Mr. Charles J. Harris is President of NetSpend Holdings Inc., since July 2010. Prior to joining the company, from April 2009 to June 2010, Mr. Harris served as the general manager of the payment solutions division of Intuit, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company that is a provider of financial management, tax and online banking solutions for consumers, small and mid-sized businesses, accountants and financial institutions. From September 2005 until April 2009, Mr. Harris served in multiple positions for Electronic Clearing House, Inc., including as President and Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer and as a director. Prior to that, Mr. Harris held a number of leadership roles with Chase Paymentech, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Link, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chase Paymentech. Mr. Harris holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Mr. Daniel R. Henry is Chief Executive Officer, Director of NetSpend Holdings Inc. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 2008 and has also served as a member of Board of Directors since June 2007. Prior to being appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Henry briefly served as President beginning in January 2008.
