Name Description

Paul Boyatzis

Mr. Paul Boyatzis has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Nexus Minerals Ltd (also known as Hemisphere Resources Ltd) since October 6, 2006. Mr. Boyatzis has over 25 years of experience in the investment and equity markets. He has assisted many listed mining companies to raise funds through the IPO process and through the secondary market. Mr. Boyatzis is Director of Transaction Solutions International Limited, Ventnor Resources Limited and Aruma Resources Limited. Mr. Boyatzis is a current member of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association and a current member of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree.

Andrew Tudor

Mr. Andrew (Andy) Tudor is General Manager - Project and Corporate Development of Nexus Minerals Ltd effective February 12, 2014. Andy’s experience has been gained over nearly 30 years as a geologist in the mining industry – and encompassed roles from Managing Director/CEO of ASX listed companies to General, Country and Exploration Manager as well as Exploration and Mine Geology functions. Mr Tudor was, until December 2013, the Managing Director/CEO of Navigator Resources Limited, an ASX listed mineral exploration and gold mining company based Western Australia. Mr Tudor was supported into the role by a shareholder to evaluate that company’s operations and manage any critical decisions for the company. Previous to this he held the position of General Manager & Principal Consultant of a global mineral consulting firm. This position concentrated on project assessment, due diligence and evaluation, in conjunction with geological and resource assessments. Andy’s career commenced exploring and mining gold in Western Australia and progressed to the varying gold and base metal environments of the Australasian/Pacific region. He also has broad commodity experience including nickel, potash, coal, iron ore and opal. He has a proven track record in the management of large scale exploration and mining operations in some of the worlds’ most challenging environments. He holds a Bachelors degree in Geology from the University of Southern Queensland.

Phillip MacLeod

Mr. Phillip MacLeod has served as Company Secretary of Nexus Minerals Ltd (also known as Hemisphere Resources Ltd) since October 6, 2006. He has over 20 years of commercial experience and has held the position of company secretary with listed public companies since 1995. Mr. MacLeod has provided corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of public and private companies involved in the resource, technology, property and healthcare industries.

Mark Elliott

Dr. Mark Elliott has served as Non-Executive Director of Nexus Minerals Ltd (also known as Hemisphere Resources Ltd) since October 6, 2006. Dr. Elliott is a chartered professional geologist with over 33 years of experience in the resources industry. He has great experience in managing resource companies in a wide range of commodities. Dr. Elliott has a Diploma in Applied Geology (1973) from the Ballarat School of Mines, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (1979) from the University of New South Wales. He is a qualified Company Director having completed the Company Directors course Diploma awarded by the University of Sydney Graduate School of Business in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Society of Economic Geologists and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Dr. Elliott is Executive Chairman of geothermal developer Hot Rock Limited. During the past three years Dr. Elliott was a director of China Yunnan Copper Australia Limited and Enterprise Energy Limited.

Jason Greive

Mr. Jason Greive has been Non-Executive Director of Nexus Minerals Ltd since September 1, 2013. Prior to that he was General Manager - Project Development of the Company from July 25, 2011 to January 23, 2012. Mr. Greive holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy and Chemistry from Murdoch University in Western Australia and is Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He brings experience in the management of mine site operations, processing plants, power generation, extractive metallurgy, business performance management, environmental management and project management, evaluation and analysis. During the course of his career, Mr. Greive has held a range of senior roles across a range of disciplines and operations within the mining industry both in Australia, and internationally in Scandinavia and Africa. Prior to joining Brockman Resources as General Manager of Operations for the Marillana Project, previous roles included General Manager Environment for Barrick Gold Corporation, where he was responsible for managing environmental issues for the Barrick Australia Pacific Region; and Processing Manager and Deputy Registered Manager at Barrick’s Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. He has also held roles at Placer Dome’s North Mara Gold Mining Operations in Tanzania, Rio Tinto’s Palabora copper operations in South Africa, Rio Tinto Technical Services in Melbourne, Rio Tinto’s Zinkgruvan zinc mine in Sweden and North Ltd’s Kanowna Belle Gold Mine in Kalgoorlie.
