Murdoch, Keith Keith Rupert Murdoch AC has been Chief Executive Officer of News Corporation since 1979 and its Chairman since 1991.
Carey, Chase Chase Carey has been a Director of News Corporation since July 2009. Mr. Carey served as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of The DIRECTV Group, Inc. from 2003 to June 2009. Mr. Carey previously served the Company in numerous roles beginning in 1988, including as Co-Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 2002, as a consultant from 2002 to 2003 and as a Director from 1996 to 2007.
