Jen-Hsun Huang |
Mr. Jen-Hsun Huang is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of NVIDIA Corp. He is co-founded NVIDIA in 1993 and has served since the inception as president, chief executive officer and a member of the Board. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Huang was employed at LSI Logic Corporation, a computer chip manufacturer, where he held a variety of positions, most recently as director of coreware, the business unit responsible for LSI’s “system-on-a-chip” strategy. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Huang was a microprocessor designer for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a semiconductor company. Mr. Huang holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Oregon State University and an M.S.E.E. degree from Stanford University. |

Ms. Karen T. Burns is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of NVIDIA Corporation. From December 2010 to March 2011, Ms. Burns served as NVIDIA's Vice President, Corporate Controller and Tax and as Vice President - Tax from November 2007.
