For almost 20 years, he was Managing Director of Tele Greenland A/S. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors of Naqitat A/S. He is Member of the Boards of Directors of Nordatlantisk Venture A/S and Kilde A/S Automation. He is Managing Director of Nuuk Golfbane ApS. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the Engineering College of Aalborg. |

Mr. Dan Baang has been Chief Financial Officer of NunaMinerals A/S since July 6, 2010. He holds an HD graduate diploma in Accounting and has more than 16 years of experience in financial controlling with a number of companies, including listed companies. He is Chief Executive Officer of Greenlab Greenland A/S. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Henley Management College. |

Mr. Peter van Maastrigt has been appointed Chief Geologist of NunaMinerals A/S, effective as of March 16, 2012. During the course of his carrier, he has held positions as senior and regional exploration geologist at several companies. In the past, he worked for, among others, IAM Gold of Canada, Pasminco Exploration of Australia and Goldfields of South Africa. Mr. van Maastrigt holds a Master’s degree in Geology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Free University Amsterdam), the Netherlands. |

Mr. Hans Kristian Karl Olsen has been Member of the Board of NunaMinerals A/S since 2007. He previously served as an exploration geologist with Nunaoil A/S and as Deputy Head and Chief Geologist of the Bureau of Minerals and Petroleum and also as Deputy Head of Greenland Resources A/S. He is Member of the Board of Directors of Malmbjerg Molybdenum A/S. He is Managing Director of NUNAOIL A/S. He is Member of KVUG (The Commission for Scientific Research in Greenland). He is Member of the Board of Sanaartornermik Ilinniarfik (vocational institute) i Sisimiut. He holds a Master of Science degree in Geology. |

Mr. Henning Skovlund Pedersen has been Member of the Board of Directors of NunaMinerals A/S since 2009. He has more than 25 years of experience from the banking and investment industry. In addition to his investment skills, he has insight in risk management, foundations and foundation-owned business enterprises and he also has Mergers and Aqcuisitions experience. He is Deputy Chairman of the Boards of Enkotec A/S and Glunz og Jensen A/S and Member of the Boards of Max Bank, Nordic Corporate Investment A/S, Investeringsforeningen Mermaid Nordic, Bikuben Foundation New York, Inc. and Member of the Investor Board of LD Equity I. He is also Chief Financial Officer of Bikubenfonden. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, a degree in Strategic Finance from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland from 1976, a degree in International Bank Management from San Francisco and a degree in Financial Management from INSEAD. |

He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Water Pollution from Sligo Institute of Technology in Ireland. Me. Slowey has more than 30 years of experience in the mineral industry and was manager of Rio Tinto’s exploration in Ireland. Global senior consultant for CSA Group and consultant on projects for the EU, UN and IFC/World Bank. Mr. Slowey has been involved in listing exploration companies. He is Chief Executive Officer of Orogen Gold Plc and Technical Manager of Silvrex Ltd. |
