| Tobin, Brian | The Honourable Brian V. Tobin, P.C., ICD.D, is Independent Chairman of the Board of New Flyer Industries Inc. He served as the Federal Minister of Industry from October 2000 to January 2002. Previously, he served as the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1996 to 2000 and won two consecutive majority governments in provincial elections held in February 1996 and February 1999. Mr. Tobin served as a Member of Parliament from 1980 to 1996 and served as Minister of Fisheries and Oceans in the federal cabinet from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Tobin is currently Senior Business Advisor with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Toronto. Mr. Tobin serves on a number of other public company boards being, Aecon Group Inc., Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., SonnenEnergy Corp. and is Vice-Chairman of the board of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited. Mr. Tobin is also Chairman of the board of NFI. Mr. Tobin is director of Canpages Inc. and Marport Canada Inc. He is also Special Advisor for the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. Mr. Tobin is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a graduate of the Directors Education Program. |
| Soubry, Paul | Mr. Paul Soubry is President and Chief Executive Officer of New Flyer Industries Inc. effective from Jan. 19, 2009. Mr. Soubry Mr. Soubry holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba and completed the executive development program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Soubry has a strong sales, marketing, business development and operations background in highly leveraged businesses held by both trade and private equity owners with substantial experience in business transformations and LEAN operational practices. | Smith, Paul | Mr. Paul Smith is Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing of New Flyer Industries Inc. | Peper, Hans | Mr. Hans Peper is Executive Vice President, Customer Services of New Flyer Industries Inc. Mr. Peper studied in the Netherlands where he graduated with a Masters of Agricultural Engineering. During his professional career, he has operated in a variety of senior management positions within the European farm equipment industry. Mr. Peper came to Canada in the mid 1980s. Since joining New Flyer in 1989, Mr. Peper has been part of the Company’s executive team and developed both the aftermarket parts and publications organizations of the Company into market positions. Under his responsibility, New Flyer has combined all aftermarket activities into one business unit, covering all aspects of industry service, warranty, parts and training support to the Company’s customers. |

White joined New Flyer in 1998 as Corporate Controller and moved to the position of Vice- President, Supply Management in 2002. He was appointed Executive Vice-President, Supply Management in 2006 and he is responsible for the activities of pricing bids, strategic sourcing, operational purchasing, production planning, materials management and logistics. Mr. White obtained his chartered accountancy designation in 1993 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce with honours from the University of Manitoba in 1990. | McLeod, Wayne | Mr. Wayne M.E. McLeod is Director of New Flyer Industries Inc., since June 16, 2005. Mr. McLeod is a corporate director and is the chairperson of the Institute of Corporate Directors. | Edwards, Larry | Mr. Larry Edwards is Director of New Flyer Industries Inc. Mr. Edwards is a corporate director and also serves on the board of NCI Building Systems, Inc. Mr. Edwards was a director of Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (“GPEG”) and its predecessor Global Energy Equipment Group, Inc. from 1998 until January, 2008. | Jacobsen, Pat | Ms. Pat Jacobsen has been appointed to the board of New Flyer Industries Inc. with effect from November 12, 2009. Ms. Jacobsen served as the CEO of TransLink in Vancouver, BC, from 2001 to 2008 before retiring. During her tenure at TransLink, Ms. Jacobsen demonstrated planning and strategic leadership which led to ridership increases, new major capital projects and Canada's first transit police force, which improved safety and security for operators and passengers. Prior to TransLink, Ms. Jacobsen served as the President and CEO of the Manitoba Workers' Compensation Board in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has also held senior positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Manulife Insurance Company and the Government of Ontario, where her last position was Deputy Minister of Transportation. Ms. Jacobsen has been honoured with many awards, most notably for her efforts in sustainability and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba. |
