Hyland, Gregory Mr. Gregory E. Hyland has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mueller Water Products, Inc since October 2005 and as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2006. Mr. Hyland served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Walter Energy, Inc. (“Walter Energy”, formerly Walter Industries, Inc.) a homebuilding, financial services and natural resources company, from September 2005 to December 2006. Prior to that time, Mr. Hyland served as President, U.S. Fleet Management Solutions of Ryder System, Inc. (“Ryder”), a transportation and logistics company, from June 2005 to September 2005. He served as Executive Vice President, U.S. Fleet Management Solutions of Ryder from October 2004 to June 2005. Mr. Hyland earned Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
Hart, Evan Mr. Evan L. Hart has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mueller Water Products, Inc since July 2008, as Controller from December 2007 to July 2008 and as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2006 to December 2007.
