Brian Svaneeng Mertz

 Mr. Brian Palm Svaneeng Mertz has been Chief Executive Officer of Nio Inc since April 4, 2012. He has management experience in the Internet technology and marketing industries, including five years as Chief Executive Officer of Danish listed online marketing company Guava. In addition, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the NASDAQ-listed IT Security company and VeriSign affiliate EuroTrust from 2001 to 2004, and he has many years of experience with Internet start-ups, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions and management in general.

Ms. Andersen has undertaken pure research at the University of Oslo in astrophysical simulation and statistical analysis; directed R&D activities at Norsk Titanium Technology AS; and managed mission-critical R&D projects at Fast Search & Transfer ASA as well as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Ms. Andersen holds a Masters of Science in Electronics and Computer Science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim (NTH), and a Cand. scient. degree in Astrophysics from the Univerity of Oslo (Universitetet i Oslo).

 Mr. Dudley Williamson serves as Vice President Americas of Nio Inc (formerly known as Nio Security Inc). He has a management background in security surveillance and burglar/fire alarm systems. His over 30 years of work experience includes project management in a Fortune 500 Company, training and developing service technicians, supervising central station associates, establishing training programs for sales/technician teams and working with other management in the design and application for customer installation.
