Lennart Schonning

 Mr. Lennart Schonning has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nordic Mines AB since May 12, 2009. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committees. He has experience in the Construction and Property sectors at a number of companies, including as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ake Larsson Byggare's operations in the United States and as CEO of the Property company Nackebro in Stockholm. He also serves as Member of the Boards of Directors at Catena AB (publ) and Property Dynamics AB, among others. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers Techniska Hogskola.

Thomas Cederborg

 Mr. Thomas Cederborg has served as Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Mines AB since November 20, 2012. He no longer serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective as of May 23, 2013. He held this position since November 20, 2012. Before that, he was Independent Member of the Board of Directors at the Company since May 12, 2009. He has also been Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He has experience in managing the operations of a number of mining companies. He was previously President of Boliden AB, as well as Chief Executive Officer of International Gold Exploration AB and Boart Longyear Ltd. Susanne Andersson

 Ms. Susanne Andersson has been Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Nordic Mines AB since November 13, 2012. She has 15 years of experience in various financial and management positions in the telecommunications industry. She worked in Investor Relations at Ericsson and had financial management and CFO of subsidiaries positions within the group. She holds International Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the United States.

Hannu Vehmanen

 Mr. Hannu Vehmanen has served as Finance Manager at Nordic Mines AB since January 2007. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Consultant of Business Intelligence at ACC Group.  Mr. Peter Finnas has served as Explorations Manager at Nordic Mines AB since January 2006. He has many years of experience of the Mining business. He worked as Prospect Geologist at Endomines Oy and Kalvinit Oy. He was also Mining and Exploration Geologist at Terra Mining AB. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Mineralogy.

Peter Kuiper

 Mr. Peter Kuiper has served as Development Manager at Nordic Mines AB since January 2006. He has experience in the Mining industry. Previously, he was Member of the Boards of Directors at TerraMining and Scanor Mining AS, as well as Prospect Manager at TerraMining, and Technical Manager and Development Director at ScanMining. Tom Soderman

 Mr. Tom Soderman has served as General Manager of Laiva Mine at Nordic Mines AB since June 11, 2012. He joined the Company from Boliden AB, where he was Mine Manager at Gerpenberg Mine. Berne Jansson

 Mr. Berne Jansson has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Nordic Mines AB since December 20, 2012. Since 2012, he has been Project Manager of Eldorado Gold Corporation's mining project in Perama Hill, Greece. Previously, Mr. Jansson was Vice President, Operations of Eldorado Gold Corporation.  Mr. Kjell Moreborg no longer serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Nordic Mines AB, effective as of May 23, 2013. He has held this position since May 12, 2009.
