingram has been appointed as Executive Vice President - MSG Productions of the Company. Mr. Ingram, a distinguished entertainment executive with more than two decades of experience in developing and managing theatrical productions, will join MSG after serving as CEO of Colin Ingram Limited, an independent theatre production company, which he founded 10 years ago. As EVP of MSG Productions, Mr. Ingram will be responsible for directing all aspects of MSG's original productions and entertainment franchises, as well as for identifying and developing compelling new franchises. Specifically, this includes overseeing the business strategy for both the beloved Radio City Christmas Spectacular and Rockettes New York Spectacular ; creating and implementing new proprietary productions and events for MSG venues; Mr. Ingram has served as founder and CEO of Colin Ingram Limited, a leading, London-based theatre producer and general manager that actively worked in the United States, SE Asia and Europe. During the company's 10 years, Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Ingram served as executive producer of the Old Vic Theatre Company (OVTC) and Old Vic Productions (OVP). In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of OVP and OVTC, Mr. Ingram worked as executive producer for Kevin Spacey, who had been appointed the Theatre's first Artistic Director. Those productions included: "Cloaca," "Aladdin" with Ian McKellan, "National Anthems," "Philadelphia Story," and "Richard II". He also served as an executive producer on "Billy Elliot," Trevor Nunn's "Hamlet" starring Ben Wishaw, and "Vagina Monologues." Mr. Ingram received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Edinburgh University, and a Master of Science in International Banking and Financial Studies from Heriot-Watt University, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at PWC in Edinburgh. During his time at Edinburgh, he produced and directed musicals and plays at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, founding the Edinburgh University.

Joseph Percoco

Mr. Joseph Percoco has been appointed as Senior Vice President of the Company. In this newly created position, Mr. Percoco will utilize his significant expertise to play an important role in numerous Company priorities, including working closely with the executive management team to develop and execute strategic business opportunities that drive the overall advancement of the Company. This will include support of the Company's businesses, which in addition to New York, are also located in Inglewood, CA, Chicago and Boston. Mr. Percoco joins MSG after serving as executive deputy secretary for Governor Andrew Cuomo's Office since 2011, where he reported directly to the Governor and worked with senior staff to effectively execute the Administration's priorities. His responsibilities included overseeing the operations and administration of the Executive Chamber, as well as legislative and intergovernmental affairs and constituency relations. For four years prior to this, Mr. Percoco worked at the Office of the New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo as special counsel. During this time, he was responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Attorney General's Office, including the coordination of cases, investigations, agency initiatives and outreach, while also managing New York City and Albany offices, as well as 11 regional offices. From 2003-2006, Mr. Percoco served as attorney manager of Operations Services at KPMG, LLP, Forensic and Litigation, where he was regional operations manager of the Northeast Forensic Practice. Prior to this, he served as deputy campaign manager of Operations for the Andrew Cuomo for Governor Campaign. Mr. Percoco received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law and his B.A. from Wagner College.

Richard Parsons

Mr. Richard D. Parsons is Director of the Company. He is Senior Advisor for Providence Equity Partners LLC since September 2009. He also served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Clippers from May 2014 to September 2014. Prior to his role at Providence Equity Partners, LLC, Mr. Parsons was Chairman of Citigroup Inc. from February 2009 to April 2012 and was a director of Citigroup from 1996 until April 2012. Prior to that, he was Chairman of Time Warner from 2003 to 2008; Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner from 2002 to 2007; Co-Chief Operating Officer of AOL Time Warner from 2001 to 2002; and President of Time Warner from 1995 to 2000. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dime Bancorp from 1990 to 1995; President and Chief Operating Officer of Dime Bancorp from 1988 to 1990. He was a Partner of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler law firm from 1979 to 1988. Mr. Parsons is a director of Estee Lauder Companies and Lazard Ltd. Mr. Parsons is Chairman of the Apollo Theater Foundation and the Jazz Foundation of America and is a director of the Commission on Presidential Debates. Mr. Parsons’ qualifications to serve on our Board include his extensive skills and wide-ranging experience arising from his roles as legal counsel, executive officer and outside director and independent Chairman of the Board, in areas such as consumer business, professional sports, corporate governance, financial reporting, risk management, compensation and corporate affairs.

Nelson Peltz

Mr. Nelson Peltz is Director of the Company. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Trian Fund Management, L.P., an asset management company for various investment funds and accounts, since its formation in 2005. From April 1993 through June 2007, Mr. Peltz served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triarc Companies, Inc. (now known as The Wendy’s Company), which during that time period owned Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. and Snapple Beverage Group, as well as other consumer and industrial businesses and has served as its non-executive Chairman since June 2007. In addition, since January 2014, Mr. Peltz has been a director of Mondelez International, Inc. Mr. Peltz has also served as a director of Legg Mason Inc. from 2009 until December 2014 and served as the Chair of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee from July 2013 until December 2014. In addition, he served as a director of Ingersoll-Rand plc from August 2012 to June 2014, H.J. Heinz Company from September 2006 to June 2013 and Trian Acquisition I Corp. from October 2007 to January 2010. In September 2012, Mr. Peltz was recognized for a third consecutive year by the National Association of Corporate Directors as among the most influential persons in the global corporate governance arena. Mr. Peltz’s qualifications to serve on our Board include more than 40 years of business and investment experience including as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of public companies. Mr. Peltz has developed extensive experience working with management teams and boards of directors, and in acquiring, investing in and building companies and implementing operational improvements at the companies with which he has been involved. As a result, he has strong operating experience and strategic planning skills and has strong relationships with institutional investors, investment banking and capital markets advisors and others that can be drawn upon for the Company’s benefit.

Scott Sperling

Mr. Scott M. Sperling is Director of the Company. He is Co-President of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., a private equity firm that he joined in 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Sperling served as a Managing Partner of The Aeneas Group, Inc., the private capital affiliate of Harvard Management Company, for more than ten years. Before that, Mr. Sperling was a senior consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Sperling is currently a director of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and iHeartMedia, Inc. (formerly CC Media Holdings, Inc.), a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. He also serves on the boards of the Brigham & Women’s/Faulker Hospital Group and Partners Healthcare. Mr. Sperling previously served on the board of Warner Music Group Corp. and numerous other public and private companies. Mr. Sperling’s qualifications to serve on our Board include his decades of business experience investing in and advising companies in a variety of industries, including media and entertainment. As a result of Mr. Sperling’s leadership of a private equity firm, his service as a director of both public and private companies and his consulting and advisory background, Mr. Sperling has extensive experience collaborating with senior management teams of companies to identify and implement operational and strategic improvements.

Mr. Vincent S. Tese is Director of the Company. Mr. Tese served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Urban Development Corporation from 1985 to 1987 and as Director of Economic Development for New York State from 1987 to December 1994. Mr. Tese is Chairman of Bond Street Holdings, LLC and ICE Clear Credit LLC. He is Executive Chairman of Florida Community Bank. Mr. Tese is a director of Cablevision, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, New York Racing Association, Inc. and a trustee of New York Presbyterian Hospital and New York University School of Law. During the past five years, Mr. Tese was a director of Gabelli Asset Management, National Wireless Holdings, Inc. and The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. Mr. Tese brings to the Board his experience as the Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Urban Development Corporation, his other government service, his experience as the executive chairman of private companies, his service as a director of other public companies, as well as the knowledge and experience he has gained about the Company’s business and the contributions he has made during his tenure as a Director of both MSG and Cablevision.
