Mr. Bruce Brda is Executive Vice President - Products & Services of Motorola Solutions Inc. Mr. Bruce Brda was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Networks of Motorola Solutions Inc. He is senior vice president and general manager of the Networks business, encompassing strategy, end-to-end solution design, engineering and go-to-market responsibilities serving the world’s telecom carriers. Mr. Brda leads Motorola’s global Networks business which brings to market a full range of wireless networks systems, applications and services. From cellular networks to the latest in 4G wireless broadband systems and devices, this business enables wireless operators to provide uninterrupted access to information and a compelling entertainment and communication experience to consumers. Mr. Brda leads teams responsible for product management, business development, strategy, go-to-market, services and all the functional teams from quality to supply chain. During his leadership tenure, he directly managed the go-to-market function for Greater China, North America and Latin America and also led the Global Sales organization. Prior to joining the Mobile Devices business, Mr. Brda was vice president of sales and operations for Motorola’s infrastructure business. Mr. Brda also managed Motorola’s network business with Sprint. Mr. Brda has 25 years of high-tech leadership, sales, engineering and business development experience, including roles ranging across the telecommunications and electronics industries. Prior to joining Motorola in 1989, Mr. Brda worked as director of engineering for Dukane Corporation and as a design engineer for Northrop Corporation. Mr. Brda holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Southern Illinois University and a master’s of science degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
