Name Description

Denis Thiery

Mr. Denis Thiery has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Neopost SA since January 12, 2010. He became the Chief Executive Officer of Neopost SA on June 19, 2007 and has also been a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since July 26, 2007. He was previously Director of Finance, a position he kept until February 2008, having joined Neopost SA in 1998. From 1991 to 1997, he was Director of Finance and then Chief Executive Officer of Moorings, a United States-based company specialized in leisure boat rental. From 1984 to 1991, he held a number of senior positions with Wang France becoming Director of Finance in June 1989. Mr. Thiery started his career in 1979 as an Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand both in France and the United States, and was Audit Manager when he left in 1984. He graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC). He also holds several other mandates including, Director of Neopost Ltd (United Kingdom) and of Mailroom Holding Inc. (United States).

Jean-Francois Labadie

Mr. Jean-Francois Labadie has served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Neopost SA as of 2011. Prior to that he worked as Director of Supply Chain of the Company since 2005. He joined the Group in 1999 as Finance Director of Neopost Industrie. Previously, he had been Finance Director of French company and Financial Controller at Schlumberger for six years in various industrial business units. Mr. Labadie has a Business degree from ISG, a business school in Paris.

Alain Ferard

Mr. Alain Ferard has been the Head of Neopost ID at Neopost SA since 2008. He joined Neopost SA in 2007 as Managing Director of Neopost Diva. Previously, he worked for Prost then for UPS in France, USA and UK. He became Director of Information Systems at Danzas France, then Director Europe of the ground operations (Switzerland). He created his own group of consultants in 1998. Mr. Ferard is a graduate in data processing and statistics, and the management of companies from the ICG of Nantes.

Dennis LeStrange

Mr. Dennis LeStrange was appointed as Head of North America at Neopost SA in 2008. Mr. Lestrange spent many years in the office equipment and copier industry. he was Regional Operations Manager for A-Copy in Boston before becoming President and CEO. he was also appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Officer of IKON North America. Mr. LeStrange has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from State University of New York Empire State College.

Philippe Boulanger

Mr. Philippe Boulanger has been Chief Technical Officer of Neopost SA since 2008. He joined the Company in 2005, as Research and Development Director. Previously he worked for Sony in Belgium as General Manager for European R&D and Customer Services for Vaio and Aibo, and as Managing Director of Sony e-services Europe. In former positions, he was the head of communication products and technologies R&D Group of Apple Computer Inc and has been the Head of a Business Unit within SAGEM Group. Mr. Boulanger holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis.

Alain Midowski

Mr. Alain Midowski has been General Counsel at Neopost SA since 2001. He took part in Ascom Mailing Systems acquisition and its integration into Neopost SA. Previously he worked for ten years for Framatome (Nuclear and Connectors) as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law in the Legal Department. Before 1990, he held various corporate legal positions in companies and law firms. Mr. Midowski graduated from Universite de Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne in Business, Public and Administrative Law.

Chris Hockey

Mr. Chris Hockey has worked as Director of Human Resources of Neopost SA since 2005. Previously he held senior Human Resources roles at Prudential-Bache-International, CHEP and IHS Energy. His early career was in operational and technical roles at Schlumberger in Asia, and as General Manager in Thailand. Following a staff role in training and development, he moved to Norway and took Human Resources responsibility for the crews of 26 seismic vessels, before moving to Paris as Head of Human Resources for Retail Petroleum Systems. Mr. Hockey holds Masters degree in physics from the University of Oxford.

Henri Dura

Mr. Henri Dura has been Head of Document Management Solutions at Neopost SA since 2011. Prior to that he worked as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of the Company in 2005. Previously he had been Managing Director of Neopost France since 2000. Previously Mr. Dura held marketing and management positions at Xerox, France Telecom, Kyocera and finally at Pitney Bowes. He graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris in Economics and Finance.

Enno Ebels

Mr. Enno Ebels is Head of Head of Data Quality Solutions at Neopost SA. He joined the company in 2005 as Director of informations Systems. Previously he was the IT Director of NextiraOne Europe and Thales Underwater systems, as well as he was Finance and IT Director for American Power Conversion For EMEA. Mr. Ebels has a degree in Management and Computer Science from the University of Groningen (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen) in the Netherlands and did the INSEAD Executive Program.

Clem Garvey

Mr. Clem Garvey is Head of Europe, Asia & Export of Neopost SA. He started his career with KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He then held various positions in Finance and Management in the office equipment industry and in particular the copier industry. He was notably appointed President of NRG France from 2001 to 2007, Chief Executive then President of Ricoh France from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Garvey is a Commerce graduate of University College Dublin.

Thierry Le Jaoudour

Mr. Thierry Le Jaoudour has served as Group Supply Chain Director at Neopost SA as of 2011. He is in charge of purchasing and production activities for the Group. He joined the Research and Development team of Neopost in 1997. He was then appointed Mailing System R&D Director before heading the Strategic Marketing for Mailing and Document Systems. Mr. Le Jaoudour has a master degree in general engineering from Ecole Nationale des Arts et Metiers in Angers in Paris.

Gavin Macrae

Mr. Gavin Macrae is Head of Relationships with Postal Authorities & Partnerships at Neopost SA. Previously, he was on the Executive Board of Postcomm, the UK postal regulator, where he was Director for Market Development. Prior to this, Mr. Macrae worked both with Royal Mail in London and as Managing Director of PostEurop in Brussels. He has also spent time working for TNT in Amsterdam where he was in charge of the constitution of the Spring Global Mail Joint Venture. He has a Master of Arts in French with Canadian studies from Edinburgh University.

Jean-Paul Villot

Mr. Jean-Paul Villot has served as a Director of Neopost SA since September 1996. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neopost SA from September 1996 to January 12, 2010. He moved to Neopost SA in September 1995 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and was then appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in September 1996. He has a degree from l’Ecole des Mines and Institut d'Administration des Entreprises. Mr. Villot held several diverse positions in France in the business sector and in the general management of Bull and Schlumberger. In 1991, he joined the Group Oce and became Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Committee.

Henk Bodt

Mr. Henk Bodt has been an Independent Director of Neopost SA since June 1999. He is also the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He was Vice President of Phillips Group, in charge of Consumer Electronics, Business Electronics, Medical Systems and Semi Conductors. Prior to this, Mr. Bodt was Chairman of OCE.

Jacques Clay

Mr. Jacques Clay has been an Independent Director of Neopost SA since January 2003 and is also a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Perigee SA (France), a French software publishing company, and Chairman of Oleastrat SAS (France). He spent a part of his career at Hewlett Packard in Europe and the United States, where he was in charge of several international divisions. Until April 2007, he was also Chairman of the Board and CEO of Polyspace Technologie and served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Advestigo SA from 2004 to April 2009. He also previously held various other mandates, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Netquartz SA from 2002 until 2004.

Eric Courteille

Mr. Eric Courtaille has been an Independent Director of Neopost SA since July 4, 2012. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has been Chief Financial Officer and General Secretary of Redacts since 2009. He graduated from ESCP-EAP. He started his career at Arthur Andersen France, as an auditor, from 1995 to 2000. He then co-founded the company Sporever. In November 2002, Mr. Courteille joined the PPR Group: within Guilbert, he was appointed VP Internal Audit of Guilbert Group. From 2004 to 2006, he worked at CFAO as Chief Financial Officer of Eurapharma. At the end of 2006, he joined Redcats as VP of Finance & Administration for The Sportsman’s Guide (Redcats USA). He is also Director of La Redoute SA, non-executive Director of Redcats UK (UK), Director of Redcats USA Inc. (USA) and of Redcats USA LLC (USA), among others.

Cornelius Geber

Mr. Cornelius Geber has served as an Independent Director of Neopost SA since July 2002. He is also a Member of the Nominating Committee of the Company. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of several German and international companies. Before that he served as a Consultant to the general management of Deutsche Post Worldnet AG and was Chairman of the Board Kuehne & Nagel AG from 1993 to 1999. His other mandates are Managing Partner of GC Beteiligungs und Management GmbH (Germany), Director of GC Beteiligungs und Management AG (Switzerland), Vice Chairman of the Board of Inconso AG (Germany), President of the Supervisory Board of Barkawi Management Consultants, Munich (Germany).

Vincent Mercier

Mr. Vincent Mercier has served as an Independent Director of Neopost SA since July 7, 2009 and is also a Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nominating Committees. He is a Civil Engineer of Ecole des Mines de Paris, a holder of a DESS in Economy, and also a Cornell University (USA) MBA graduate. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants after having served until 2010 as Manager for France and China. Mr. Mercier is also a Director of FM Logistic and of l'Adie.

Catherine Pourre

Ms. Catherine Pourre has been an Independent Director of Neopost SA since July 6, 2010 and is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Company's Audit Committee. She is the Executive Director in charge of central functions and Member of the Management Board of Unibail – Rodamco. She is a graduate from ESSEC and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a graduate in Law from Universite Catholique de Paris. She started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where sahe was a Partner from 1989 to 1999. Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco in 2002, she had been an Executive Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young since 1999. Ms. Pourre holds other mandates, including Member of the Management Board Rodamco Europe NV, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Societe de Tayminh and President of SAS Unibail Management.

Isabelle Simon

Ms. Isabelle Simon has been an Independent Director at Neopost SA since July 4, 2012. She is deputy CEO at Monte-Carlo SBM, in charge of real estate, marketing and sales, artistic, communication and law departments, as well as developpement of operations inside and outside the Principality of Monaco. Ms. Simon graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris, HEC, Universite Jean Monet in Sceaux (International tax matters), Universite Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne (English and North American business law) and Harvard Law School in the United States (LL.M.). She is also a lawyer and was admitted to the Paris Bar and the New York Bar. Isabelle Simon began her career in 1995 as a lawyer with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (in Paris then New York). She then joined Goldman Sachs in Paris between 2003 and 2008 as an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division. She then joined Publicis Groupe to be in charge of the mergers and acquisitions and legal departments as well as external development strategy and minority holdings. In November 2011, she joined the company Monte-Carlo SBM.

Agnes Touraine

Ms. Agnes Touraine has been an Independent Director of Neopost SA since July 26, 2007 and is also a Member. She is Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. She manages Act III Consultants, a consultancy firm specialized in growth strategy which she founded in 2003, and Act3 Gaming which was founded in 2009. She started her career at McKinsey and held strategic and operational roles at Lagardere. She then held the position of Managing Director in charge of publishing and video games of Havas, before being appointed Chairperson and Managing Director of Vivendi Universal Publishing. She graduated in 1978 of Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and holds a degree in Law of Universite de Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne. In 1981, she gained an MBA of Columbia University Business School. She currently holds several other mandates, including Independent Director of Cable & Wireless and ITV in London, of the Fondation de France, and she is on the Board of the French American Foundation, of the IDATE and of the Women's Forum.
