Joseph Muscari

Mr. Joseph C. Muscari is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Minerals Technologies Inc. Mr. Muscari has served as the Company's Executive Chairman since March 2013. Before that, he was the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March 2007. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2005.

Douglas Dietrich

Mr. Douglas T. Dietrich is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance and Treasury of Minerals Technologies Inc. Prior to that, he was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasury effective August 2007. He had been Vice President, Alcoa Wheel Products since 2006 and President, Latin America Extrusions and Global Rod and Bar Products since 2002.

Daniel Monagle

Mr. Daniel Joseph Monagle, III, is Chief Operating Officer of Minerals Technologies Inc. D.J. Monagle joined the company in 2003 as Director, Global Marketing, Paper PCC. He was named Vice President, North America, Paper PCC, in 2004 and appointed to Vice President, the Americas, Paper PCC, in 2006. John Carmola

Mr. John J. Carmola has been appointed as Director of Minerals Technologies Inc., effective June 1, 2013. Mr. Carmola has more than 35 years of international business experience, primarily in the aerospace industry with the Goodrich Corporation and General Electric. From 1999 to 2012, Mr. Carmola served in positions of increasing responsibility for Goodrich, including Segment President for Actuation and Landing Systems from 2007 to 2012, and Segment President of Airframe Systems from 2005 to 2007. He was also Segment President of Engine Systems and Group President for Engine/Safety/Electronic Systems. While at General Electric between 1977 and 1996, Mr. Carmola held various engineering and general management positions, including Manager of the M&I Engines Division's Product Delivery Operation. After Goodrich became part of United Technologies in 2012, he served as President, Aerospace Customers and Business Development. He is now consulting for Private Equity companies. Mr. Carmola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA, with concentration in Finance, from Xavier University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Donald Winter

Dr. Donald C. Winter, Ph.D., has been appointed as Director of the Company, effective February 01, 2014. Dr. Winter is presently an independent consultant and a Professor of Engineering Practice at the University of Michigan, where he teaches graduate level courses on Systems Engineering, Safety and Reliability, and Maritime Policy. He served as the 74th Secretary of the Navy from January 2006 to March 2009. As Secretary of the Navy, he led America's Navy and Marine Corps Team and was responsible for an annual budget in excess of $125 billion. Previously, Dr. Winter held multiple positions in the aerospace and defense industry as a systems engineer, program manager and corporate executive. From 2000 to 2005, he was President and CEO of TRW Systems (later Northrop Grumman Mission Systems), which he joined in 1972. TRW was a $5 billion per-year in sales operating unit of TRW Inc., engaged in systems engineering, information technology and services addressing defense, intelligence, civil and commercial markets, with operations throughout the U. S., and overseas in the United Kingdom, Northern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. From 2010 to 2012, Dr. Winter served as chair of the National Academy of Engineering Committee charged with investigating the causes of the Deepwater Horizon Blowout for the Secretary of the Interior. He continues to consult and lecture on systems safety, worldwide. Dr. Winter received a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Rochester, and both a masters and doctorate in physics from the University of Michigan. He is also a graduate of the University of Southern California Management Policy Institute, the UCLA Executive Program, and the Harvard University Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security. In 2002, he was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering. In 2009, he received the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service.

Paula Cholmondeley

Ms. Paula H. J. Cholmondeley is no longer Independent Director of Minerals Technologies Inc., effective May 14, 2014. She serves as the Former Vice President and General Manager, Specialty Products from 2000 to 2004 of Sappi Paper, North America, a producer of coated paper. Ms. Cholmondeley held senior positions with various companies from 1980 through 1998 including Owens Corning, The Faxon Company, Blue Cross of Greater Philadelphia, and Westinghouse Elevator Company, and also served as a White House Fellow assisting the U.S. Trade Representative during the Reagan administration. Ms. Cholmondeley, a former certified public accountant, is an alumnus of Howard University and received a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. Member of the Board of Directors of Dentsply International Inc., Terex Corporation and Albany International Corp., and also a member of the audit committees of Albany and Nationwide Mutual Funds. Dr. Robert L. Clark, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Minerals Technologies Inc. Professor and Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University of Rochester since September 2008 and Senior Vice President for Research since March 2013.
