Name Description

Victor Bradley

Mr. Victor H. Bradley is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Bradley has been Lead Director of Nevada Copper since 2013. Mr. Bradley is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 50 years of experience in the mining industry having founded, financed and operated several mining and advanced stage exploration and development companies. In 1994, Mr. Bradley founded Yamana Gold Inc. (formerly "Yamana Resources Inc.") collectively "Yamana". Mr. Bradley served as its President and CEO until July 2003. By 2001, Yamana had discovered, developed, financed and put into production the high grade Mina Martha silver mine located in southern Patagonia, Argentina. Mr. Bradley negotiated and consummated the reverse takeover of Yamana by Santa Elina Mines of Brazil in the first half of 2003 and then moved, in July 2003, to serve as Chairman of the Board and subsequently Lead Director until May 2008. As Chairman, Mr. Bradley helped guide Yamana through the acquisition of Santa Elina's gold assets, including a producing gold mine bought from CVRD and five other significant corporate acquisitions, including Desert Sun, Meridian, Northern Orion and Viceroy. During his time with Yamana, Mr. Bradley participated in many equity and debt financings. From November 2006 to June 2014, Mr. Bradley was Chairman of Osisko Mining Corp, one of Canada's modern mining success stories. Osisko arranged project financing of greater than $1 billion in debt and equity in 2009 for the Canadian Malartic mine. The mine was sold to a partnership of Agnico Eagle and Yamana Gold in June of 2014. Currently Mr. Bradley is Director of Osisko Gold Royalties, a company created through the sale of Osisko Mining and holding an NSR royalty on the Malartic Mine.

Mr. Giulio T. Bonifacio is Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Nevada Copper Corp since 2006. He was Chief Financial Officer of American Bonanza Gold Corp. 2001 to January 2009.

Robert McKnight

Mr. Robert T. McKnight, P. Eng., MBA, is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Nevada Copper Corp. Mr. McKnight is a Professional Engineer and MBA with over 30 years of experience in the resource business and has knowledge in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies and valuations. Mr. McKnight has held senior positions with Brascan Resources, Wright Engineers, Cassiar Mining, Getty Resources, TOTAL S.A., Endeavour Financial, Pincock Allen & Holt Ltd., AMEC, Yukon Zinc and, most recently, Selwyn Resources. His experience includes: feasibility studies; financial evaluations of mining, oil and gas and coal projects; technical and financial due diligence; project finance, valuations, fairness opinions and mergers and acquisitions. He has international experience including assignments in North and South America, Asia and Africa. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University with degrees in Geological Engineering and Business Administration.

Timothy Arnold

Mr. Timothy Arnold is the Vice President, Operations of Nevada Copper Corporation since October 2013.

Catherine Tanaka

Ms. Catherine A. Tanaka is Corporate Secretary of Nevada Copper Corp. She was Corporate Secretary of Mesa Uranium Corp. since September 2006, Corporate Secretary of American Bonanza Gold Corp. since March 2003.

James Askew

Mr. James Edward Askew is an Director of the Company. Mr. Askew holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Honours) and Master's Degree in Engineering Science and has over 40 years of international experience as a Director and/or Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Askew has extensive technical expertise in both open pit and underground mines including design, construction and operations in all major continents. In addition to his vast technical experience, Mr. Askew has overseen numerous financings, M&A successes and assembling of key personnel for mine-building teams. Mr. Askew is currently the Chairman of Oceanagold Corporation and Syrah Resources, as well as a Director of Evolution Mining and Asian Mineral Resources. Other past listed company Directorships include PMI Gold (Chairman), Sino Gold (Chairman), Yamana Gold (Non-Executive Director), and Ivanhoe Australia (Non-Executive Director).

Lucio Genovese

Mr. Lucio Genovese has appointed as Director of the company. effective May 27, 2016. He has 24 years of experience in both the merchant and financial sector of the metals and mining industry. Mr. Genovese is the chief executive officer of Nage Capital Management in Baar, Switzerland. He is also chairman of Firestone Diamonds, and member of the boards of the Armajaro Commodity Funds and Crossbow Partners AG, Baar, Switzerland. He was previously employed at Glencore International AG, where he held several senior positions, including CEO of the CIS region and manager of the Moscow office. Mr. Genovese is a chartered accountant and has a BComm and BAcc from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg (South Africa).

Stephen Gill

Mr. Stephen Gill is Director of the Company. Mr. Gill has been at Pala since 2008, during which time he has been involved in many of Pala's principal investments covering a range of commodities, as well mining services and consumables sectors. Mr. Gill has also supported many of Pala's investee companies in defining and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Pala, Mr. Gill was at AMEC Plc. (now AMEC Foster Wheeler), an engineering consulting firm, where he advised on a range of natural resources transactions, including the IPO of the Kazakhstan state oil company and CITIC Resources' acquisition of the Karazhanbas oilfield. Mr. Gill also acted as an advisor across a range of private equity transactions, including investments in businesses spanning mining, metals processing, and mining consumables manufacturing industries. Mr. Gill holds an MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid. He also holds an MSc from the University of North Carolina and a BSc from the University of Wales.

Joseph Giuffre

Mr. Joseph P. Giuffre is Non-Independent Director of Nevada Copper Corp. Mr. Giuffre is the Chief Legal Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd., a mineral resource company, from January 1, 2013 to present. Partner, Axium Law Corporation January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2012.

Evgenij Iorich

Mr. Evgenij Iorich is Director of the Company. Mr. Iorich has over ten years of experience in the natural resources sector. His commodity experience extends across a broad range of bulk commodities, as well as precious and base metals. Mr. Iorich has worked with a number of Pala's portfolio companies on a range of strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, operational and financial planning and structuring. He is a director of Peninsula Energy and Asian Mineral Resources and, in addition, with his considerable experience in oil and gas, is also a director of Serinus Energy. Prior to joining Pala in 2006, Mr. Iorich was a financial manager at Mechel, the Russian metals and mining company, where his responsibilities included all aspects of budgeting and financial modeling. Mr. Iorich graduated from the University of Zurich with a Masters of Arts degree.

Bill Myckatyn

Mr. Bill Myckatyn is appointed as Director of the company. effective May 27, 2016. He is a mining engineer with over 30 years of technical and management experience in mine financing, development and operations. He was the chairman and subsequently vice-chairman of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd., an intermediate copper and gold producer focused in the Americas, until its takeover in 2012. Prior to founding Quadra Mining in 2002, Mr. Myckatyn held the position of chief executive officer and senior positions at other mining and metals companies over the period of a decade, including Dayton Mining, Princeton Mining and Gibraltar Mines. For over 10 years prior to that, he worked for various operations controlled by Placer Dome Inc., and its associated and predecessor companies, including four separate mines in Australia and the Philippines. Mr. Myckatyn also sits on the board of directors of Oceanagold Corp., First Point Minerals Corp. and San Marcos Resources.

Michael Brown

Mr. Michael Martin Brown is an Independent Director of Nevada Copper Corp., with effect from August 8, 2013. Mr. Brown joined Pala Investments Ltd. in July, 2011, as senior vice-president. Prior to joining Pala, Mr. Brown worked for De Beers Consolidated Mines Ltd. where in his role of chief operating officer he was responsible to the chief executive officer and board for all operations in South Africa, including production at five mines, the planning and execution of construction projects, strategic business development, and health, safety and environmental control. Mr. Brown is a registered professional engineer graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BS in mining engineering with honours.

Daniel Dumas

Mr. Daniel Dumas is an Independent Director of Nevada Copper Corp. Mr. Dumas is an industry leader with broad-based expertise in mining construction, engineering, finance, business development and has been involved with many publicly listed mining companies. He is the founder and CEO of Dumas Contracting Ltd., which he has led over the past 20 years to become a specialized international mining contractor. He has proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom line, a wealth of technical and project management experience, and strong acumen for tenders, pricing structures and contract language. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mining Engineering, is a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program through the University of Toronto, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Paul Matysek

Mr. Paul Frank Matysek is an Independent Director of Nevada Copper Corp. Mr. Matysek with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and is an experienced geochemist and geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Matysek has held senior management and director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies and has been providing consulting services as an independent contractor to both private and publicly traded companies since 1998.
