Name Description

Eric Ford

Mr. Eric Kenelm Ford is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Nakama Group PLC. Ken Ford has over 37 years of experience in the City. From 1993 he worked at Teather & Greenwood stockbrokers serving as Chief Executive and later as Deputy Chairman until retirement in 2007. Prior to this he worked as a director at Aberdeen Asset Management and served for seven years as a director at Morgan Grenfell, as Head of Research and Head of Corporate Finance at Morgan Grenfell Securities. Ken is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute and on the executive committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance. He is also Chairman of AIM quoted Brainjuicer Group plc, Scientific Digital Imaging plc and Gear4music plc.

Robert Sheffield

Mr. Robert (Rob) James Sheffield has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Nakama Group PLC., with effect from 27 August 2015. Rob has been a founding director of the Company since October 2009, when he jointly established Nakama Ltd in London and its subsidiaries in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) and Hong Kong with Paul Goodship, prior to its subsequent acquisition by AIM listed, IT recruitment specialist, Highams Systems Services Group plc, to create Nakama Group plc in October 2011. He is an experienced senior executive with a track record in leading, sustaining and growing significant businesses, from both startup to more established enterprises. Rob has a strong knowledge of business, legal and operational requirements in Asia, Australia and Europe, successfully building teams to service the recruitment, digital, marketing, creative services and advertising industries. He took an early lead in expanding Nakama's operations into the Asia Pacific region and in June 2012, relocated to Australia to build the Company's APAC service offering across Asia and Australia. This involved growing APAC staff numbers from 12 to 42 in three years, defining a vision, culture and putting in place a strategic roadmap for the business, both culturally and financially and training and developing key management individuals across the region. He has established and profitably grown the offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Singapore and expanded trading into Shanghai and Bangkok. He has grown Nakama's APAC contract revenue over the past three years by an average of over 40% year on year and APAC's permanent revenue by 55% on average year on year. The APAC region now represents 29% of the Group's revenue. John Higham

Mr. John Edward Higham is Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of Nakama Group PLC. He founded Highams (now Nakama) in 1983 after many years gaining experience of the insurance market from an IT and business perspective, both within insurance company and software house environments. He was Chief Executive of the Group until April 2000 when he took up his current role. He has been a director of the company since 1 February 1983.

Kerri Sayers

Ms. Kerri Anne Sayers is Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary, Executive Director of Nakama Group PLC. Kerri Sayers has been employed by Nakama (previously Highams) since 1994 when she initially managed the finance department. She has since managed both the operation of the finance and HR team through various Group acquisitions and disposals. Kerri is responsible for Group operations and consolidation of shared services and finance. She has been a director of the company since 30 September 2008.

Mark De Lacy

Mr. Mark De Lacy is Managing Director, Executive Director of Nakama Group PLC. He has been employed by Nakama (previously Highams) since 1990. Originally brought in for his sales experience, he rapidly progressed to a senior role, responsible for the development of the Group’s major accounts within the Life and Pensions and Insurance sectors. He moved into recruiting and developing successful sales teams before being appointed in 2007 to Sales Director, and Managing Director in September 2008. He continues to actively develop new strategic accounts within specialist vertical markets.

Paul Goodship

Mr. Paul Jonathan Crawford Goodship has been appointed as Director of Nakama Group PLC. He joined the Group as MD Nakama London along with the acquisition of Nakama having also been a founding member of that company. He worked alongside Rob Sheffield for many years in Aquent where he built their Digital marketing recruitment team through both organic growth and acquisition. London is the leader for many parts of the Digital world and it is Nakama’s largest Digital recruitment team and he is able to drive the company’s strategy for market coverage which can be replicated in other parts of the Group.

Angus Watson

Mr. Angus Watson is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Angus has extensive experience in both the technology and recruitment sectors and has held senior and board positions at a number of private and AIM listed companies. Previously, he was Group Finance Director at First Point Group Limited, a global telecoms recruitment business and prior to that, he was Finance Director of AIM listed Cornwell Management Consultants plc, which was acquired by Serco Group plc. He trained as a chartered accountant at Grant Thornton in London before spending a substantial part of his early corporate career at IMS Health Inc. a leading global provider of information solutions and marketing services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He is currently a director of Mitchell Watson Associates Limited.
