Name Description

Louka Katseli

Prof. Louka Katseli has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at National Bank of Greece since March 23, 2015. She is also the Chair of the Hellenic Bank Association. She has served as Greece's Minister of Labor and Social Security (2010-2011), Minister of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping (2009-2010) and a member of the Hellenic Parliament (2007-2012). She is member of the Steering Committee of the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (E.A.D.I.) since 2005 and a member of the Euro 50 Group since 2000. Director of the OECD Development Centre in Paris between 2003-2007, she has been a member of several prominent international and European Committees including the UN Committee of Development Policy (1996-2003), the European Commission's Economic and Monetary Policy Committees and the "Comité des Sages" on the Reform of the European Social Charter (1995-1997). Prof. Katseli has also served as Director General of the Center of Planning and Economic Research (KEPE) (1982-1986) and as International Economic Advisor to the Greek Prime Minister (1993-1996). She holds a Ph.D. (1978) in International and Development Economics from Princeton University (Distinguished Dissertation in Economics), an MPA in Public Affairs (1974) from the Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs, an MA in Economics (1975) from Princeton University and a BA in Economics (1972, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Smith College. She is Professor of International Economics and Development at the Department of Economics of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (1987-present) and has served as Assistant and Associate Professor of Economics at Yale University's Department of Economics and the School of Organization and Management (1977-1985). She is the recipient of numerous distinctions and fellowships, including that of the Best Young Professor at Yale (1980).

Leonidas Fragkiadakis

Mr. Leonidas Fragkiadakis has been Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of National Bank of Greece SA since March 23, 2015. Prior to this, he was appointed General Manager of Treasury and Global Markets at National Bank of Greece SA in January 2009. He is also a Member of the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and the Disclosure and Transparency Committee. He is a member of the Board of National Securities and Chairman of the Hellenic Chapter of Forex Club/ACI. During the years 2003-2009 he worked for NBG Group as Group Treasurer, while from 1996 till 2003 he was responsible for the Derivatives Division of the bank. He worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York as a Trader with experience in foreign derivative products, interest rates and emerging market bonds. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dimitrios Dimopoulos

Mr. Dimitrios G. Dimopoulos has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors at National Bank of Greece SA since June 26, 2014. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Corporate Banking at National Bank of Greece SA from 2008. He is also a Member of the Integration Steering Committee, the Senior Executive Committee, the Executive Credit, the Disclosure and Transparency and the Asset and Liability Committees. He is a member of the Board of Directors of National-P&K Securities, Ethniki Leasing and NBG Factors, and represents National Bank of Greece at the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the Central Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance. He joined the bank in 1975 and has served as Director of the Corporate Division. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Sciences from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom.

Paul Mylonas

Dr. Paul Mylonas has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at National Bank of Greece SA since June 26, 2014. He has been also Executive Director at the Company since December 19, 2013. He was Chief Risk Officer and Chief Economist of the Group from December 19, 2013 until June 2015. He served as General Manager of Strategy and International Activities, Head of Investor Relations since July 2012. He is also the Group Chief Economist. He is a Member of the Senior Executive, the Disclosure and Transparency as well as the Provisions and Write Off Committees. He was appointed General Manager at the Company in 2004. His responsibilities were broadened in December 2010 when he became General Manager of Strategy and Governance. He is Group Chief Economist and Member of the Executive Committee. He is Second Vice-Chairman of the BoD at Ethniki Insurance Co and serves on the Boards of Directors of: Finansbank A.S., Astir Palace Vouliagmenis S.A., NBG Asset Management and National Securities., Moreover, he is a member of the Economic Advisory Board of the Hellenic Banks’ Association. From April 2004 to December 2010 he was General Manager of Strategy and Research and Chief Economist of the NBG Group, which he joined in 2000. From 1995 to 2000, he worked as Senior Economist in the Economics Department of the OECD, at the Money and Finance Division, and was head of the Greek and Spanish desks from 1997-2000. During 1999-2000 he served as the OECD representative at the G-10 Secretariat. During the years 1987-1995, he worked at the International Monetary Fund as Senior Economist, desk officer for Poland in the European Department, as well as in the Fund’s Policy Development and Review Department. In the years 1985-1987, he was visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics in Boston University. Dr. Mylonas holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics (Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Brown University, as well as a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.

Ioannis Kyriakopoulos

Mr. Ioannis Kyriakopoulos has been Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Executive Board at National Bank of Greece SA since September 2015. He has also been appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchanges SA and the Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA. He worked at the Bank from 1977 until January 2012 when he joined the HFSF as its Chief Financial and Operating Officer. At the Bank he served as Deputy General Manager of International Activities from April 2011 to January 2012 and as Deputy Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 until April 2011 while from August 2002 to April 2009, he was the Director of the Financial and Management Accounting Division. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and a BSc in Economics from the University of Athens and an MSc in Statistics and Operational Research from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.

Omer Aras

Dr. Omer A. Aras is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Finansbank AS, at National Bank of Greece SA. He is a Member of the Provisions and Write Off Committee of National Bank of Greece. Dr. Aras graduated from the Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, Department of Economics, in 1975. He received an MBA in 1978 and a PhD in Business Administration in 1981 from Syracuse University. Over the next three years, he was a faculty member at the Business Administration Department of Ohio State University. Between 1984 and 1987, he served as Credit Marketing Manager and Credit Committee Member at Citibank, and worked as the Head of Yapi Kredi Securities. Dr. Aras participated in the founding of Finansbank in 1987, and served as an Assistant General Manager for two years and as the General Manager for six years and as an Executive Board Member of Finansbank and Vice Chairman of Fiba Holding from 1989 to 2006. Between 2003 and 2007 he held the Board Member position in TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists' Businessmen's Association). Dr. Aras served as Vice Chairman of Finansbank A.S. and Group CEO of Finansbank Group of Financial Companies (Finans Leasing, Finans Invest and Finans Portfolio Asset Management) between November 2006 and April 2010. Dr. Aras was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2010.

Nelly Tzakou-Lambropoulou

Ms. Nelly Tzakou-Lambropoulou has served as General Manager of Retail Banking of National Bank of Greece SA since July 2013. She is also Member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this, she was appointed General Manager, Group Head of Operations, Business Processes and Information Technology at National Bank of Greece SA in December 2012. She previously served as General Manager, Group Head of Operations & Global Transaction Services since July 2007. She is responsible for the Group Operations, e-Business & Alternative Channels, Corporate Key Account Services and Group Head of the Global Transaction Services. She is Chairman of the Board at Ethniki Factors SA and Vice-Chairman of the Board of DIAS SA (Greek ACH), Ethnodata SA, Ethnoplan SA and National Securities SA. Moreover, she is a member of the Euro Banking Association (EBA – Paris) and SEPA High Level Meeting (ECB), a council member of EFMA Operational Excellence Advisory Council, as well as a member of Junior Achievement Greece. Before joining NBG Group, she worked at EFG Eurobank-Ergasias (1990-2007), where she held the position of General Manager, responsible for the Group Operations and the Global Transaction Services business unit. She was actively involved in bank acquisitions made by EFG Eurobank-Ergasias, both in Greece and abroad, as well as in the functional integration of the acquired banks. Her banking career started in 1982 when she joined Societe Generale (Athens branch), working in the field of MIS/Budget/Profitability. She was a member of the Board of Directors of EFG Eurobank Securities, EFG Asset Management, EFG e-Solutions, DIAS Inter-banking Systems and the Greek Securities Central Depository. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from the University of Wales & Manchester Business School.

Damianos Charalampidis

Mr. Damianos Charalampidis has been Chief of Operations at National Bank of Greece SA since September 1, 2012. He is a member of the Senior Executive Committee and he is Chairman of the Group Project Approval, the IT Steering and the Procurement Committees. Moreover, among others, he is Member of Crisis Management and Advertising Committees. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunications, serving as a C level Executive at all three mobile operators in Greece. More specifically, from 2009 until 2012 he was the Chief Operating Officer at Vodafone Greece. During 2005-2009 he joined WIND Hellas as Chief Commercial Officer, while later he assumed the responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer. From 1998 until 2005 he worked at Cosmote (a subsidiary of Deutsche Telecom) as a Product and Services Manager and then he assumed the General Management of the sector. He started his career in 1991 at Intracom S.A. (a telecom equipment manufacturer) in the division of Research & Development and Marketing and Sales later. From 2003 2010, Mr. Charalampidis served as the Chairman of the Greek section of IET (Institute of Electrical and Technical Engineers) of which he is still a Member of the Board of Directors. Throughout his career he has been a Board of Directors Member on various companies like OTENET (ISP provider), Tellas (fixed line operator), Zelitron (M2M solution provider). Currently, he is Chairman of PAEGAE (3PL Logistics Company), Member of PANGAEA (Real Estate Investment Company) Investment Committee, as well as a Board of Directors Member in Ethnodata (IT service provider) and CosmoONE (B2B e Auction service provider). He holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from John Moores University in Liverpool, as well as an MSc in Digital Electronics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).

Nikolaos Christodoulou

Mr. Nikolaos (Nikos) Christodoulou was appointed Group General Manager of IT of National Bank of Greece SA on September 26, 2013. He previously served as Group Assistant General Manager of IT since November 2011. He is also a Member of the Senior Executive Committee. Before joining NBG, he was Partner at Accenture, the global consulting and technology firm, where he was heading the Management Consulting Unit in Greece. He was also heading the Financial Services Unit in Greece. He has served as member of the Board of ICAP SA and member of the Advisory Committee of Attica Ventures. He has been Chairman of the Greek Information Society Observatory for four years and Chairman of the Digital Aid SA for teo years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Technical University of Athens, an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK and a PhD in Decision Systems from National Technical University of Athens. He has also worked as a Research Associate at INSEAD and at the National Technical University of Athens.

Alexander Benos

Mr. Alexander Benos has served as Assistant General Manager, NBG Group Risk Management of National Bank of Greece SA since September 2013. He has acted also as Chief Risk Officer at the Company since June 2015. He joined National Bank of Greece in 2000 as a Senior Risk Associate in charge of systems and models, Risk Analytics and Risk Architecture. Since 2010, he served as Director of NBG Group Risk Control and Architecture and as Deputy Head of the “Basel II” Project Program for NBG Group. Mr. Benos was an academic for over 13 years, first as Assistant and then as Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Economics at the HEC School of Management, France (1993 - 2000) and, finally, as Assistant Professor in the Department of Financial Management and Banking of Piraeus University (2001 - 2006). He has served as a Board Member of the European Financial Management & Marketing Association (EFMA) for the period 1996-98 and is currently a member of the American Finance Association (AFA), the American Institute of Finance and Management (AIFM), and the French Finance association (AFFI). Mr. Benos holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Athens University, a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge in the UK and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University in the USA.

Marinis Stratopoulos

Mr. Marinis Stratopoulos has been General Manager of International Activities since February 20, 2014. He has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Romaneasca, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NBG Leasing IFN, as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd, as member of the Board of Directors of United Bulgarian Bank AD and he is elected as Deputy Chairman of Hellenic-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce. He started his career in banking in 1993 in Xiosbank and then served in several managerial positions in Piraeus Bank Group, Egnatia Bank Romania, Egnatia Bank, National Bank of Greece a.d. Beograd and as President of the Executive Board of Vojvodjanska since 2007. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Romaneasca since August 2010. In parallel to his banking career, he worked from 1993 to 2000 as a part time instructor in Accounting, Mathematics of Finance, Business Administration and Business Finance at the American College of Greece. He holds a Deck Officer Diploma from the Merchant Marine, a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece and an MSc in Finance from the University of Lancaster.

Panagiotis Dasmanoglou

Mr. Panagiotis Dasmanoglou has been Secretary of the National Bank of Greece since January 29, 2014. He has been also Executive Director, Assistant General Manager of Group Compliance and Corporate Governance at the Company since June 2015. From September 26, 2013 he was Assistant General Manager of Group Compliance at the Bank. Previously, since July 2009 he served as Director of the Group Compliance Division, and he was responsible for the Group's compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework. In his various positions as a lawyer at the Bank in the past, he handled matters concerning integration of European banking legislation in the Bank's processes, domestic and international credit operations, and M&A activity. For a number of years, he has been an active participant in the workings of the Hellenic Bank Association and the European Banking Federation, and specifically on the Committees for international banking issues, compliance, consumer issues, anti-money laundering, derivatives and repos. Mr. Dasmanoglou serves on the board of the Hellenic Ombudsman for Banking and Investment Services and on the boards of directors of several NBG Group companies, including as Vice President at National (Ethniki) General Insurance, at NBG Securities S.A., Ethniki Factors S.A. and NBG Asset Management S.A. He holds a law degree (LL.B) from the University of Athens Law School and a postgraduate (Master's) degree in European Law from the University of Brussels, as well as international executive certifications in international banking law, compliance and banking management from the INSEAD Graduate Business School.

Petros Fourtounis

Mr. Petros Fourtounis has been Group Human Resources General Manager at National Bank of Greece SA since June 2015. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Corporate Special Assets at National Bank of Greece from January 28, 2014. Prior to this, he was General Manager and Group Chief Audit Executive of National Bank of Greece SA from September 26, 2013. He previously served as Assistant General Manager and Group Chief Audit Executive since July 2010. He is also a Member of the Disclosure and Transparency Committee. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has been involved in the fields of audit, corporate - project financing and international credit. From 2002 to 2010, he held the position of Director in the NBG Divisions of Corporate Banking, Structured and International Finance and Group International Credit. In the time period 1984-1999 he worked as Internal Auditor for branches, administration units and subsidiaries of the bank in Greece and abroad. He joined NBG in 1975 and until 1984 he worked in the branch network of the bank. He has been a member of the Board of Directors or Executive Credit Committees of several NBG subsidiaries and he was actively involved in the due diligence procedures of foreign bank acquisitions by NBG. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia, Economic and Social Sciences.

Panagiotis Georgiou

Mr. Panagiotis Georgiou was Assistant General Manager, Branch Network at National Bank of Greece SA from December 2012 until 2015. He was a member of the NBG Security Committee and Anti-money Laundering Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the NBG Training Center. He holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) accreditation and he is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In 2011 he was also elected as President of the Hellenic Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Athens. He joined the NBG Group in 1973; during his career he has held different positions, both in the Branch Network and Head Offices, at all levels of the bank’s hierarchy. He has experience in all aspects of Internal Audit, while his experience lies primarily in Fraud Investigations and Special Audits. He also designed and implemented the NBG Fraud Awareness Training Program aiming to promote a Zero tolerance culture to Fraud at the NBG Group. Mr. Georgiou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is completing a Master’s degree in Banking from the Hellenic Open University. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee for the Postgraduate Level Program in Internal Audit of the University of Athens.

Georgios Kaloritis

Mr. Georgios Kaloritis has been Assistant General Manager and Chief Audit Executive at National Bank of Greece since January 28, 2014. He joined National Bank of Greece in 2006 as a Director of Internal Audit responsible for the areas of operations, compliance, information systems and several other support functions of the NBG Group. He was in charge of the project team responsible for the integration of NBG Group's Internal Audit Units, the development of a common methodology according to the IIA standards and the implementation of a fully integrated system (EGRC) for the automation of the audit activities. Before joining the NBG Group he served as the Corporate Security Officer at Eurobank (2003-2006) and as a Partner responsible for the Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte Greece (1996-2003). He started his career in the United States of America where he served at various managerial positions at Price Waterhouse and AT&T (1990-1996). He holds an MBA degree in Executive Management from Saint John's University of New York, an MA in Management Information Systems and a BA Degree in Computer Science and Economics as a second major from Queens College of the City University of New York. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is currently the President of the Board of the Hellenic Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and he also served as the Vice President of the Hellenic Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (2002-2004).

Ioanna Katzilieri-Zour

Ms. Ioanna Katzilieri-Zour has been Assistant General Manager, Group Marketing and Communications at National Bank of Greece SA since December 2012. She previously served as Assistant General Manager since June 2006, responsible for Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Communication, as well as for the Client Service division. She is a member of the MasterCard Central Europe Customer Advisory Forum. Before joining NBG Group, she worked at EFG Eurobank-Ergasias Bank (2004-2006), where she held the position of Assistant General Manager, responsible for Strategic Marketing in Retail Banking. Prior to that, she served as Deputy General Manager at Millenium Bank, responsible for various divisions including Branch Network, Mortgage Lending, Alternative Channels and Marketing (1999-2004). She has also served as Marketing Director in Wind (1998-1999) and Pepsico-Ivi (1995-1998) and started her career working at Procter & Gamble in 1989. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol and a Master’s of Science in Economics from London School of Economics (University of London). During her doctoral studies at Oxford University she worked as a Research Assistant at the Oxford Institute of Economics and Statistics and at the Oxford Energy Institute.

Vasileios Kavalos

Mr. Vasileios Kavalos has been Assistant General Manager, Group Treasurer at National Bank of Greece SA since June 2015. He is also the Bank's Liaison to the Committee for Approval of Banking Transactions that oversees the enforcement of the Capital Controls Legislative Act, as well as the Chairman on the Bank's Subcommittee authorized for approving capital outflows for commercial purposes. From 2011 to 2015 he was the Corporate Treasurer with the primary task of ensuring the necessary liquidity and its efficient allocation within the Group while prior to that he was the Deputy Manager of trading since 2008. From 1999 until 2005, following the request of Ministry of Finance, he was detached to the Public Management Debt Agency where he participated in the instituting and operating of the Funding Department. In 1997 he became the Head of sovereign bond trading desk in the Group's Dealing Room, of which he was a staff member, through a selection process, since 1991. He joined the Group in 1981, after passing a public examination, and the following years he worked at the international trade and credit departments. He holds a BSc in Business Administration of Deree College of the American College of Greece and is a certified Portfolio Manager by Bank of Greece.

Georgios Koutsoudakis

Mr. Georgios Dimitrios-Spiridon Koutsoudakis has been Assistant General Manager of Corporate Banking at National Bank of Greece SA since January 29, 2014. Just before joining NBG during 2013 (between January and May) he was Advisor to the Management of Alpha Bank and from May onwards, he was Deputy Commissioner of Probank. During the period from 2007-2012 he worked at Emporiki Bank (Group Credit Agricole). From 2007 to 2009 he was Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Investment banking and from 2009 to 2012 he was General Manager, Head of Enterprises, Investment & Private Banking. During the period 2002-2007 he was Deputy General Manager at Geniki Bank (Group Societe Generale). Prior to that, he had worked in the field of investment banking for ETEBA (Group of NBG) 1996 2001 and Alpha Finance (Group of Alpha Bank) 1990-1996. He has held various positions on Boards of Directors, while currently he is Non-Executive Member on the Board of Directors of the Finans, Probank Leasing, Ethniki Factors & Apivita. Mr. Koutsoudakis holds BSc in Economics.

George Maligiannis

Mr. George Maligiannis has been Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking at National Bank of Greece since April 2016. Prior to this, he was Assistant General Manager of Household Lending at National Bank of Greece SA from July 2013. He was responsible for Mortgage Credit, Consumer Finance and Credit Cards. Since November 2011, he held the position of the Director of Mortgage Credit Division of NBG. He has been with NBG since 1999 and has more than 30 years of banking experience. Before joining NBG Group, he worked for the Mortgage Bank of Greece in the IT Department, in the branch network and from 1989 to 1998 as a manager in the Vancouver Representative Office in Canada. Mr. Maligiannis is a graduate in Economics from the University of Athens and holds a Masters' Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, Canada. He is also an Associate with the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Konstantinos Mpratos

Mr. Konstantinos Mpratos has been Assistant General Manager of International Operations at National Bank of Greece since December 19, 2013, having served as a manager of this Division since April 2012. Mr. Bratos has been the Chairman of NBG Malta Holdings Ltd and NBG Bank Malta Ltd since 2009, of Banka NBG Albania since 2012 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NBG Egypt and Stopanska Banka since 2012. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Romaneasca and Vojvodjanska and Board Member of UBB. From 2010 to 2012, he held the position of Executive Manager for Corporate & Business Banking at UBB. From 2005 to 2010 he was Manager of International Network Division A' at NBG. From 2002 to 2005 he held the position of Second General Manager at Stopanska Banka. From 1992 to 2002 he also served as Deputy Manager at the NBG branch in Boston and after that he became Manager at the NBG branches in Belgrade, Sofia and Bucharest. From 1984 to 1992 he worked in the Audit Division at NBG which he joined in 1975 and until 1984 he worked in the branch network of the Bank. Mr. Bratos holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Piraeus, as well as a MSc in Economic Management, specialization in Marketing Management from Burgas University (Bulgaria).

Georgios Triantafillakis

Mr. Georgios Triantafillakis has been Assistant General Manager of Legal Services at National Bank of Greece SA since June 2015. Prior to this, he was Director of Legal Services Division at the Company from 2012. Since 2006 he has been Member of the Legal Council of National Bank of Greece and since 2010 he has been Member of the Legal Council of Hellenic Bank Association. Since 1992 he has been Attorney-at-law practicing before Supreme Court of Justice. During his service in the Legal Services, he represented the Bank before high Courts, arbitration tribunals and Authorities, with respect to significant legal cases in Greece and foreign jurisdictions, involving matters of banking law, criminal law, capital markets law, competition law, European and commercial law. He is Professor of Law in DUTH and Professor in National School of Judges. He was member of Competition Commission (for 10 years), member of legislative committees and legal science societies. He has published monographs, scholarly and university books, series of articles in particular sectors of commercial law and he was elected as Vice chairman in the board of Association of Greek commercialists. He is graduate of the University of Athens Law School (with honors) and holds a doctoral degree in Commercial Law from the German University of Tuebingen Law School.

Ioannis Vagionitis

Mr. Ioannis Vagionitis has been Assistant General Manager, Chief Credit Officer at National Bank of Greece SA since July 2015. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Finansbank since January 2014 and Member of the Risk Committee, the Audit Committee and Loans Committee of Finansbank as well. From October 2010 up to November 2013 he was Head of Corporate Banking-Large Corporate Division of NBG. Also, he was member of the Board of Directors of NBG Factors. From May 2008 up to October 2010 he was Head of Credit Division and International Credit Division of the Group, whereas from October 2006 up to May 2008 he was Head of Credit Division of National Bank of Greece. Konstantinos Vosikas

Mr. Konstantinos Vosikas has been Assistant General Manager of Corporate Special Assets at National Bank of Greece since July 2015. Prior to this, he was Chief Credit Risk Officer at National Bank of Greece SA from December 19, 2013. He joined NBG in 2005 as a Credit Risk Manager for Group Risk Management and subsequently as a Senior Credit Officer for Credit Division. Since 2010, he served as Director of NBG Group International Credit. He is a member of the Senior Credit Committee and Risk Management Council. He has been a member of Supervisory Boards of NBG Group International Subsidiaries and NBG Executive Credit Committees. Before joining NBG, during the period from 1994 to 2005, he worked in the Corporate Banking Departments of Midland Bank as a Credit Officer and Egnatia Bank, where he held the position of Head of Corporate and Investment Banking. During the period from 1990 to 1994 he worked in the audit departments of Moore Stephens and Arthur Andersen, participating in external and internal audits for companies operating in various sectors of the Greek economy, valuations, feasibility studies etc. Mr. Vossikas is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland, holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Deree College and has participated in many seminars held in Greece and abroad.

Dimitrios Kapotopoulos

Mr. Dimitrios Kapotopoulos has been General Manager of the Corporate Banking Division, Member of the Executive Board at National Bank of Greece SA since July 2015. Prior to this, he was Assistant General Manager at the Company from January 29, 2014. Mr. Kapotopoulos, joined NBG in 1978, at the Branch Network. From 1982 until 1992, he served as credit analyst and played a constructive role in setting up the Large Corporate Division of NBG in 1993, for which he was appointed as Deputy Director in May 2008. He has been Director of Structured and International Finance Division of NBG since October 2010. Prior to joining NBG, he held financial positions in commercial enterprises. Mr. Kapotopoulos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Efthymios Katsikas

Mr. Efthymios Christos Katsikas has been Non-Executive Director and Employee Representative of National Bank of Greece SA since June 21, 2012. He joined the Company in 1982. He has worked for the Bank’s IT and HR Divisions and has been a member of HR management-related committees and panels. He participates in the NBG employees’ union and OTOE (Federation of Bank Employee Unions of Greece).

Stavros Koukos

Mr. Stavros Anastasios Koukos has been Non-Executive Director-Employee Representative of National Bank of Greece SA since June 21, 2012. He holds a degree in Economics of the School of Higher Industrial Studies of Thessaloniki, (now University of Macedonia) from where he graduated in 1981. In 1973 he was recruited through competition in the National Bank of Greece. He is an active member of the National Bank of Greece Employees Union (SYETE) since his recruitment in NBG. He was elected member of the Administration Board of SYETE in 1982, Vice-President of SYETE from 1986 to 1994 and further on, President, continuously elected from 1994 until 2006. He has been member of the General Council of OTOE since 1982, and was elected President of OTOE, position that he holds until today since December 2006. He is also President of the Labour Institute of OTOE (INE/OTOE) since 2006, and International Relations Secretary of OTOE. He is also member of the General Council of GSEE from 2006 until today.

Charalampos Makkas

Mr. Charalampos Athanasios Makkas has been Non-Executive Director Representative of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund at National Bank of Greece SA since June 11, 2012. He is a Member of the Risk Management Committee, the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee. Mr. Makkas started his banking career in NY in 1978 , where he held several positions in the areas of Treasury Management, Investment Banking and Risk management until 1992. He returned to Greece in 1993, briefly joining National Bank of Greece as Global Treasurer before becoming Managing Director at Bank of America Athens for the next 7 years. Next he helped set up and ran the joint venture of ING Bank and Piraeus Bank in Asset Management until 2008, and for the following couple of years he joined a private equity fund in Switzerland. He has served on the boards of several companies in the public as well as the private sector. Mr. Makkas earned a BA from Brandeis University in Boston in 1975, a MA from Columbia Unviversity in New York in 1977 and M. Phil from the same university in 1978. He has taught econometrics and money and banking at several colleges.

Petros Sampatakakis

Mr. Petros K. Sampatakakis has been Non-Executive Independent Director of National Bank of Greece SA since January 14, 2010. He was Chief Risk Manager of Citigroup Inc. between 1999 and 2004. He was responsible for all the financial services company’s businesses, a Member of the Management Committee, and a Member of the Citicorp Board. From 1992 to 1997, he was in charge of the financial services subsidiaries of the American International Group, its treasury operations as well as the market and credit risk activities. He was Member of the Executive Committee and a C.V. Starr partner. Prior to that, he was the head of global Treasury and Capital Markets at JP Morgan Chase (formerly Chemical Bank), which he joined in 1973 in Economic Research. Among his positions at Chemical Bank were oversight of the international branches, foreign exchange and securities trading and the management of its funding and investments division. In addition, he had the responsibility for the management of the corporation’s overall interest rate risk and investment portfolios. He earned three degrees from Columbia University: Bachelor of Science, Masters of Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics. He has been Chairman of Plan International and Child Reach, a Trustee of Athens College in Greece, and a Director Emeritus of the Gennadius Library. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mrs. Angeliki I. Skandaliari has served as Non-Executive Independent Director-Greek State Representative of National Bank of Greece SA since March 23, 2015.

Spyridon Theodoropoulos

Mr. Spyridon J. Theodoropoulos has been Non-Executive Independent Director of National Bank of Greece SA since April 18, 2011. He is also Managing Director of Chipita SA. He is Chairman of Remuneration and Human Resources Committees. In 1976, he started his career with a family business named Recor SA , producing dairy products. In 1981, he became the General Manager of Aligel SA, an importing company of confectionery and ice cream products. In 1986 he became the General Manager of Interia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Titan. In the past, he served as President of the Athens Stock Exchange Listed Companies Association, Vice President of Greek Federation of Industries and Vice President of Helex. He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business.
