Name Description

Nicholas Mather

 Mr. Nicholas (Nick) Mather is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. His special area of experience is the generation of and entry into undervalued or unrecognized resource exploration opportunities. He has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for more than 25 years. In that time he has been instrumental in the delivery of resource projects that have delivered gains to shareholders. As an investor, securing projects and financiers, heading exploration campaigns and managing emerging resource companies During the past three years he has also served as Director of the following listed companies: DGR Global Ltd; Orbis Gold Ltd (formerly Mt Isa Metals Ltd); AusNiCo Ltd; Bow Energy Ltd (resigned December 2011); Armour Energy Ltd; Lakes Oil NL (appointed February 7, 2012); and SolGold plc (formerly Solomon Gold plc). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Queensland (1979). He is also Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee.

Ben Harrison

 Mr. Ben Harrison is Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. He is Executive Director with Bizzell Capital Partners. Prior to joining Bizzell Capital Partners he worked in the corporate finance team at a corporate advisory firm where he was involved in a number of high profile capital market and M&A transactions in the resources and industrial sectors. Prior to this, he worked as an equities analyst specialising in the minerals and energy sectors. He commenced his career as a project manager for an international engineering consulting firm, working on a number of infrastructure projects in Australia and South East Asia. He has experience in project management, financial analysis, primary and secondary market transactions and M&A.He also has experience in private equity and direct investments and is involved at board and management level in investee companies on behalf of Bizzell Capital Partners and its related entities. During the past three years he has also served as Director of AusNiCo Limited. He holds a Master of Science and Master of Applied Finance. He is Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee.

Priy Jayasuriya

 Mr. Priy Jayasuriya is Chief Financial Officer of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary on the day to day financial affairs of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in public practice and has experience over a number of industries. He has worked as Chartered Accountant in Australia, Singapore and the Unites States and is experienced in the areas of due diligence, internal control, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance. Having started his career with Ernst & Young, Mr. Jayasuriya has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions with background in financial management and reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

 Mr. Jason Babcock is Consulting Exploration Manager - United States of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. He was appointed on April 11, 2011.

Karl Schlobohm

 Mr. Karl Schlobohm is Company Secretary of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. Karl Schlobohm is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of industries and businesses. He has experience with financial accounting, corporate governance, company secretarial duties and board reporting. Over the past 5 years, Mr Schlobohm has contracted into roles as CFO and/or Company Secretary for a number of ASX-listed resource companies including Linc Energy, Discovery Metals and Meridian Minerals. He currently acts as the Company Secretary for ASX-listed DGR Global Limited, AusNiCo Limited, Armour Energy Limited and LSE(AIM)-listed Solomon Gold Plc.

 Mr. Brian Moller is Non-Executive Director of Navaho Gold Pty Ltd. Brian Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane based law firm Hopgood Ganim. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner since 1983. He practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. He holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association.
