Lowndes Smith

 Mr. Lowndes A. Smith is Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd since October 2006. Mr. Smith has served as Managing Partner of Whittington Gray Associates since 2001. Mr. Smith formerly served as Vice Chairman of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Hartford Life Insurance Company until 2001. He joined The Hartford in 1968. He is currently co-chair of the Investment Committee of The Hartford's mutual funds and serves as a director of 91 investment companies in the mutual funds of The Hartford. Mr. Smith is also a director, the Chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of White Mountains and also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Symetra Financial Corporation where he also serves on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees.

T. Michael Miller

 Mr. T. Michael Miller is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd. Mr. Miller joined OneBeacon in April 2005 to assume responsibility for OneBeacon's insurance operations. Throughout his tenure at OneBeacon, Mr. Miller has also held various chief executive positions with OneBeacon entities. Mr. Miller's experience prior to joining OneBeacon, includes 10 years at St. Paul Travelers, most recently as Co-Chief Operating Officer, and14 years with The Chubb Corporation.

 Mr. Paul H. McDonough is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd., since March 2009. Mr. McDonough was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in October 2006. Maureen Phillips

 Ms. Maureen A. Phillips is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd., since February 21, 2012. Ms. Phillips has held positions with OneBeacon entities. Prior to joining OneBeacon, Ms. Phillips was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America since 2008. Ms. Phillips served as Senior Counsel at Fairview Health Services from 2006 to 2008. Her prior experience includes senior legal positions at St. Paul Travelers where she spent 17 years.

John Treacy

 Mr. John C. Treacy is Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer of OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd., since February 2013. After joining OneBeacon in May of 2012. Mr. Treacy holds positions with various OneBeacon entities. Prior to joining OneBeacon, Mr. Treacy served as Chief Financial Officer for Berkley Risk from 2009 to 2012 and for JB Collins from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Treacy also served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Zurich North America from 2005 to 2007 and, previously in the same role, at St. Paul Travelers where he worked for 16 years. Prior to joining St. Paul Travelers, he practiced public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Paul Brehm

 Mr. Paul J. Brehm is Chief Risk Officer of OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd., and Executive Vice President of OB Services, subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Brehm joined OneBeacon in 2008 as the Chief Actuary for the Specialty Insurance operations and has held various positions with OneBeacon entities. Prior to joining OneBeacon, Mr. Brehm was a Managing Director at Guy Carpenter from 2005 to 2008. Prior to Guy Carpenter, he worked at St. Paul Travelers for 22 years, as Chief Actuary.

Dennis Crosby

 Mr. Dennis A. Crosby is an Executive Vice President of OB Services, subsidiary of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd., since January 2012. Mr. Crosby joined OneBeacon in July 2010 and has served as the chief executive overseeing various OneBeacon specialty insurance businesses. Prior to joining OneBeacon, Mr. Crosby was with ACE from 2004 through 2010, serving as President and CEO of ACE Westchester and Chairman of ACE Commercial Risk Services. Prior to his 6 years at ACE, he spent 23 years with St. Paul Travelers in a variety of senior roles including commercial middle market, insurance operations and public sector services.

Paul Romano

 Mr. Paul F. Romano is an Executive Vice President of OB Services, subsidiary of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd., since January 2012. Mr. Romano joined OneBeacon in March 2008 as President of OneBeacon Professional Insurance. Mr. Romano previously was responsible for underwriting, business development and marketing with Darwin Professional Underwriters from 2003 to 2008 His prior experience includes Chubb Specialty's health care underwriting division. Mr. Romano spent the early part of his career with Aetna in the group insurance and managed care business.

Raymond Barrette

 Mr. Raymond Barrette is Director of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd since August 22, 2007. Since January 2007, Mr. Barrette has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of White Mountains. He served as a director of White Mountains from 2000 to 2005 and was re-appointed as a director in August 2006. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of White Mountains from 2003 to 2005, as Chief Executive Officer of OneBeacon Insurance Company from 2001 to 2002, as President of White Mountains from 2000 to 2001 and as Chief Financial Officer of White Mountains from 1997 to 2000. Prior to joining White Mountains in 1997, Mr. Barrette had 23 years of experience in the insurance business, mostly at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Mr. Barrette also served as a director of Montpelier Re Holdings, Ltd. from 2001 to 2007.

Reid Campbell

 Mr. Reid T. Campbell is Director of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd since October 18, 2006. He has served as a Managing Director of White Mountains Capital, Inc. since January 2004. He joined White Mountains in 1994 and has served in a variety of financial management positions with White Mountains. Prior to joining White Mountains, Mr. Campbell spent three years with KPMG LLP. Mr. Campbell possesses financial management, reporting and accounting experience having served in a variety of financial management positions at White Mountains and a public accounting firm. In his current position as Managing Director of White Mountains Capital, Inc., he has detailed and knowledge and information regarding the business, operations, financial reporting, accounting, financial management, capital management, rating agency relationships and other aspects of the Company.

David Foy

 Mr. David T. Foy is Director of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd since October 2006. Mr. Foy has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of White Mountains since April 2003. Prior to joining White Mountains in 2003, Mr. Foy served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hartford Life, Inc., a subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and joined that company in 1993. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of White Mountains Advisors LLC from 2000 through 2005 and a director of the OneBeacon insurance companies from 2002 through 2005. From 1982 through 2001, Mr. Howard held various positions at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Mr. Howard serves as a Trustee of Quinnipiac University.

Morgan Davis
