Charles Moorman

Mr. Charles W. Moorman, IV, is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation. Mr. Moorman has been Chairman of Norfolk Southern since February 2006, Chief Executive Officer since November 2005 and President since October 2004. Prior thereto he served as Senior Vice President Corporate Planning and Services from December 2003 to October 2004, Senior Vice President Corporate Services from February 2003 to December 2003 and President Thoroughbred Technology and Telecommunications, Inc. from 1999 to November 2004. He is also a director of Chevron Inc.

James Squires

Mr. James A. Squires serves as President, Director of Norfolk Southern Corporation. He was named Norfolk Southern president in 2013, responsible for the corporation's administration, finance, law and corporate relations, and planning and information technology divisions. Prior to that, he served as Norfolk Southern's executive vice president administration, executive vice president finance and chief financial officer, senior vice president law, vice president law, and in various law department staff positions beginning in 1992.
