Scott L. Bok has been Co - Chief Executive Officer, Director of Greenhill & Co., Inc., since October 2007 and served as the company's U.S. President between January 2004 and October 2007. He has also served as a member of the company's Management Committee since its formation in January 2004. In addition, Mr. Bok has been a director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since its incorporation in March 2004. From 2001 until the formation of the company's Management Committee, Mr. Bok participated on the two-person administrative committee responsible for managing Greenhill’s operations. From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Bok practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law in New York with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Robert K. Collins is Managing Director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. Mr. Collins has been a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Investment Banking for the Americas at Morgan Stanley. Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Collins has worked on M&A and financing engagements totaling over $85 billion. In 2008, he was selected by both Dealmaker Magazine and Investment Dealers' Digest as a top "40-under-40" banker. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Collins was an active-duty Naval officer for five years in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program where he worked for a four-star Admiral and was responsible for nuclear engineering on submarines. He received his M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School, earned a master's degree in nuclear engineering from the Westinghouse Reactor Engineering School and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1991 with a B.E. in chemical engineering. |
