Khoza, Reuel Dr. Reuel Jethro Khoza is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Nedbank Group Ltd. He is Chairman of Aka Capital, Corobrik (Pty) Limited, Nepad Business Foundation and Murray & Roberts Cementation (Pty) Limited. He is a non-executive director of Nampak Limited, Protea Group Limited and Old Mutual plc. He is President of the Institute of Directors and in this capacity served on the King II and King III Committees on corporate governance. He is a founding director of the Black Management Forum and the former Chairman of Eskom Holdings.
