Evan Goldberg	Mr. Evan M. Goldberg serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Technology Officer of NetSuite Inc. He co-founded the company in 1998 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as the Chief Technology Officer since January 2003. From October 1998 through January 2003, Mr. Goldberg held various positions with the company, including President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Goldberg founded mBed Software, Inc., a software company focused on multimedia tools for website developers, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from November 1995 to September 1998. From August 1987 to November 1995, Mr. Goldberg held various positions in product development at Oracle Corporation, including Vice President of Development in the New Media Division. Mr. Goldberg holds a B.A. from Harvard College.
Zachary Nelson	Mr. Zachary A. Nelson is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of NetSuite Inc. He has served as a director since July 2002 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Nelson served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2002 to January 2003. From 2008 through March 2009, Ms. Kinney served as Group Executive Vice President and Head of Global Listings at NYSE Euronext, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s global listing program, marketing and branding.
