Michael Steuler

 Mr. Michael Steuler has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Norddeutsche Steingut AG since July 4, 2007. Furthermore, he acts as Member of the Finance Committee of the Company. Previously, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company from May 23, 2003. In addition to his duties at Norddeutsche Steingut AG, Mr. Steuler acts as Managing Director of Steuler Holging GmbH, and Steuler-Fliesen GmbH, as well as Member of the Advisory Board of Schaefer Kalk GmbH & Co. KG, Commerzbank AG, and Kessko Gmbh & Co. KG.

Juergen Grimm

 Mr. Juergen Grimm has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Norddeutsche Steingut AG since July 4, 2007. In addition, he acts as Member of the Finance Committee of the Company.
