Johan Molin

 Mr. Johan Molin has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nobia AB since March 30, 2011. He also chairs the Company’s Compensation Committee and serves as Member of the Nominating Committee. He joined Nobia’s Board in 2010 as Vice Chairman. Mr. Molin is President and Chief Executive Officer of ASSA ABLOY, where he also serves as Board Member. Previously, he was President at Nilfisk-Advance and Divisional Manager at Atlas Copco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Morten Falkenberg

 Mr. Morten Falkenberg has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nobia AB since October 6, 2010, and as Member of the Company's Board of Directors since March 30, 2011.
