Swee Hin Siaw

Dato' Siaw Swee Hin serves as Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Berhad since November 26, 2014. He joined the board on October 22, 2012, and served as Managing Director from November 18 to November 26, 2014. He holds Master in Business Management and Master of Business Administration in International Business from University of Hertfordshire. He serves as Director of Alltrust Capital Sdn Bhd since 2012, Managing Director of Alltrust International Berhad since 2007 and Managing Director of JB Oil & Chemicals Industries Sdn Bhd since 2003. He was Marketing Executive of Hong Huat Hung Industrial Pte Ltd (1997-2001) and Director of Swee Hwa Polymer Sdn Bhd/SweeHin Chemicals Sdn Bhd (2001-2003).

Tuck Meng Low

Mr. Low Tuck Meng has been Chief Financial Officer at NAIM INDAH CORPORATION BERHAD since June 3, 2015. He holds Master of Business Administration (Finance) from University of Leicester, UK, and is Fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA). Mr Low Tuck Meng has about 20 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, treasury management, internal control, risk management, financial analysis and change management. He had also served as the Group Financial Controller of a public listed company in Malaysia for the period from March 2004 to September 2007.

Hud bin Abu Bakar

Mr. Hud bin Abu Bakar serves as Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Berhad since November 26, 2014. He holds Master of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley in 1988. He started his career in San Francisco Bay Area before coming back to Malaysia in 1989. He is a member of Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and Malaysia Society of Interior Designers (MSID). He has served in the PAM council and had given talks in UiTM, UIA, FIABCI, Datum Architectural seminar and PAM seminars / functions. His works has been profiled in many publications such as Habitus, The Star, The Edge, Tattler, Trend, Architecture Malaysia, Thailand’s Art4D and an Indonesian Architecture publication. He has over 25 years of experience in designing small and large scale projects. Famed for his contemporary clean lined architecture, his works varies from residential, commercial, large scale exhibition spaces to super high-rise. He has won many architectural competitions and has been distinguished with awards such as FIABCI, BCI, PAM, The Edge and Asia Pacific Architectural awards. His firm, RSP Architects Malaysia, currently employs more than 180 professionals and is one of the leading architectural practices in the country. RSP is associated with other offices in Singapore, Dubai, India, China and London. Providing multidisciplinary practices, RSP Group employs more than 1,000 staff.

Soon Siang Cheang

Mr. Cheang Soon Siang serves as Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Bhd since April 11, 2014. Mr. Cheang Soon Siang is a member of Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) and International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC), USA. He is a registered trainer under Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. Mr. Cheang Soon Siang has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, he was attached to several Financial Institutions such as Southern Bank Bhd, Orix Leasing Bhd, Oriental Bank Bhd and EON Bank Bhd before he left the financial industry in 2007. Abdul Aziz Bin Abu Bakar

Dato' Abdel Aziz @ Abdul Aziz Bin Abu Bakar serves as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Berhad since October 7, 2014. He holds Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University in 1978 and Master of Business Administration from University of Dallas in 1980. He also holds a Diploma in Agricultural Business from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia. He served as a Director of Airasia Berhad from 12 December 2001 to 11 October 2004 and then as an Alternate Director to Dato’ Pahamin Ab. Rajab from 11 October 2004. Subsequently he was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Airasia Berhad on 20 April 2005. On 16 June 2008, he was re-designated as a Non-Executive Chairman and subsequently on November 2013 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Dato’ Aziz is currently the Executive Chairman of VDSL Technology Sdn Bhd. He served as the Chairman of Performance and Artistes Rights Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PRISM), a collection society for performers of recorded music, and the Academy of Malaysian Music Industry Association (PAIMM) for more than 10 years until end 2012 and January 2011, respectively. From 1981 to 1983 he was the Executive Director of Showmasters (M) Sdn Bhd, an artiste management and concert promotion company. He subsequently joined BMG Music and was General Manager from 1989 to 1997 and Managing Director from 1997 to 1999.

George Miranda

Mr. George Alfonso Miranda serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Berhad since December 11, 2014. He graduated with an LL.M (Hons) (University of London) on 1 November 1995 and an LL.B (Hons) (University of London) on 1 August 1991. He has more than 19 years experience as a practicing lawyer at partner level. He is currently a partner of Miranda & Samuel. George specialises in advising entrepreneurs, public and private companies on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, Initial Public Offerings, a full range of intellectual property matters, and helps create and execute aggressive strategies to increase shareholder value. He advises on both contentious and non contentious matters. He is President of the Malaysian Mergers and Acquisitions Association from 2006 until 2012. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Eng Chin Chua

Mr. Chua Eng Chin is Independent Non-Executive Director of Naim Indah Corporation Bhd. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). After qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1984, Mr. Chua Eng Chin started his career in an accounting firm where he specializes in auditing and consulting works. He had served in the internal audit department of Public Companies such as the Lion Group and the Berjaya Group. He also served as Senior Accountant in Berjaya Textiles Berhad and Senior Manager in Malpac Holdings Berhad.
