Biographies

Name Description

Wolfgang Ziebart

 Dr. Wolfgang H. Ziebart has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Nordex SE since July 2, 2012. Prior to that, he was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company from February 28, 2009. Dr. Ziebart studied Mechanical Engineering, completing his doctorate at Technische Universitaet Muenchen. He joined BMW AG in 1977, where he held various positions, including Head of Electronics Development. Most recently, Dr. Ziebart was responsible for Development and Procurement on the Management Board at BMW AG. In 2000, he was appointed to the Management Board of Continental AG, where he was responsible for brake and electronics business, and later named Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Between 2004 and 2008, Dr. Ziebart was Chief Executive Officer at Infineon AG. Currently, he serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Autoliv Inc. and ASML Holding N.V.

Juergen Zeschky

 Dr. Juergen Zeschky has been Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board at Nordex SE since March 1, 2012. He commenced his career in 1991 as a product manager at Mannesmann Demag Verdichter and held various management positions up until 2003, most recently as Director of Operations at Mannesmann Demag Delaval in Trenton. Thereupon, he joined Voith Turbo, where he held the position of Executive Vice President. In this position, he was in charge of the company's entire industrial business up until 2012. Dr. Zeschky has a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jan Klatten

 Mr. Jan Klatten has served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Nordex SE since September 1, 2008. Prior to this, he was Member of the Supervisory Board from October 6, 2005. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Strategy and Technology Committee, as well as Member of the Management Committee at the Company. He is Managing Shareholder of Momentum Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. Mr. Klatten studied Ship Engineering at Universitaet Hamburg and Business Management at the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and holds a Master of Science degree. He held management positions in the automobile industry over a period of 15 years before going into business on his own in 1991. Currently, he serves as Managing Shareholder of momentum Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of asturia Automotive AG.

Bernard Schaeferbarthold

 Mr. Bernard Schaeferbarthold has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Nordex SE since April 2007. From 1996 unto 2005, he was an auditor and accountant at Warth & Klein. He later joined Nordex SE, where he first worked as Head of Finance & Accounting. Mr. Schaeferbarthold studied Economics.

Marc Sielemann

 Dr. Marc Sielemann has been Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board at Nordex SE since April 1, 2009. After studying Mechanical Engineering, he was employed as Project Engineer and Research Assistant at the Institute of Production Technology and Metal-Cutting Tooling Machinery at the University of Hanover until 1998. He then moved to MAN Commercial Vehicles in Munich, where he assumed the position of Group Manager. Between 2003 and 2009, Dr. Sielemann held various management positions at MAN Commercial Vehicles, most recently as Managing Director of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG/MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

Lars Krogsgaard

 Mr. Lars Bondo Krogsgaard has been Chief Customer Officer and Member of the Management Board at Nordex SE since October 1, 2010. He worked at the law firm Bech Brunn from 1993 until 1998 and then became Chief Operating Officer at the Young & Rubicam Denmark Group. From 2000, Mr. Krogsgaard was employed by Brandts Ventures, where he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Between 2002 and 2006, he was Vice President for Renewables at DONG Energy and was later responsible for the EMEA Region as Chief Executive Officer at Siemens Wind Power from 2006 until 2010. He studied Law and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Dieter Maier

 Dr. Dieter G. Maier has served as Member of the Supervisory Board at Nordex SE since February 28, 2009. He is Member of the Strategy and Technology Committee at the Company. He held numerous management positions at Robert Bosch GmbH and Rodenstock GmbH, most recently as Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer. In addition, Dr. Maier was a Managing Partner of the MOHR Group. Currently, he acts as Chief Executive Officer of UKM GmbH (interim) and subsequently Member of the Advisory Board of UKM GmbH. He studied Physics at Birmingham University, completing his doctorate at the Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart.

Martin Rey

 Mr. Martin Wolfgang Johannes Rey has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordex SE since June 10, 2005. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has held numerous management positions at Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, most recently as Member of the Divisional Board. Since 2003, Mr. Rey has been Member of the Management Board at Babcock & Brown, and is responsible for European business. He is also Attorney at law and Managing Shareholder of Maroban GmbH, Member of the Board of BRISA Auto-Estradas de Portugal , S.A., Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Renerco AG. Mr. Rey studied Law in Bonn at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitaet and Business Management at FernUniversitaet Hagen.

Annette Stieve

 Ms. Annette Stieve has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Nordex SE since November 16, 2012. Prior to that she served as Chief Financial Officer of the Faurecia Group since 2005 and worked with accounting company Arthur Andersen.
