Name Description

Robert Wardell

 Mr. Robert G. Wardell serves as an Independent Chairman of the Board of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Mr. Wardell is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of public company management, accounting and auditing experience. Mr. Wardell, who previously served as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Victory Nickel, joined the Board in March 2009. Prior to joining Victory Nickel, Mr. Wardell was a Senior Audit Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Wardell also serves as a Director of Allied Nevada Gold Corp., and as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Centric Health Corporation, Phoenix Coal Inc. and Katanga Mining Limited.

Paul Jones

 Mr. Paul L. Jones serves as President of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Mr. Jones has 25 years experience as an exploration geologist, filling various operational and management positions for a number of Canadian-based exploration companies that have operated widely within Canada and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Science (honours geology) degree from Carleton University and has completed graduate-level courses in economic geology/metallic mineral deposits. Other areas of study include economic theory and operations research. He is registered professionally with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories (NAPEGG) and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), and is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists. He has been with Nuinsco since 1983 as Senior Geologist, Vice-President, Exploration and President.

Rene Galipeau

 Mr. Rene R. Galipeau serves as Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Nuinsco Resources Limited. During his career he has held senior positions with a number of gold and base metals mining companies in Canada and the U.S., including Breakwater Resources, Hudson Bay Mining, Lac Minerals and Rio Algom, and has been a director of public and private mining and metals companies.

Alison Sutcliffe

 Ms. Alison J. Sutcliffe serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Ms. Sutcliffe is a Chartered Accountant who, since 2007, served as Controller, Resources at Dundee Corporation, with primary responsibility for accounting and reporting for Eurogas Corporation. Prior to joining Dundee, Ms. Sutcliffe spent 12 years with Deloitte and Touche in Canada and the UK and seven years with CIBC in Canada and the United States, culminating with the role of Chief Financial Officer with CIBC National Bank. She is Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Victory Nickel, previously Controller, Resources at Dundee Corporation, self-employed consultant.

 Mr. Sean D. Stokes serves as Vice President - Corporate Affairs, Corporate Secretary of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Mr. Stokes has over 20 years of communications/business development/finance experience with a broad range of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the metals and mining sector, including Scandinavian Minerals ,Tiberon Minerals, Orvana Minerals, Inter-Citic Minerals, Geomaque Explorations and Harris Steel Group.

He is a past President of both the Geological Association of Canada and of the Society of Economic Geologists. He retired as Chief Geoscientist, Earth Sciences Sector, the Geological Survey of Canada in 1998. Since that time, he has been a consulting geologist and is currently a director of Ur-Energy Inc. and Aura Silver.

Edmundo Guimaraes

 Mr. Edmundo Guimaraes serves as an Independent Director of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Mr. Guimaraes is a Chartered Accountant who held progressive management positions with Aur Resources Inc. (“Aur”) between 1995 and 2007, ultimately serving as Executive Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer until the completion of the acquisition of Aur by Teck Resources Ltd. Prior to joining Aur, Mr. Guimaraes was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Guimaraes is currently a chartered accountant working as a consultant to the mineral resources industry and serves on the boards of several corporations.

Marvin Singer

 Mr. Marvin J. Singer serves as an Independent Director of Nuinsco Resources Limited. During the last 25 years Mr. Singer, a partner with Macleod Dixon LLP, has worked with both international and domestic firms on all aspects of resource projects - from acquisition through to debt and equity financings and project development and completion.
