Sook, Perry Perry A. Sook is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., since the inception in 1996. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Sook was a principal of Superior Communications Group, Inc. Mr. Sook currently serves as a director of the Television Bureau of Advertising and serves as trustee for the Ohio University Foundation.
Carter, Thomas Mr. Thomas E. Carter is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. Prior to joining Nexstar, Mr. Carter served as Managing Director, Media Telecom Corporate Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities, which he joined in 1985. In this position, he acted as the senior banker responsible for delivering bank products and services including M&A, private and public equity, high-yield debt, fixed income derivatives, syndicated financial products and treasury management for selected clients across the broadcasting, cable, publishing and media industries, including Nexstar Broadcasting. Mr. Carter began his banking career in 1980, serving for five years in various roles in Corporate and International Banking at a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Carter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1980 and is an active member of his community.
Busch, Timothy Timothy C. Busch is Executive Vice President, Co-Chief Operating Officer of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Busch served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager from October 2002 to May 2008. Russell, Blake Blake Russell is Senior Vice President, Station Operations of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. since November 2008. Prior to that, he served as VP Marketing and Operations since October 2007. Before that, Mr. Russell served as Vice President and General Manager at KNWA and KFTA, Ft. Green, Shirley Ms. Shirley E. Green has been appointed as Vice President - Finance, Controller, Secretary of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc effective August 3, 2009. She has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance, Controller, Secretary of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc since May 11, 2009. Ms. Green has served as the Vice President, Controller since October 2008. Ms. Green served as Vice President, Finance from February 2001 to October 2008. Hammond, Elizabeth Elizabeth Hammond is Vice President, General Counsel of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. Ms. Hammond brings a broad range of legal and business experience to Nexstar Broadcasting and will be responsible for the Company's legal, business and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Hammond served as Vice President, Legal Affairs at First Broadcasting Operating, Inc. where she specialized in corporate legal and transactional matters, FCC regulatory compliance and conducted due diligence reviews on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. From 2002-2007, Ms. Hammond served as both Associate and Counsel at Drinker Biddle and Reath, LLP, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm, where she provided advanced legal counsel to clients across the media and cable industries, including Nexstar Broadcasting. In this role, Ms. Hammond was responsible for legal strategy and correspondence related to FCC regulatory compliance, programming and carriage negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures and other legal services. Ms. Hammond began her legal career in 1997 serving for four years as an Associate at Arter & Hadden, where she focused on legal matters on behalf of the firm's broadcast and telecommunications clients. Ms. Hammond earned a B.B.A. in 1987 from the University of Texas and received her J.D. from George Washington University School of Law in 1996. Ms. Hammond resides in Dallas, Texas and is a member of the Texas, District of Columbia, American and Federal Communications Bar Associations. She is also currently serving as Treasurer on the National Board of the American Women in Radio & Television, Inc. and its sister Foundation.
Stolpe, Richard Richard Stolpe is Vice President, Director - Engineering of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. since January 2000. Prior to that time, Mr. Stolpe served as the Chief Engineer from 1998 to 2000.
