Name Description

Suleiman Yahyah

Alhaji Suleiman Yahyah has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since September 1, 2012. Until September 1, 2012, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of the Company in October 2006. He received a degree in Economics from Bayero University in 1987. He also received a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He publications on Economics and Financial issues. He is Member of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), Alfred Marshall Economic Society, England and Nigeria Internet Group. He started his working career with Continental Merchant Bank as a Corporate Finance Supervisor in 1987. He served on the Board of RoseCom Net, Rose Hill Group Limited, Empire Securities Limited, Talafon Telecommunications, First City Group, and NUB International. He also serves as Chairman of the Finance and Strategic Planning Committee, Member of the Innovation and Development Committee, and Chairman of the Joint Committee of the Company.

Kayode Oluwasegun-Ojo

Mr. Kayode T. Oluwasegun-Ojo has served as Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since November 12, 2010, and as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since February 12, 2010. He is an alumnus of University of Ife from where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1985. He obtained the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) qualification in 1993 and was appointed member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in 2006. He was General Manager of Associated Discount House Limited, Lagos where he had executive responsibility for corporate finance overseeing the treasury and funds management group with responsibility for interbank dealing and trading in government securities and bills. He was later seconded to a non-bank financial services subsidiary of the Discount House as Managing Director. He has had international trainings in the United Kingdom and South Africa on International Financial Markets, Fixed Income and Investment Management. Mr. Norbert Bielderman has served as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since December 9, 2013. Gordon Gofwan

Mr. Gordon Paul Gofwan has served as Executive Member of the Board of Directors responsible for Business Development of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since January 19, 2011. He started his professional career in 1990 at the Nigerian American Merchant Bank where he worked for three years before joining Owena Bank and later FSB International Bank (now Fidelity) as Port Harcourt Regional Manager. He worked with the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) as Assistant Director in 2003. In 2005, he joined First Inland bank (now Finbank) as Assistant General Manager, and in 2007, he joined the United Bank for Africa Plc as Assistant General Manager and rose to become the Director, Wholesale. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1988, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) in 2000. Ms. Folashade Ode serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC. She received an LLB degree from the Lagos State University in 1990. She has been a Barrister at Law since 1991, and received a Masters of Business Administration degree in International Business in 2005. Mr. Mobolaji Oludamilola Balogun, Esq, serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC. Arc. Usman Arabi Musa Bello serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC. Mr. David Thomas has served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since December 1, 2012. Faruk Umar

Dr. Faruk Umar serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC. He received a Bachelors degree in Education Psychology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1976, a Masters degree in Education Psychology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1979, and a Doctorate in Phylosophy degree from the University of Wisconsin, the United States, in 1987. He started his working carrier at the School of Preliminary Studies, Kano as a Lecturer in 1977. Between 1983 and 1984, he served as the Permanent Secretary, Special Duties, Kano State Government and later worked as Manager, Research and Educational Services, Kano State Foundation from 1988 to 1991. He was on the Boards of Ashaka Cement Plc, Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc and 1004 Estates Limited. He currently serves on the Boards of Cement Company of Northern Nigeria, American Hospital Ltd and Board of Governors, Pearl Award. He is the National President of Rumfa Old Boys Association and Association for the Advancement of the Rights of Nigerian Shareholders (AARNS). Ahmed Uwais

Mr. Ahmed Tijjani Uwais has served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since August 12, 2013. He received an LLB degree from the University of Ibadan in 1994, and obtained his BL Certificate from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1995. He started his legal career as a Senior Counsel with Abdullahi Ibrahim & Company from 1995 to 1998, and between 1998 and 2003, he worked with Wali, Uwais & Co, Abuja as Managing Partner.

Wolfgang Wallmeroth

Mr. Wolfgang Wallmeroth has served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since August 21, 2009. He is also Director of Operations and Airport Services West Africa for Lufthansa German Airlines. He graduated with a Masters degree in Economics and Organizational Studies in 1982. Prior to his present position, he served in management positions and assignments for Lufthansa German Airlines in Europe and the Americas. He joined the Company's Board as the Lufthansa German Airline's representative. He has also served as Chairman of the Governance and Standards Committee of the Company since August 21, 2009. Hadiza Mohammed

Ms. Hadiza Aliko Mohammed has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC since August 12, 2013. She is Chartered Insurer, and received an ordinary national diploma in Business Administration from the Padworth College of the University of Reading, in the United Kingdom in 1986 and, in 1989, she obtained her diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 1989, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and Sociology from the Roehampton Institute of the International Academy of Science and Higher Education (IASHE, London, UK) and, in 1991, she became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Institute of Insurance, Kent, the United Kingdom. She got her post graduate diploma in Islamic Banking and Insurance from the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, London, the United Kingdom in 2007 and, in 2011, she obtained her Masters degree in Islamic Banking, Finance and Management from the University of Gloucestershire. She started her working career with the Continental Merchant Bank where he did her Youth Service between 1989 and 1990. Between 1991 and 1992, she became a Management Trainee with Nelson Hurst International Insurance Brokers, London. She joined Industrial and General Insurance Company Ltd, (IGI) Lagos Nigeria, as Manager for Medical Expenses Insurance and served there between 1992 and 1995, and later became an Executive Director for Finance and Administration between 1996 and 2002. She is presently the Managing Director, Turners Building Products Limited, a position she held since 2002.
