Name Description

James Blue

 Mr. James N. Blue is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Exploration Company. He has been a director and officer since 1981. He has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Atomic Technologies Corporation in San Diego, California, President and a director of NWO Resources, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Cordillera Corporation for more than the last five years.

Nicole Champin

 Ms. Nicole J. Champine has been appointed as President, Director of Oceanic Exploration Co on May 6, 2010. Since 2002, Ms. Champine has served as legal counsel for Cordillera Corporation. In 2007, Ms. Champine became Vice President and General Counsel of Cordillera Corporation and President of San Miguel Valley Corporation. Both of these companies are affiliated with Oceanic and the Chairman of Board of Directors. From 1998 to 2002, Ms. Champine worked as a real estate attorney with Otten Johnson, & Ragonetti, P.C. Ms. Champine has no other relationship with Oceanic, its directors or its executive officers. Ms. Champine received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering in 1993 from the University of Texas in Austin and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 1998.

Lori Brundage

 Ms. Lori Ann Brundage was appointed as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of Oceanic effective August 1, 2008. She previously held this position from March 1996 through April 2000. Prior to August 2008, she worked as Manager of Special Projects for an aviation company affiliated with Cordillera Corporation.

 Ms. Janet A. Holle is Vice President, Secretary of Oceanic Exploration Company. Ms. Holle has been an officer since 1987.
