Name Description

Johan Kleyn

 Mr. Johan Kleyn has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of New Sources Energy NV. He currently practises law at Allen & Overy. He is Corporate Litigator and Boardroom Counsel for strategic issues and in crisis situations. Prior to Allen & Overy, he worked with Loeff & Van der Ploeg, Loeff Claeys Verbeke, in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, New York, London and Brussels. He graduated in Law from the University of Utrecht, studied at King's College, University of London (YELC) and has a law degree from New York University School of Law.

Arie van der Aart

 Mr. Arie van der Aart has served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of New Sources Energy NV. He is responsible for investment analysis, project selection and fund structuring. His career (prior to founding Quattro) has been in the real estate industry where he started his career in 1991 as a Real Estate Broker, becoming an independent broker in 1997. In 1999, he was co-founder of a Dutch credit-service agency. In 2005, he was a founder of FinanceDesk Real Estate N.V. In 2010, he started to investigate the solar PV energy market and, in September 2010, decided to launch Quattro and NSE.

Frans van den Heuvel

 Mr. Frans van den Heuvel has served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of New Sources Energy NV. He is a co-founder of Scheuten Solar and, as its General Director from 1999 to 2007, he was responsible for strategy and the development of all solar activities. He studied Automotive Engineering and has a Master's degree in Economics. From 2007 to 2010, he was CEO at Scheuten Solar Holding and Member of the Board of Directors at Scheuten Holding. He started his career in the automotive industry at Hart Nibbrig & Greeve BV. Mr. van den Heuvel moved to Electronic Industry (Acal plc) in 1990, where he held several commercial and managerial positions. In 1995 he founded his own company, Energy Products BV, for the production of high efficiency heating systems.

Evert Vlaswinkel

 Mr. Evert Vlaswinkel has served as Executive Director and Chief Operational Officer of New Sources Energy NV since September 1, 2011. Until 1 September 2011 he was CCO at Scheuten Solar. He has more than 10 years experience in the development of renewable energy projects in both wind and solar. Before joining Scheuten Solar in 2008 he worked for Nuon NV. He started his professional career in 1990 at Royal Dutch Shell where he had a variety of roles from business development of Shell’s gasification technology to maintenance manager of a chemical plant. Evert holds a Masters degree in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering.

Wilco den Breejen

 Mr. Wilco den Breejen has served as Non-Executive Director of New Sources Energy NV. He is Director at J. van Breejen Groep BV, a family-owned company.

Guido Schloesser

 Mr. Guido Schloesser has served as Non-Executive Director of New Sources Energy NV since July, 2012. He was Chief Financial Officer from July, 2011 until July, 2012. He is assisting NSE in establishing its business, planning, systems and strategic financing. He gained experience as CFO and COO in corporations such as ICI, Royal Pakhoed (now Vopak), Reliant Energy, Samas NV and Nidera. He holds a Masters degree in Business Economics.
