Name Description

James Robo

Mr. James L. Robo serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of NextEra Energy, Inc., effective December 13, 2013. Robo became chief executive officer in July 2012. Prior to that, he served in several senior executive positions since joining the company in 2002. Mr. Robo received his bachelor of arts degree from Harvard College in 1984 and his MBA in 1988 from Harvard Business School. He serves on the board of directors of J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc.

Mr. Moray P. Dewhurst is Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President - Finance of NextEra Energy Inc. Mr. Dewhurst began his service as Vice Chairman and Chief of Staff of NextEra Energy in August 2009. From July 2001 to May 2008, Mr. Dewhurst served as Vice President, Finance and CFO of NextEra Energy and as Senior Vice President, Finance and CFO of FPL.

Eric Silagy

Mr. Eric Silagy is President and Chief Executive Officer - Florida Power & Light Company of Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc. He was appointed president in December 2011 and CEO in May 2014. Mr. Silagy has worked for NextEra Energy companies for more than a decade. For FPL, he served as senior vice president of regulatory and state governmental affairs and as chief development officer, managing all generation development, including solar, natural gas and nuclear energy projects. At NextEra Energy Resources, Mr. Silagy served as vice president and general manager, overseeing all business activities for the company’s generation assets in southern United States; and vice president of business development, managing merger and acquisition activities, including nuclear power plant acquisitions. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Silagy served as vice president, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures at Entergy Wholesale Operations, based in Houston, and as vice president and managing director, Southeast Asia, for The Wing Group, a subsidiary of Western Resources. He also worked for U.S. Senator J. Bennett Johnston of Louisiana, in several capacities, including chief of staff. Mr. Silagy was elected the 2013-2014 Chair of the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He also serves as a board member of Enterprise Florida, Inc., the Florida Council of 100, and the Benjamin School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Charles Sieving

Mr. Charles E. Sieving is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of NextEra Energy Inc. He is Executive Vice President of FPL (Florida Power & Light Company), subsidiary of the company. Mr. Sieving was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PAETEC Holding Corp., a communications services and solutions provider, from February 2007 to November 2008 and was primarily responsible for all legal and regulatory matters. Chris Froggatt

Mr. Chris N. Froggatt is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Controller of NextEra Energy Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Froggatt had been the Vice President and Treasurer of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (“Pinnacle West”), a public holding company, and of its subsidiary, Arizona Public Service Company (“APS”), since December 2008. Prior to that time, he was Vice President and Controller of APS (October 2002 – December 2008), Vice President and Controller of Pinnacle West (August 1999 – October 2002), Controller of Pinnacle West (July 1999 – August 1999) and Controller of APS (July 1997 – July 1999). APS is a vertically-integrated electric utility that provides either retail or wholesale electric service to much of the State of Arizona. Pinnacle West’s other principal subsidiary is engaged in real estate development activities in the western United States.

Naren Gursahaney

Mr. Naren K. Gursahaney is Director of the Company. He is the president and chief executive officer, and a member of the board of directors, of The ADT Corporation, a leading provider of electronic security, interactive home and business automation and monitoring services for residences and small businesses in North America. Prior to ADT’s separation from Tyco in September 2012, he served as president of Tyco’s ADT North American Residential business segment and was previously president of Tyco Security Solutions, then the world’s largest electronic security provider to residential, commercial, industrial and governmental customers and the largest operating segment of Tyco. Gursahaney joined Tyco in 2003 as senior vice president of operational excellence. He then served as president of Tyco Engineered Products and Services and its Flow Control business. Prior to joining Tyco, Gursahaney spent 10 years in leadership roles at General Electric, including general management, marketing, business development and information technology. He was president of GE Medical Systems Asia, chief information officer of GE Medical Systems and vice president of service for GE Medical Systems Asia. Before GE, he served with global consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton and began his career as an engineer with Westinghouse Electric in the U.S. and Israel. Gursahaney holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in general management from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Administration. He serves on several Penn State advisory boards and was honored in 2009 with the Outstanding Engineering Alumni Award from the College of Engineering.

Mr. Kirk S. Hachigian is Director of NextEra Energy, Inc., effective October 18, 2013. Hachigian served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Cooper Industries plc, a global manufacturer of electrical products and tools, until the company's acquisition by Eaton Corporation in late 2012. He was named chairman of Cooper Industries in 2006, chief executive officer in 2005 and president in 2004. Prior to joining Cooper Industries in 2001, Hachigian held senior-level positions with General Electric Company, including president and chief executive officer of the Asia Pacific operations unit of GE Lighting, as well as key management assignments in Singapore, Mexico, Cleveland and General Electric's corporate headquarters in Connecticut. Hachigian also held general management as well as sales and marketing positions with Oak Industries and served as a consultant with Bain & Company. Hachigian serves on the boards of PACCAR, Inc. and Forethought Financial Group, Inc., and formerly served on the boards of Cooper Industries and Trane, Inc. (formerly American Standard Companies, Inc.). Hachigian earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sherry Barrat

Mrs. Sherry S. Barrat is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since February 1998. Mrs. Barrat retired as vice chairman of Northern Trust Corporation, a financial holding company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and as a member of Northern Trust’s Management Committee, in July 2012. Prior to being appointed to that office in March 2011, Mrs. Barrat had served as president of Personal Financial Services for Northern Trust since January 2006. She served as chairman and chief executive officer of Northern Trust Bank of California, N.A., from 1999 through 2005, and as president of Northern Trust Bank of Florida’s Palm Beach Region from 1992 through 1998. Mrs. Barrat joined Northern Trust in 1990 in Miami. Since January 1, 2013, Mrs. Barrat has served as an independent trustee or director of certain Prudential Insurance mutual funds. Mrs. Barrat has been a director of NextEra Energy since 1998.

Mr. Robert M. Beall, II., is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since 1989. He is chairman of Beall’s, which operate retail stores located from Florida to California. Until August 2006, he was also chief executive officer of Beall’s. Mr. Beall is currently, and has been since 2004, a director of SunTrust Banks, Inc., and is currently a director of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida and the National Retail Federation. He is also past chairman of the Florida Chamber of Commerce.

James Camaren

Mr. James L. Camaren is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since October 18, 2002. He is a private investor. Until May 2006, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Utilities, Inc. Utilities, Inc. was one of the largest investor-owned water utilities in the United States until March 2002, when it was acquired by Nuon, a Dutch company, which subsequently sold Utilities, Inc. in April 2006. He joined Utilities, Inc. in 1987 and served successively as vice president of business development, executive vice president, and vice chairman, becoming chairman and chief executive officer in 1996.

Dr. Kenneth B. Dunn, Ph.D., is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since July 30, 2010. He is Professor of Financial Economics at the David A. Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University (the “Tepper School”), a position he has held since July 2002, and, since 2011, has been an academic affiliate of Finance Scholars Group. He also served as Dean of the Tepper School from July 2002 to January 2011. Before his service in that position, Dr. Dunn had a 16-year career managing fixed income portfolios at Miller Anderson & Sherrerd and its successor by merger, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he served as a managing director and as co-director of the U.S. Core Fixed Income and Mortgage Teams. Dr. Dunn was a director of BlackRock, Inc. from 2005 until 2011.

Toni Jennings

Ms. Toni Jennings is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since February 16, 2007. She has served since 2007 as the chairman of the board of Jack Jennings & Sons, Inc. She served as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Florida from March 2003 through December 2006. He has been the president and chief executive officer, and a director, of 1st United Bank, a banking corporation located in Boca Raton, Florida, and chief executive officer and a director of its publicly-held parent company, 1st United Bancorp, Inc., since mid-2003. He was the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Republic Security Bank in West Palm Beach, Florida from 1984 until March 2001, and the chairman, president and chief executive officer of its parent company, Republic Security Financial Corporation (“RSFC”), from 1985 until March 2001, when RSFC was acquired by Wachovia Corporation. Following the acquisition, he served as Chairman of Florida Banking of Wachovia Bank, N.A. until December 2001. In March 2002, Mr. Schupp became a managing director of Ryan Beck & Co., an investment banking and brokerage company, a position he held until March 2003. He is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and a former president of the Florida Bankers Association.

John Skolds

Mr. John L. Skolds Independent Director of NextEra Energy, Inc., since July 2012. He is retired. He served as executive vice president of Exelon and president of Exelon Energy Delivery from December 2003 until his retirement in September 2007. He also served as president of Exelon Generation from March 2005 to September 2007. From March 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Skolds served as senior vice president of Exelon Corporation and president and chief nuclear officer of Exelon Nuclear. He also served as president and chief operating officer of Outer Banks Ocean Energy Corporation from October 2009 to March 2010. Mr. Skolds was a director of Constellation Energy Group from 2007 until its merger with Exelon in March 2012.

William Swanson

Mr. William H. Swanson is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since October 16, 2009. He has been the chairman of the board of Raytheon, a company engaged in defense and government electronics, space and airborne systems, information technology, technical services and business and special mission aircraft, since 2004 and Raytheon’s chief executive officer since July 2003. Before assuming those positions, he served as president of Raytheon from July 2002 to May 2004, as executive vice president of Raytheon and president of its Electronic Systems division from January 2000 to July 2002, and as executive vice president of Raytheon and chairman and chief executive officer of Raytheon Systems Company from January 1998 to January 2000. Mr. Swanson joined Raytheon in 1972 and has held a wide range of leadership positions with the company. Mr. Swanson was a director of Sprint Nextel Corporation from 2004 to 2008.

Hansel Tookes

Mr. Hansel E. Tookes, II, is Independent Director of NextEra Energy Inc., since March 21, 2005. He is retired. Mr. Tookes served in senior executive positions with Raytheon, a company engaged in defense and government electronics, space and airborne systems, information technology, technical services and business and special mission aircraft, from 1999 until December 2002. He joined Raytheon in 1999 as president and chief operating officer of Raytheon Aircraft Company, was appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Raytheon Aircraft Company in 2000, and became president of Raytheon International in 2001. From 1980 until joining Raytheon, Mr. Tookes held a variety of leadership positions with United Technologies Corporation, including serving as president of Pratt & Whitney’s Large Military Engines Group. He is a director of Corning Incorporated (since 2001), Harris Corporation (since 2005) and Ryder System, Inc. (since 2002).
