| Berg, Jeffrey | Jeffrey Alan Berg has served on the Board of Directors of NTN Buzztime Inc since August 2008 and as Chairman of the company's Board since November 2008. Mr. Berg is a private investor currently serving as General Partner of Matador Capital Partners, an investment firm that he founded in 2007. Mr. Berg also currently serves on the Boards of Directors of two private companies in which he is a significant stockholder. Since 2002, he has been Chairman of the Board and a lead investor in Surfline/Wavetrak Inc., an action sports web site. He is also the lead Director of Swell Commerce, Inc., a direct marketer of surf apparel and accessories, a company that he co-founded in 1999. From July 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Berg served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Swell. He is also founder and sole stockholder of Airborne Media LLC, a specialty media company that he founded in 2006, which operates web sites and publishes magazines and other niche-market print products. Between 1995 and 2000, Mr. Berg was Chairman of the Board of AccentHealth, a provider of segmented, patient education-oriented TV programming to medical waiting rooms. Mr. Berg has over 20 years experience as a professional investor, having worked for 9 years at Raymond James Financial as an institutional securities analyst prior to founding Matador Capital Management, which he was the Chief Investment Officer from 1994 to 2006. Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. |

Operations and Human Resources with Sambo’s Restaurants; and Director of Human Resources for Hardee's Food Systems. | Boylan, Peter | Peter James Boylan III was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales of NTN Buzztime Inc in July 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Boylan served as Vice President of Sales from April 2007 to June 2008 and Director of Business Development from May 2005 to April 2007 at EMN8, Inc., a software company serving the restaurant industry. Between 1995 and May 2005, Mr. Boylan was employed by The Coca-Cola Company, where he held increasingly responsible executive positions, most recently serving as Director National Sales Travel Team from December 2004 to May 2005 and Sr. National Account Executive from August 2001 to December 2004. | Lewis, Jeffrey | Jeffrey Lewis was appointed Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales of NTN Buzztime Inc in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, from June 2008 to November 2008, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President, Sales at Ripple Networks, an out-of-home network that broadcasts entertainment and advertisements from local and national chains. | Arzt, Michael | Michael Arzt was appointed Executive Vice President of Marketing of NTN Buzztime Inc in January 2009. Mr. Arzt has a background in the entertainment and competitive video game industry, having most recently served, since January 2006, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of The World Cyber Games (WCG), at International Cyber Marketing, an affiliate of Samsung Electronics. In this capacity, he established the domestic U.S. headquarters for an online gaming event termed the "Olympics of Video Gaming," driving significant growth in sponsorship acquisition and media sales within the first two years. He joined 3 Day Blinds two years ago in the latest of these endeavors, working in partnership with Texas Pacific Group and Rosewood Capital. His experience includes changing business models, brand development and building successful management teams. Prior to 3 Day Blinds, Mr. Bush was President and Chief Executive Anchor Blue Retail Group, a 175 store chain of youth oriented apparel stores and Levi's and Dockers' Outlets by MOST, a 80 store chain of outlet stores selling Levi Strauss & Company apparel in outlet malls. Mr. Bush participated as an investor with Sun Capital Partners in the November 2003 buy out of Anchor Blue and by the end of 2005 had returned over 40 times the initial equity investment to the investors. Before Anchor Blue, Mr. Bush was President and Chief Executive of Bally North America, a member of the Board of Directors of Bally International AG, the parent company for Bally and Senior Vice President of Global Re-engineering. Mr. Bush also managed the North American operations for Bally which included wholesale, retail, distribution and merchandising operations. Prior to Bally, Mr. Bush was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Movado Group, Inc., a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of wristwatches.He began his career at Bain & Company in San Francisco where he worked for 6 years primarily focusing on retail and consumer goods companies. Mr. Bush currently serves as a director of Ross Stores, a Fortune 500 company, and Technoserve, a global not-for-profit enterprise involved in economic development in Africa and Latin America. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |
