Name Description
Rozenberg, Uzi Mr. Uzi Rozenberg has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metalink Ltd. since December 2007. He is a co-founder of the Company. He served as Director of the Company from 1992 until 1997 and again from August 1999. Mr. Rozenberg is also founder and Chief Executive Officer of USR Electronics Systems (1987) Ltd. since February 1987. Mr. Rozenberg served as Director of Orbot Ltd. from 1992 to 1996 and as Director of Gibor Sport Ltd. from 1993 to 1997.
Shukhman, Tzvi Mr. Tzvi Shukhman is co-founder of Metalink Ltd. and serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer since 1992. Mr. Shukhman served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1992 to December 2007 and as President from 1992 until May 1999. From March 1989 until March 1993, Mr. Shukhman served as an independent consultant for RAD Data Communications and ECI Telecom. Prior thereto, Mr. Shukhman served in the Israel Defense Forces where he founded a group involved in digital signal processing applications. Mr. Shukhman has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Ruhama, Yuval Mr. Yuval Ruhama serves as Chief Financial Officer at Metalink Ltd. since January 2006. He served as Vice President of Finance from April 2005 to December 2005 and as Legal Director and Secretary of the Company from June 2000 to March 2005. Mr. Ruhama worked for Weksler Bergman & Co. Advocates, an Israeli law firm, for one year and for Somekh Chaikin, an Israeli member firm of KPMG International, for four years. Mr. Ruhama holds a law degree and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Tel Aviv University and an Masters of Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
Stein, Tzvika Mr. Tzvika Stein is Vice President of Sales, Europe & America of Metalink Ltd. He Joined Metalink Ltd. in March 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stein was Vice President of Business Development at Genesis OS, a company developing security solutions for embedded devices. During 2002-2006 Mr. Stein was the cofounder and CEO of a software startup focused on providing solutions for enterprise email systems. From 1997 to 2002 Mr. Stein was Vice President of Product Management at Audio Codes, a supplier of VoIP gateway solutions. From 1993 to 1997 Mr. Stein was one of the founders and the Director of R&D at Metalink. Prior to that Mr. Stein held several development positions in the Israeli defense industry. Mr. Stein holds a BSEE from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and a MSEE from the Tel Aviv University.
Agami, Mishael Mr. Mishael Agami has served as Vice President, Marketing & Product Management of Metalink Ltd. since March 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Agami was Vice President and Division Manager at SanDisk between 2007 and 2008, Corporate Vice President and Business Unit Manager in M-systems between 2003 and 2006, General Manager of Mindspeed/Conexant Systems R&D center in Israel between 1999 and 2002, Vice President R&D Butterfly VLSI between 1997 and1998, and VLSI Management and Design at National Semiconductor Santa Clara and Israel between 1984 and 1997. Mr. Agami has Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree with emphasis in Computer Engineering and Communication Systems from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Management from University of Boston.
Chu, Alister Mr. Chu Alister has served as Vice President, APAC of Metalink Ltd. since May 2008. He joined the Company in May 2007 as Director of Sales, Taiwan and South East Asia. Mr. Chu has over 20 years of experience in the personal computers, telecom and data networking industries. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chu held executive sales and marketing positions at various publicly traded multinational companies such AuthenTec, GlobespanVirata and Alcatel ITS Taiwan. Mr. Chu holds an Masters of Business Administration degree from the Royal Roads University in Canada and a degree in Radio & Line Transmission from City & Guilds in the United Kingdom.
Pisarevski, Alex Mr. Alex Pisarevski is Vice President, System Engineering of Metalink Ltd. He joined Metalink Ltd. in 2006 and served as Wireless System Architect, Project manager of several projects and Director of System Engineering. Mr. Pisarevski has over 14 years of experience in various R&D positions both in the civilian and military sectors. His last position before joining Metalink was as a System Engineer and Project Manager in the IDF. Mr. Pisarevski holds both Bachelo of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel's Institute of Technology.
Benayahu, Noam Mr. Noam Benayahu is Vice President, VSLI Engineering of Metalink Ltd. He Joined Metalink Ltd. in 2000 and since then has been involved, at various roles, in all Metalink Ltd.’s VDSL chip designs and WLS chip designs. Mr. Benayahu is now responsible for the VLSI development and Product engineering. Mr. Benayahu has over 13 years of experience in VLSI development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Benayahu was part of the VLSI development team at Motorola Semiconductor, now names Freescale. Mr. Benayahu holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Shenhar, Efi Mr. Efi Shenhar serves as Independent Director at Metalink Ltd since July 1995. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Shenhar is the Corporate Chief Executive Officer and President of USR Group. Mr. Shenhar has served as Member of the Board of Directors of USR Electronic Systems (1987) Ltd. From 1987 until 2003, Mr. Shenhar has served as Vice President of USR Electronics Systems (1987) Ltd., an electronic manufacturing services company. Bar-El, Meir Mr. Meir Bar-El serves as External and Independent Director at Metalink Ltd since November 2002. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
