Name Description

Sang Kuang Ooi

Dato' Ooi Sang Kuang has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd., with effective 1 September 2014. He was appointed to the Board of OCBC Bank on 21 February 2012, and to the Board of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad on 6 April 2012. He was appointed the non-executive lead independent director of the main Board on 31 October 2013, a role that helped him prepare for the Chairman position. He became Deputy Chairman of the Board of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad on 27 November 2012, and was made Chairman on 30 March 2014. Mr Ooi has a wealth of financial services experience. He started his career at Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) in 1971, holding a number of positions in the Economics, Monetary and International Sectors for more than 13 years before becoming Chief Economist for South East Asia/Asia Pacific at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. He went on to become the Managing Director of Warburg Asset Management Pte Ltd, also in Singapore, before returning to Malaysia in 1996. He served from 1996 to 2002 as a director on the Boards of several RHB Group companies, including as Managing Director and Regional Research Director of RHB Research Institute and Deputy Chairman of RHB Asset Management. Mr Ooi returned to BNM in 2002 to serve as its Deputy Governor and Board member, and held these positions until 2010. He was responsible for major areas of monetary policy, reserve management and financial sector development. He was also actively involved in regional initiatives, including being Co-Chair of the Asean Central Bank Task Force on Regional Financial Integration and the Monetary and Financial Stability Committee established by East Asia and Pacific Central Banks. He became Special Advisor to BNM from 2010 until his retirement in 2011.

Nag Tsien

Mr. Nag Tsien is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. He has been appointed to the position of Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 13, 2014. He joined OCBC Bank in July 2007 as Senior Executive Vice President, managing the Group’s corporate and commercial banking business. In 2008, he assumed the position as Global Head of Global Corporate Bank with added responsibilities of overseeing the financial institution and transaction banking businesses. He has 35 years of banking experience. In 2006, he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of China Construction Bank (Asia) when China Construction Bank acquired Bank of America (Asia). From 1995 to 2006, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America (Asia), and Asia Consumer and Commercial Banking Group Executive of Bank of America Corporation. He served as Bank of America’s Head of Asia Credit Risk Management for the commercial and retail banking group before that. Mr. Tsien is presently Chairman of OCBC Bank (China) Ltd and Singapore Island Bank Ltd, and a Commissioner of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. He also serves as a Director of several companies in the OCBC Group, including Great Eastern Holdings Ltd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad and Bank of Singapore. Mr. Tsien holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Siew Peng Tan

Mr. Tan (Darren) Siew Peng is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since December 1, 2011. As CFO, he oversees financial, regulatory and management accounting, capital management, corporate development and investor relations. He joined OCBC Bank in March 2007 as Head of Asset Liability Management in Global Treasury and assumed the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer in May 2011. Prior to joining OCBC, Mr. Tan worked for 13 years in the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) with his last position in GIC as Head of Money Markets. He graduated with First Class Honours in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jeffrey Chew

Mr. Jeffrey Chew is Chief Executive Officer and Director of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, a subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. Mr. Jeffrey Chew was appointed Executive Vice President in October 2006. He currently oversees the Group's Malaysian business. He joined OCBC Malaysia in April 2003 initially as Head of the SME business and subsequently, as Head of Business Banking. Mr. Chew began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently joined Citibank in Malaysia where he held various roles over 12 years, including customer relationship management, risk management and international offshore banking and product management. A qualified accountant by training, he is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK.

Renato de Guzman

Mr. Renato de Guzman is Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Singapore, a subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. An accomplished banker with over 35 years of banking experience, he has been instrumental in growing the private banking business in Asia where he was the Chief Executive Officer of ING Private Banking Asia from 2000. He was also Country Manager for ING Barings in Manila from 1990 to 2000. Mr. de Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, a Masters in Business Administration (with distinction) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and a Masters in Management from McGill University, Canada.

Hwee Tin Kng

Ms. Kng Hwee Tin is Chief Executive Officer of OCBC Bank China, a subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd. She was appointed Head of Group Audit in April 2010 and promoted to Executive Vice President in April 2011. She oversees the full spectrum of audit activities for OCBC Bank and the subsidiaries. She reports directly to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Kng has more than 20 years of experience in banking, most notably establishing the Bank’s thrust into Premier Banking. During her tenure with OCBC, she was also Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman, Secretary to the Board Risk Committee, and a Project Manager in the Bank’s implementation of Basel II requirements for credit risk. Ms. Kng holds a Masters of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, where she was awarded the Saw Gold Medal in Finance.

Wei Hong Ching

Mr. Ching Wei Hong is Chief Operating Officer of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since April 15, 2012. In addition to Global Consumer Financial Services which he has oversight of since May 2010, he is responsible for the Group Operations & Technology, Group Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Group Corporate Communications, Group Customer Experience, Group Quality & Service Excellence and OCBC Property Services functions of the Bank. Mr Ching is also Chairman of Bank of Singapore, OCBC Securities and Lion Global Investors. In his tenure with OCBC Bank, he has held senior management responsibilities across various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group Operations and Technology and Head of Transaction Banking. Mr Ching has more than 27 years of experience in regional finance, corporate banking and cash management. Before joining OCBC, he was Director of Corporate Finance, Philips Electronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He also held senior regional assignments in Bank of America and was Treasurer of Union Carbide Asia Pacific. Mr Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Gilbert Kohnke

Mr. Gilbert Kohnke is Executive Vice President and Head of Group Risk Management of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd September 2005. As Chief Risk Officer, he covers the full spectrum of risk, including Credit, Information Security, Liquidity, Market and Operational risk management. Jointly reporting to both the Chief Executive Officer and the Board Risk Committee of OCBC Bank, he has been leading the change in redefining the risk management approaches used by OCBC Bank in a Basel II world. He has over 24 years of banking experience. Prior to joining OCBC Bank, he was Head of Risk Management for Asia at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), and subsequently, Head of European Portfolio Management of CIBC based in London. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Windsor, Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.

Kun Kin Lam

Mr. Lam Kun Kin is Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Global Treasury of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. He was appointed Head of Global Treasury in January 2007 and Senior Executive Vice President in April 2011. He has global responsibility for OCBC Bank's financial market businesses and asset liability management in Singapore, Malaysia and seven other overseas markets. With over 26 years of business experience covering global fund management, global markets sales & trading and Asian emerging market business, Mr. Lam has held senior management positions in the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Citibank N.A. and Temasek Holdings. Prior to joining OCBC Bank, he was managing director of Asia Financial Holdings, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. Lap Wah Lee

Mr. Lee (George) Lap Wah is the Executive Vice President, Head of Group Investment Banking of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since August 2005. As the Head of Group Investment Banking, he oversees the debt capital markets, corporate finance, merger and acquisition and mezzanine investment businesses. Mr. Lee has more than 33 years of banking experience and has held senior level positions in Credit Suisse First Boston, Credit Suisse Singapore and Security Pacific National Bank. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Wu Beng Na

Mr. Na Wu Beng is Deputy President Director of OCBC NISP, a subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd. Currently assigned to OCBC NISP as Deputy President Director, he joined its Board of Directors in September 2005. Mr Na joined OCBC Bank in February 1990, and was responsible for the operations in Hong Kong and North Asia. Prior to that, he was at International Bank of Singapore for 11 years, where he was based in Taiwan for seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) with Honours from Coventry University, UK.

Guan Hiang Tan

Ms. Tan (Cynthia) Guan Hiang is Executive Vice President and Head of Group Human Resources of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since April 2005. Being Head of Group Human Resources, she is responsible for the management as well as training and development of the human capital. Ms. Tan has over 27 years of experience in this field, having held senior level positions in DFS Ventures, Mentor Graphics, Apple Computer and National Semiconductor. She was also a former lecturer in Business Studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK.

Soon Lang Teng

Mrs. Teng Soon Lang is Executive Vice President and Head of Group Quality & Service Excellence Division of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd., since January 2003. She heads the Group Quality & Service Excellence Division which is responsible for building a quality culture, facilitating cross-functional process transformations and enhancing collaborations across the organisation. She joined OCBC Bank in 1996 as Group Chief Information Officer. Mrs. Teng holds a Bachelor of Accounting with Honours and a Master of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) from the National University of Singapore as well as a Post Graduate Qualification from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, UK.

Loretta Yuen

Ms. Loretta Yuen is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Group Legal and Regulatory Compliance of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. She was appointed General Counsel and Head of Group Legal and Regulatory Compliance in September 2010 and Senior Vice-President in April 2011. She oversees the full spectrum of legal and regulatory risks, including anti-money laundering, across OCBC Bank and its subsidiaries, and provides advice on regulatory risks and legal issues involved in decisions to management, so that management can make informed strategic choices within an acceptable legal and regulatory risk profile. Ms. Yuen has over 11 years of legal and regulatory experience in banking and finance. She graduated with Second Class honours in Law from the National University of Singapore.

Ching Ching Koh

Ms. Koh Ching Ching is Senior Vice President and Head - Group Corporate Communications of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. Ms. Koh was appointed Head of Group Corporate Communications in November 2004 and Senior Vice President in April 2006. She leads the group communications initiatives with the media, employees, customers, shareholders and the general public. Prior to her role in corporate communications, she led OCBC Bank’s franchise expansion efforts in trade finance in Malaysia. Before this, Ms. Koh had 16 years of corporate and retail banking experience, having held various senior customer and product positions in local and foreign financial institutions. She graduated with First Class Honors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Bock Cheng Neo

Mr. Neo Bock Cheng is Senior Vice President of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd., since April 2005. He joined OCBC Bank in October 2003 as Head of Cash Management. He was appointed Senior Vice President in April 2005 to oversee the Group Transaction Banking Division which provides cash management, trade finance, and nominee services to corporate and commercial banking customers. Mr. Neo brings with him more than 22 years of corporate banking experience, including over 13 years with regional assignments at several international banks such as Citibank and JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Neo graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the National University of Singapore.

Vincent Soh

Mr. Vincent Soh is Senior Vice President and Head of Group Property Management of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since June 2004. As Head of Group Property Management, he is responsible for managing OCBC Group’s real estate portfolio. He has held senior level positions in the public and private sectors. Mr. Soh holds a Master of Science (Property & Maintenance Management) and Master of Public Policy, both from the National University of Singapore. He is also an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK.

Ti Liang Goh

Mr. Goh (Linus) Ti Liang is Global Head - Enterprise Banking and Financial Institutions of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd. Mr. Goh was appointed Executive Vice President in April 2004 when he joined OCBC as Head of International. Presently, as Global Head of Enterprise Banking and Financial Institutions, he has responsibility for the commercial banking and financial institutions businesses internationally. Mr. Goh has over 26 years of banking experience, including 17 years at Citibank N.A. Singapore, where he held several senior positions overseeing corporate banking, financial institutions, e-business and transaction banking. Mr. Goh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) with Honors from the National University of Singapore.

Khiang Tong Lim

Mr. Lim Khiang Tong is the Head of Group Operations and Technology of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporations Ltd since May 2010. He joined OCBC Bank in September 2000 as Chief Technology Officer of finatiQ.com and was transferred to OCBC Bank, assuming the role of Head of IT Management in January 2002. He was appointed Executive Vice President in December 2007 and Head of Group Operations and Technology in May 2010. He oversees OCBC Bank’s regional processing centres and technology operations, driving for productivity gains and lower unit costs by instilling a quality culture and leveraging on the synergy from cross border processing hubs in Singapore and Malaysia. Mr. Lim has more than 22 years of information technology experience, including regional infrastructure implementation, service management, technology strategy development, project management and systems support. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science & Economics) from the National University of Singapore.

Ban Aik Yeoh

Mr. Yeoh (Peter) Ban Aik is the Company Secretary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. Mr. Yeoh joined the Bank in January 1984 and was appointed Company Secretary in August 2002. Since joining OCBC, he has held responsibilities in finance, accounting, management information services and strategic projects. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Teck Poh Lai

Mr. Lai Teck Poh is Non-Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since June 2010. He served more than 20 years in OCBC Bank in several senior capacities, including Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Information Technology & Central Operations and Head of Risk Management. He was Head, Group Audit prior to retiring in April 2010. Before joining OCBC Bank, he was Managing Director of Citicorp Investment Bank Singapore Ltd and had served stints with Citibank, N.A. in Jakarta, New York and London. Seng Wee Lee

Mr. Lee Seng Wee is Non-Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd. Mr. Lee was first appointed to the Board on February 25, 1966. He was Chairman of OCBC Bank from August 1, 1995 to June 30, 2003, and continues to serve on the Board Executive Committee and the Board Nominating Committee. He is presently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Temasek Trust and a Director of several companies, including Great Eastern Holdings Ltd, Lee Rubber Group Companies, The Overseas Assurance Corporation Ltd., and Lee Foundation. Tih Shih Lee

Dr. Lee Tih Shih is Non-Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since April 4, 2003. He is presently an Associate Professor at the Duke University Medical School in Durham, USA and Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School in Singapore. He has previously served in senior positions at both OCBC Bank and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He is a Director of Lee Foundation and several Lee Rubber Group Companies. Dr. Lee graduated with MD and PhD degrees from Yale University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Imperial College, London.

Surjaudaja Pramukti

Mr. Pramukti Surjaudaja is Non-Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since June 1, 2005. Ngiap Joo Tan

Mr. Tan Ngiap Joo serves as Non-executive and Independent Director for Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Limited. He was Deputy President of the company appointed in December 2001. He took on the role of Senior Advisor of Group Business Banking to ensure a smooth handover of his responsibilities as head of the division to Mr Samuel Tsien. He retired at the end of 2007. A veteran banker with more than 37 years of banking experience, Mr. Tan was the Executive Director and CEO of Bank of Singapore (Australia) for six years. Prior to joining the OCBC Group, he was with a foreign financial institution for 20 years. He is presently Chairman of United Engineers Ltd and Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd and a Director of a number of other companies. Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Kok Peng Teh

Dr. Teh Kok Peng is Independent Non-Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd since August 1, 2011. He was President of GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd, the private equity arm of GIC. Prior to this, he was concurrently Deputy Managing Director of the MAS and Deputy Managing Director of GIC. He began his career at the World Bank under the Young Professionals Program in Washington DC. Dr. Teh is presently a Director of GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd, China International Capital Corporation Ltd, Ascendas Pte Ltd and Sembcorp Industries Ltd. He is also a Member of the Governing Board of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Board of Trustees of National University of Singapore, The Trilateral Commission, and Asia and Pacific Department Advisory Group of International Monetary Fund. He holds a First Class Honours in Economics at La Trobe University, Melbourne, a Doctorate in Economics at Nuffield College, Oxford University, England, and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Joo Yeow Wee

Mr. Wee Joo Yeow has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company., with effect from January 2, 2014. His work experience are - January 2002 to June 2013, United Overseas Bank Limited, Managing Director and Head, Corporate Banking Singapore.
