Homier, John Mr. Homier has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NGP Investment Advisor, LP since July 2004. From January 2003 to July 2004, he was a partner in M1 Energy Capital Securities. From December 1999 to December 2002, he was a managing director of Deutsche Bank.
Gardner, Stephen Mr. Gardner has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NGP Investment Advisor, LP since December 2005; Corporate Secretary since September 2006. Director of Finance from October 2004 to December 2005. From September 2002 to May 2004, he was Chief Financial Officer of Dunhill Resources, Inc., a privately-held oil and gas production company, which hired him to address its over levered financial condition.
Plato, R. Kelly Mr. Plato is Senior Vice President of NGP Investment Advisor, LP since December 2006 after joining in February 2005.
