 Mr. Thomas F. Corcoran is Chairman of the Board of NexgenRx Inc. He served as the Vice President, Corporate Affairs, NexgenRx Inc. from 2004 to 2006; Vice President and Managing Director of Canada Life Assurance Company, Group Insurance, United Kingdom business unit from 2002 to 2004, and Canadian Canadian business unit prior to 2002.
