Charles Moorman

Mr. Charles W. Moorman, IV, is Chairman of the Board of the Company., effective June 1, 2015. Prior thereto he served as President, Senior Vice President Corporate Planning and Services, President Thoroughbred Technology and Telecommunications, Inc., Vice President Information Technology and Vice President Personnel and Labor Relations. He is also a director of Chevron Corporation. Effective June 1, 2015, he will step down as Chief Executive Officer and serve as Executive Chairman.

James Squires

Mr. James A. Squires serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company., effective June 1, 2015. He has been President of Norfolk Southern since 2013. Prior thereto he served as Executive Vice President-Administration, Executive Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President Finance, Senior Vice President Law, and Vice President Law of Norfolk Southern Corporation.
